this range has all the features anyone could ever want. a lot of different burner options, and the wok addition is amazing. the griddle part seems useless. it doesn’t get hot enough to do much of anything for me. i don’t want to wait twenty minutes to make a grilled cheese. the range knobs are downright dangerous. i have turned on my range multiple times now just by trying to put something in my microwave above the range. i cannot imagine what it must be like having kids near this. if you have a dog or cat that is even mildly interested in your stove area, prepare for your house to burn down, because that is how easily these knobs turn on.

i am so happy with this samsung dual fuel range. the oven bakes perfectly and the air fryer is awesome. my other favorite is the super powerful burner. i can boil water for canning in less than 1/2 the time of my old stove. the wok grate is great! the griddle burner is ok if you give it time to heat up, but am not convinced it is of real value. the negatives are minimal. the oven dial requires getting used to and it would be so much quicker to just press buttons for the desired tasks. the timer takes way too many steps to set. neither of these issues affect the phenomenal functionality of the range and i wouldn't want any other range on the market.

i am so happy with my new range. i have the dual fuel stainless steel range and i could not be happier. the top cooks very well and the electric oven is awesome. at this time i have nothing bad to say about this range. everyone who has seen it loves the way it looks. i like the illuminated burners. the power of the front burner cooks well and boils water fast. i like the flex oven. i am loving the wifi features i am so glad that it only took less than a week to receive my range after ordering it directly from samsung. again this range is gorgeous and awesome. glad i purchased it. it is a great upgrade from my previous 3year old samsung gas range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been cooking with my new stove for a couple of weeks now. i had to get an electric cooktop as gas is not available. the solid glass cooktop is easy to clean from spills however i do not like how much work it is to remove burned-on splatters using a special ceramic cleaner, no scatch scrubber pads, and scrapers. i do love the double oven and find i use the top smaller oven for most meals. i like having the flexibility of the lower oven for casserole dishes that may cook at different temperatures and also the ability to have one big oven to cook a turkey in. fyi- i received compensation (a free backsplash) for this review, but the review is my own.

Mostly a great oven. Do not think of trying the Air Fry mode on anything with drippings. Cooked a Turkey and had a drip pan under it. The fan from the air fry mode blew all the juices out of the pan and covered the entire inside of the oven and completely smoked the entire house out. It took 3 hrs to clean the oven. A bit ridiculous. Also the temp probe function does not work in duo flex mode, only single oven mode. What is the point of duo flex if I cant use it with the probe? I thought that was the two features that this oven was boasting about... dual oven and air fry. well they missed the ball on this one.

i absolutely love this slide in range. the griddle is great for making pancakes, the grill i have used for making burgers as well as vegetables, and they turned out supper juicy and cooked perfectly. i have used it both as a single oven and a double and the controls were super easy to use and the food came out good. the only thing i have not used was the air fryer yet. i will write another review once i make some french fries or chicken. i know the price is higher than most ranges but it is worth the investment. i would highly recommend this product especially if you like to cook and bake.

I have this range for few months. Better for cleaning that gas range but so difficult to clean around the knobs. The rings around the knobs are not removable. The oven knob also and it is too easy to turn the oven by accident. The artificial fire for big pots is a great feature, too bad not for small ones. It is confusing where I'm cooking and the range is so expensive, too bad they save on that. Black stainless steel is too easy to scratch. I'm still learning how to cook transition from gas but never the less I don't regret that purchase. With few changes it could be the perfect range.

We were looking for a gas range which is powerful enough and good looking. I guess we did, find this. Looks great and at the same time works more than expected. We use lot of AirFry in home and this is so good that can do a lot. Not using our small AirFry anymore with this. Burners are big enough and the flame is consistent and food gets prepped so good. Still exploring all of it’s awesome features. We already got so many compliments. A friend of ours also got a Samsung range after checking ours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the nicest range i've ever owned. i absolutely love to cook, and am so far quite thrilled with both the gas cooktop and the double oven. the only downside so far is that the bottom oven doesn't have a separate door just for it, and one is unable to do a straight "bake" mode with the upper oven by itself. i think the trade off there is that if i need one big oven i have it - models with two completely separate ovens are not convertable. we used the upper oven to reheat pizza in convection bake mode and it was incredibly fast (maybe too fast, the top did get a bit too brown). can't wait to try the other baking modes. also successfully hooked it up through samsung smartthings app. very happy so far.

