Adjusting the Samsung Music Frame volume with a TV remote control

When the Samsung Music Frame is connected to a compatible TV, you can use the TV's remote control to adjust the speaker's volume directly. This means you don't need a separate remote or app, allowing seamless, unified control just like a built-in TV speakers. Find out how with the below instructions.
(Power) button on the SmartThings App.
Alternatively, you can press and hold both the
(Multi Function) button and the
(Mic On/Off) button simultaneously on the Wireless Speaker for 5 seconds.
(Multi Function) button on the unit for 5 seconds.
(Multi Function) button for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”. Select the mode that suits your remote.
Note:
- This function can be used with infrared (IR) remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported.
- Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
- Manufacturers supporting this function: Samsung, VIZIO, LG, Sony, Sharp, PHILIPS, PANASONIC, TOSHIBA, Hisense, RCA.
