The amount of 8K content available continues to expand – content platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo feature a great deal of 8K content, mostly focused on nature and travel. This is quite similar to the way that 4K content was introduced to the market. Although your movies and shows may be in 4K resolution, please rest assured as your QN900B features Samsung’s Neo Quantum Processor 8K with AI-powered multi-layered neural networks to brilliantly upscale and enhance lower resolution images to 8K, regardless of the source. Every frame has 33 million pixels that provide an incredible sense of depth and clarity. To provide you with the best viewing experience, we recommend connecting external devices (like a Blu-ray Player) with HDMI cables, as this type of connection offers the best picture. Although all content resolutions will upscale, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device. If your TV takes a while to turn on, apps take longer to start, or the menu takes longer to load, please try discharging or cold booting your TV, as this will help it start up normally again. You can cold boot your TV 2 ways: 1. With the Samsung TV remote: - With the TV turned on, press and hold the power button on your remote. - Continue holding the power button while the TV powers off and back on. 2. Without the Samsung TV remote: - With the TV turned on, unplug the TV's power cord from the power outlet and wait 30 seconds. - Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn the TV back on. This will clear your memory cache, and your TV should start running normally again. Please also check to see if your TV has any software updates available, which could help it run smoother as well. I see that you've already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case: For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction. Please be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. To address the remote issue you're experiencing, you may first want to reset it by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After the reset, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected. Please also check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery. Leonel, If you're noticing your QN900B TV screen flicker, you may want to change the dimming features on your TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. The ECO sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for steady brightness setting.