i absolutely love this range! i haven't quite figured everything out on it yet but i'm getting there. there are two things i wish were different. first, i wish the griddle was a little bigger. second, i could not find any information on which side the gas and the electric are being fed to. so i placed the gas on the right and the electric on the left. well they are the opposite on the stove and the stove would not slide all the way to the wall. after relocating the gas and electric lines it fits like a glove! i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Finally got them installed a couple months ago due to some renovation delays. I just love my dual fuel slide in range! Being able to cook in just the top half of the oven is awesome when preparing a meal for one person. Really cuts down on the energy use and heat in the kitchen. It’s great to be able to cook on gas (my favorite way) and bake with electric - who knew you could have the best of both worlds!! Many features I have yet to try but couldn’t be more satisfied with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we loved being able to cook during a power outage just after getting this range! the power burner is very fast at heating, and the range looks superb, the smart dial and touch screen giving a clean look and ease of use. it is great to be able to remove the divider for minor cleaning. the top is much better for cleaning and appearance than pure stainless steel. the upper oven is quite large compared to other ranges, and will probably serve us for most purposes. the knobs have a quality feel to them. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

this stove/range is gorgeous. i purchased the dual fuel range and so so so good. i don't have anything negative to say about this stove. i am a fan of the gas top and it cooks great. the front powerful burner boils water pretty fast. i am a fan of am electric oven versus the gas oven. using the oven for the first time was great. my food cooked very well. i have not tried the flex dual function yet but i used the while oven and it did great again. the illuminated knobs are great because a few times me and my other family members had forgotten to turn off my stove top so i consider this to be a safety feature for us. again i am pleased with my purchase. she is gorgeous. con...this app would not let me upload a picture.

I wouldn’t recommend buying g a Samsung range. We have We had ours just over 2 years and have had to replace the igniter ($110 + labor) and the electrical board ($270 + labor). Samsung won’t cover either costs. You’re better off buying a different brand.

leave it to samsung for their product to fail on the day warranty expires. the oven started making the loudest noise and it needed a new motor and fan. the appliances were just okay as brand new, but all of my appliances from samsung fail after a year or two. also the dual heat doesn't work. i would have one section set to 350 and one to 450 and i use internal oven thermometers and they both read 430, 435 so neither were correct and the heat transfers between sections, which is not great when trying to bake. this is a har pass for this oven.

we just recently switched over from electric to gas. we are very happy with this product, from the delivery ( delivery men were very friendly, and fast (in and out)), to the installation, but the most important part is the actual stove. the cooking is faster than what i am use to. the oven as well ( takes less time to cook things). the double oven is nice to be able to cook something on the top and bottom at different temperatures a cool feature that we discovered is that you can hook this up the to alexa (if you have one). the product looks like the picture. i cannot think of any cons at the moment, but i can say i have been using this stove for about a month now and again there are no complaints ( still new to us). we are very happy overall with this product.

initial thoughts. we've only had this one day. cooking modes are very restricted when in twin configuration. #1 issue keep warm mode can not be used in dual oven mode and is fixed at 175. (should go to 145). temp probe can't be used in keep warm mode air fry can only be done in single oven mode! temp probe can't be used in air fry mode the range was not listed on the anti-tip template, we had to make our own! user manual is full of errors (ex. many references to gas oven!) on such a high priced range, i was really disappointed to now have less oven capability than the less expensive one i replaced. these things are all software based things, which could easily be fixed in a sw update. but... the oven is beautiful! it fit perfectly and i love the look.

The main burner with the two rows of flames give the best even cook I’ve ever had! The duel oven, perfect for baking two items for dinner at the same time instead leaving one to hopefully stay warm while the other cooks. The air fryer! Oh my, saved me space on my counter, I no longer need the counter top one. I also was able to get rid of the dehydrator. We tested the range dehydrator and it came out simply amazing!!

