Booking a repair for the Galaxy Fold & Galaxy Z Fold2

Experiencing an issue with your Galaxy Fold or Z Fold2 that you’re not too sure how to resolve?


Simply contact us Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm AEST on 1300 362 603, for technical troubleshooting and advice. In the event a repair is required, we will take away all of the hassle and book this for you using a free courier service or make a booking for you at one of our Samsung Experience Stores for 1-on-1 support.

Hassle-free Repairs

If a repair is required for your Galaxy Fold, we will arrange for a pre-paid return label and packaging for you to send us your Galaxy Fold. Prior to sending your device to us we recommend backing up your Galaxy Fold. Sending for Repairs

Once you have successfully backed up your device, it’s now time to arrange for your Galaxy Fold to be sent to our Service Centre. Simply contact our Courier Company Startrack on 13 23 45 or by visiting the Startrack website and select ‘Book a Pick-Up’ then follow the prompts to schedule next-day collection.

Please ensure your Galaxy Fold is securely packed using the packaging supplied to avoid any damage during transit from occurring.

Repair Process

We will notify you once we receive your Galaxy Fold at the repair centre. Our authorised technicians will complete a full assessment of your device and contact you should they require any additional information or find signs of physical damage which may not be covered under the Samsung warranty.

Due to the complex design of the Galaxy Fold we allow up to seven (7) days for the repairs and quality assurance process to be completed.

Getting your Galaxy Fold back to you

Once your Galaxy Fold has passed our strict quality assurance process we will prepare your Galaxy Fold to be sent back to you via courier, we will send you notification to let you know your Galaxy Fold is on its way.


Receiving back your Galaxy Fold

Now you’ve received your Galaxy Fold back it’s time to complete another Smart Switch to restore your data onto your Galaxy Fold. If you require assistance in restoring your data you can reach out to us via Chat Support or contact us on 1300 362 603.
