I have had this machine for 3 years and have hated it from the 1st week, never washes the clothes well always has bits of soap scum stuck to them tried different powder/liquid still doesn't change. Also kept going off balance had service guy repair and after they replaced all parts in the machine (2 months later) because changing each part didn't fix the problem 6 months later its starting to do again!! Also all the paint has peeled off inside off lid and its all rusty so have to be very careful to take clothes out or they get rust stains!!! Really not happy with this machine and would never recommend.

I bought this matchine 11 months a GAO and it has broken down twice via the water pump filter . Samsung expect me to empty the machine of wet clothes bucket the water out, put the machine on its side to access the pump filter which is hidden within the casing and search for the problem. Even the last mechanis said this machine was a dud. Don’t let fancy looking machines fool you.

I bought this machine 3 years ago, it has been a huge water bill issue and has had cheap plastic bits break all over it. When the load gets unbalanced, the machine refills the drum (100L) and trys to rebalance itself instead of beeping at me to do it. It will attempt this a few times before finally beeping an error. The lid clicks now and if I don’t put something heavy on it, it won’t lock and start and will empty to drum and do nothing, wasting up to another 100L. Definitely do not recommend, it is not an easy machine to use and definitely not eco friendly.

My partner and I bought this washing machine 2 years ago and its flimsy. Doesnt wash well after 3 months of using it, breaks easily, hard to clean, some functions dont even work. The washing machine cycle plays up and leaves it full of water wasting alot of water!

We purchased this machine just over 2 years ago. The latest issue is that we need new balance shafts and they are going to cost us over $500 by the time they are fitted. We live in Broome (remote Western Australia)and only 1 person was even willing to come and look at our machine. I checked other brands and they were less than a quarter of the price for the parts.

Brought this product WA10J7750GW1 3 years ago and it has rusted along the top rim of the machine causing rust particles to fall into machine. Considering this product is three years old it shouldn't be happening. A quick online check has revealed this is a very common fault that has not been rectified in the product manufacturing stage. The machine is just over three years old, like the other reviewers this is when things started going wrong. Our machine keeps refilling in the last part of its cycle at about 10-14 min mark.. Spins.. refills.. spins... refills. I have to stand by the machine when it spins and stop the machine when it starts to refill. Then I have to hand-wring the clothes, which generally smell from going through too many rinses. The machine also smells slightly as water would be sitting in the drum, which it would use next time I do a load. We have had to tighten the nut in the middle of the drum, readjust the hosing so it drains, and have also wrapped hose around the springs which worked for a short time, but no longer does. I don't want to send this machine to the dump but we are over it. I've never had a machine that breaks down so much..it's become my most time consuming and frustrating appliance.

We purchased this machine in dec 2016 and this morning we have noticed the rim on the right hand side has completely rusted. Small plastic parts have also broken this week. We have spoken to Samsung and product care and no one is able to assist us with these problems. Please read all the reviews and the class action on these terrible machines. DO NOT BUY !!!

I’ve had this machine now for two years and I hate it. The so called ‘magic’ filters are TERRIBLY hard to clean and leaves lint all over your clothes. Even if I clean them EVERY time it still leaves lint all over my clothes.

This machine was my replacement for my one that was recalled and in all honesty it's lasted 3 years before playing up but in my defence it was used heaps in that time so now I'm up for a new drain pump but that's ok

I've had this washer for 3 years now and I can say that I get better results by hand washing. It took exactly a month to regret buying this machine, It is a tall machine so unloading is difficult and the clear top is a nightmare keeping clean but they are minor complaints it just doesn't clean well the purpose of a large machine is being able to handle large loads and it just doesn't, don't get me started on how it will unbalance 1000 times during the blanket wash, but let's actually talk about the quality of wash its low washing a single queen size blanket and it just doesn't cut it its as if its been hand washed. The same with clothes, they come out still with detergent and soiled that I can get out normally with a light rub by hand. To clarify, I dont have hard water, I use liquid detergent with correct ratios as recommended with this machine, I clean the tub after everything wash and load, filter is also cleaned before and after and regularly use the tub clean function and I use the drain function before and after a wash because I dont think saving the filthy water to re-wash with is sanitary. Laundry shouldn't be this hard, it's honestly just a huge waste of space and I regret purchasing it.