No more waiting to get one plate out of the oven to put in the next dish, now you can have 2 different items at two different temps cooking at ther same time. We do allot of canning in the summer and fall and im looking forward to the high temp burner, for faster results. I had not bought a air fryer yet and now I have one in my new stove! Less appliances taking up counter space. I love the illuminated knobs, it makes it look so beautiful and modern. I can't wait to try the built in temperature probe on my turkey for Thanksgiving I love this feature packed stove that makes my life easier. while samsung does well with entertainment items they fall way short on appliances. i do a lot if cooking snd regretably the duo oven has many shortcoming on the oven side. the top convection compartment burns food more than cooks as it heat comes from the top. the bottom compartment is small. cannot use the duo feature if cooking a turkey. also after 3 years the oven does not heat appropriately, undercooked, and needs constant calibration. its a constant source if frustration.

Past the elegance I wanted to know how this range will perform when we got it. First with the delivery- The range was nicely packaged, and the delivery service was excellent. No damage on arrival. They help setup everything (provided you have the 240V connection). Now to the range impression- this range uses the best of two technologies GAS and ELECTRIC. The cook top is gas, and this is a powerful gas cook top range. Very much impressed by the front right burner. Oven- I can remotely activate the oven. WOW. The app can control the temperate with ease. We were so happy that Samsung makes a range that uses best of both technologies. This is simply a marvelous range and that will elevate you kitchen.

Gas cooktop is very nice, the largest and smallest burner compares well to the Wolf. Wish the griddle top had a pour spout but this is no bigger. Cooked several meals in both ovens at the same time and worked very well. Love this feature. Not sure why the top oven only does convection. Sometimes I just want to warm something or keep it warm. There is a lot to know so I need to read the manual!

We have found that cooking times have to be adjusted (down), especially in the top oven, sometimes to less than half the time called for by the recipe. We do NOT like all the controls at waist height because we are constantly bumping them, and that then sends alerts to our phones. The front right burner is too hot for anything but searing in a cast iron skillet, and we mostly have to keep the other burners between low and medium because they are too strong. The center griddle is a joke, and after numerous attempts to use it, we have given up and gone back to our old electric griddle. Perhaps we'll try again to use the center burner during crab and canning seasons. Strongly suggest getting after-market cooktop protectors & side covers for easier clean-up.

I hated this stove from day one I used it . I’m so happy a for a two year warranty on it . I purchased this the middle of August, my husband was home for the delivery, than he came to our lake lot . It really wasn’t used until November when I started Christmas baking . No I’m not a first time baker I have been baking for 45years , nothing turned out and had a weird colour and texture on the top of everything

The oven is very sleek and clean looking adding a very sophisticated look to the kitchen. I really enjoy that the oven portion is electric and the stove top is a gas range. While there has been a learning curve in cooking in an electric oven, I really enjoy the air fry option of the stove and the built in thermometer comes in real handy! One thing I do wish with the air fry option is that you could use it on just the top or bottom rather than having to remove the divider. I like that at any point the stove can convert into a double oven and the hinged door is ingenious as well as convenient. I really like the 5th elongated burner and that it can be switched out with a griddle flat top piece. So many options that just weren’t possible with our old oven that makes cooking in the kitchen that more of a breeze and convenient for when those unexpected issues pop up.

The air fry function is extremely difficult to navigate to.. half the options don’t even display on the oven smart panel… they’re checked as if active. But don’t show up on the dial to use. We bought this in 2021 and thought it looked great in our cabin kitchen once we got it installed. We waited over a year and it came all banged up. Had to have the door replaced and I took the back apart and straightened all the sheet metal. Now that we've had it a while, no so happy with it. The biggest issue is the top oven burns everything, sometimes in just minutes! There is no Conventional Bake option for the top oven, which stinks, so we rarely use it and it's really just a single oven for us. Other things we don't like is the front right burner. Too big and too much heat for most things. We also do not like how any time you touch the door handle or bump the dial which is in a bad spot, it wakes up and waits for you to hit Start. We are forever hitting the Off button. We have a dual-fuel double oven KitchenAid from 2012 in our main home and it has none of these issues and has been great. Was hoping for the same experience from Samsung.

four and a half stars. amazing flexibility and control precision. 2 problems: i) the broiler is too weak. not sure if i can make it work. ii) the grill plate is designed to be too far away from burners to be useable. i resolved this easily by replacing the middle grate with metal brackets and resting the iron grill plate on these.

