* One Clear Cables may be run through the wall. Running other cables (including Rotating Wall Mount cable) through walls is not supported as they will cause resistance and interfere with proper rotation.
* The auto rotating function is compatible only if the TV supports Multiview. Press and hold the Multiview button on your TV's remote control to rotate automatically.
* Auto Rotating Wall Mount can be installed on specified compatible models only (55-65" sized screens). A list of compatibility can be found in the specifications.
* Check for protrusions on your wall as protrusions or unlevelled areas may interfere with rotation.
* No accessories should be attached. (e.g. webcam).
