Automatic efficiency

Flex Auto Dispense

Your washer will automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent and softener for each load, so you don’t need to worry about using too much or too little detergent. It also holds enough detergent & softener for up to 25 loads, or up to 47 loads if you only use detergent* in the flex dispenser. This way there is no need to fill up the detergent tank after every wash.

* Expected number of loads: Detergent compartment can hold general detergent for up to 25 loads. Flex compartment can hold one of the following: softener for up to 34 loads, general detergent for up to 22 loads or specialty detergent for up to 29 loads.

Auto Condenser Cleaning*

Keep your heat condenser clean and working efficiently. Auto Condenser Cleaning uses a powerful nozzle to spray the heat exchanger with water before the drying cycle starts. This helps remove lint and dirt that accumulates over time, and helps maintain efficient & reliable drying performance.

Keep the inside clean

Self Clean+ & Self Dry

Keep the inside of the machine clean and fresh. Self Clean+ removes dirt and odor-causing bacteria in the drum by soaking, pulsating and spinning. It even notifies you when it needs cleaning*. Additionally, Self Dry uses hot air to dry any moisture inside the drum.

Select AI OptiWash and Dry cycle and enable the AI Energy Mode using the SmartThings app to enjoy savings on energy usage. It consumes 60% less energy during the wash cycle at 40 degrees and with two rinses on high spin*. It also uses 20% less energy during the dry cycle when compared to using the same cycle without AI Energy Mode. By using the SmartThings App** you can also easily monitor energy consumption in real-time, provide an estimated electricity bill and alert you if the estimated usage exceeds your prese target consumption.