However, there are a few things that I really dislike. The normal cooking burner is in the back, while the boiling burner is in the front. The on button is super sensitive, and if I lean over the stove and bump into it, it turns on when I don't want it to. The part of the stove that I really HATE (yes, hate hate hate hate hate) is the slide out rack. There is an awful lip in the front center making it IMPOSSIBLE to slide out pans. I baked a pizza tonight (which is what finally prompted me to write this review). I had a terrible time trying to get out the pan. In my old oven, I could just slide it out super easily. Every time I bake, this is like a thorn in my side. It was something that I didn't even think about before my purchase, and looking back, I likely would have looked for a stove that did NOT have this feature (yes, it's THAT bad).

The dual flame heats our kettle up in record time, there is an Air Fryer in the oven -- which works amazingly well and is just as easy to use. The convection setting helps baking complex and finicky pastries go off without a hitch. This oven/stove is a workhorse but with a ferari exterior. Just beautiful to look at, and its functionality is amazing as well. The knobs illuminate when on which is an added safety feature for us forgetful and busy folks. And don't worry about not knowing whether your air fried foods are ready or whether the roast feature has cooked your pork loin to perfection (it will, trust me on this) because Samsung also provides you a thermometer to help you get it right. From dehydrating my apples and persimmons in prep for some holiday goodies, to air frying fish sticks for when my niece visits -- also, for me too, who am I kidding - this oven does it all, and because of that, saves quite a bit of kitchen space as well.

It is loud - this has a fan that stays on for a long time depending upon how long something is cooked. Even after it's shut after 10 minutes it is noisy for a long time. Interferes with dinner, digestion and more. I wish I never purchased it. It also doesn't bake evenly.

I like this oven but there is 2 thing wrong about it. Theres plastic around the knobs and they just break off. If i lean against oven the burners turn on and thats not good. But it cooks things fast and the over has N air fryer that i use all the time thats great!

We loved our previous convection oven for the ability to.cook 2 completely different dishes at different temperatures and that previous one could hold a full roaster pan 8n the lower oven while cooking other dishes in the upper. The design of this Samsung range makes cooking full meals in the two ovens impossible. With the oven divider in place, the lower oven rack sits too close to the divider to fit anything other than maybe a flat pizza in it. To use the lower oven for anything meaningful you must remove the divider, thus losing the separate upper oven. Net result 8s that you either have a small upper oven or a single large oven. There is no practical way to use this as a double oven. If I could get my old one back I'd live with the glass cooktop and quickly get rid of this Samsung. The engineers who designed this obviously did not understand the intended advantages of a double oven range.

The double door is fantastic, Im just not 100% on having to open both while cooking two different things. I also don't like that you can only use the air fry function with the whole oven and not just half. I love the idea of the cast iron griddle attachment for the center. I know that using it for anything but sandwiches is going to cause a mess. The best surprise was the internal meat thermometer. I haven't used that function yet but look forward to it. The dials have a nice blue LED that lights up as soon as you begin turning on the gas. This is a great safety function. The black stainless is so beautiful also. I catch myself just admiring how slick this oven looks. Friends and family that have seen it always notice the lack of the back piece that normally holds the clock. Moving all the controls to the front makes this oven not break the eye movement of looking at the kitchen. Cant wait for all the food that will be cooked with this.

The stainless steel is easy to clean, I find cleaning the cooktop grates and burner caps a little harder, you cannot use anything stiff on the stainless steel, or it will scratch, but I find a damp towel works very well. My family loves the air fryer feature. I just recently connected the app and I think I will enjoy preheating my oven when I am on the way home with a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Cooks great, wish the manual was a little bit more useful. The double oven feature has been mostly a miss due to the temperature limitations, I guess I need to find the right combination of foods to use the double oven feature on. I like that pots slide across the grates easily. The fast boil feature is crazy hot, I find I cannot use "high" as the flames lick the sides of the pot, but it still gets water to boil. Perhaps I need a bigger pot for pasta. I am really happy with the air fryer feature, because it cooks a large quantity and makes wonderfully crispy bacon, although I use a regular sheet pan for that, not the basket that ships with the range. I would recommend this range, but not the double oven feature.
