I bought the dishwasher in November 2023. Since first day it never worked properly. There are always some dishes which are dirty, humid, and not smelling good. The dishwasher seems to have major disfunctioning, and start to have bad smell and being dirty even afer cleaning several times the filter and using auto wash. I called the warranty and we had 3 technicians visit, still not working. Samsung cannot arrange a replacement of this defective dishwasher and I have to call everyday the tech center to get some updates. Also between the first diagnostic and the last visit from the tech, it took almost 2 months. Now I cannot even use this dishwasher and I have to wash my dishes manually to get something clean. Please propose a replacement or refund of this machine, I don't want to spend a year to fight with tech center to fix brand new dishwasher.

I've had this dishwasher for a few months now and it functions fine. Good not great. Mostly gets tough stains off but I wish the drying was better. About 3 weeks ago we noticed that some cracks had formed on the front panel of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was not hit and there was no denting. See the attached pictures. I contacted Samsung for a warranty claim and they simply stated this was not covered with the 12 month warranty but instead had to be returned within 48 hours of purchase. I seriously doubt I will purchase anymore appliances from Samsung. Very disappointed.

I bought this dishwasher for a new house we built and moved into a year ago. I don’t know where to start. I couldn’t possibly recommend the Samsung Bespoke appliances more highly. I also bought the fridge and propane gas stove to match. For the cost, it’s beautiful, contemporary design just can’t be beat. Every feature has far outperformed other appliances we’ve purchased for other homes. The dishwasher is whisper quiet, cleans meticulously and is well organized. It dries dishes completely and efficiently without wasting heat to do so annd the door pops open when it’s finished. Our appliances are white, which is what I was looking for. Stainless appliances now seem dated to me.

Our Refrigerator has 2 top French doors, a bottom freezer and a middle changeable temperature drawer. Fantastic for white wine, drinks and beer. It has changed the way we buy and store food. It is so easy to find everything. The Dishwasher is programable and is a huge improvement over out old one. the Microwave has a ton of program options and has great venting. The gas range is beautiful and performs well. The serial number on the range is absurdly hard to find. It is located under the left burner control knobs and can only be seen if you open the oven door and look upside down.

There are just so many stand out features that I love. It is quiet. It cleans my dishes well. I can load the dishwasher and then from my phone set a time for it to run. So that it runs at night when I am not around. It also then auto opens the door when it's done running. So when I wake up. I just have clean dry dishes. I love how it connects to the smartthings app. So it reminds me if it ran out of rinse aid. When to clean it, and how many detergent pods I have left. It makes my life easier and looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bespoke dishwasher looks really nice in my kitchen. I got the white pannel, but love that I can order more pannels and switch them anytime. Switching the panels is very easy. Not only does the dishwasher look nice, but it works great. My favorite feature is the storm wash+. Storm wash feature makes sure all the food that's baked on pots and pans comes off. The smart things app is also nice. It alerts me when my cycle has been completed. I also love how much the Rinse aid spot holds. I don't have to worry about filling it up All the time. This dishwasher isn't noisy. I have no complaints about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans better than ANY prior DW, and that includes a high-end Thermador and top-of-line Kenmore Elite Euro. It's super quiet. Melts no plastic cups at all. Why lose a star? 1) The App yells at me to run a Self-Clean cycle - where's the setting? Do tell! 2) There's no float-level to tell when the Finish resiovoir needs filling, OR when I'm about to overflow it and waste product - s/b a cheap and easy fix that even my naff Kenmore had. 3) The rack tines far too easily flop down - the small clip assembly does a poor job of keeping them upright, even when simply slotting-in a dessert plate and jogging the tine. 4) Cannot get the hottest cycle to fire up - period.

We bought this dishwasher six months ago. It's sooo quiet! That's great. But 2:15 for the "Auto" cycle? Stainless interior walls: also great. But utensils in the top rack don't come out clean. "Express wash" one-hour cycle doesn't clean anything in any rack sufficiently. And what's with the front panel of the dishwasher being an add-on? Mine just doesn't stay in place; I keep having to snap it back in. Seems like a really stupid design. Also, why the touch pad on top of the door that gives no feedback? You just have to wait and see if you successfully pushed START or not. Just disappointed.

We bought this dishwasher brand new when the door broke not even 3 months later. Appliance repair was terrible and in the end broke the new door and told us to contact Samsung. Samsung did eventually agree to refund the dishwasher but refused to refund the cost to install and uninstall. I would recommend a brand that won’t break right off the bat and takes better responsibility if things do go wrong.

The dishwasher functions very well and has such a sleek and nice design. However, after a few months of use, the panel that displays the time when we look at the dishwasher from its face cracks. I noticed 3 cracks today. I am not the only person this has happened to. I found a thread with other clients who are unhappy. https://www.reddit.com/r/Appliances/s/yG32lHc6CS It's a shame, because the bespoke collection is all about the performance AND the design. If there is a flaw with how the product looks like on the outside knowing very well the look is part of the value, then we find ourselves in an unfortunate situation. Again, the performance is great. It cleans well and it has multiple options for cleaning different types of dishes. I am just a bit reluctant to get the rest of the Bespoke suite for my house, because I don't want scratches all over the appliances that are not "wear and tear".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is the way to go! The great thing about it is that is cleans my dishes spotless. It's quiet and effective. I love the fact that it doesn't have a heating coil to dry the dishes, but it has a unit similar to a blowdryer to dry the dishes. No more melted plastic ware on the bottom. This unit is near silent compared to my old dishwasher. The one thing that could be improved on the the 2 upper racks. The middle rack scary jets keep falling off 75% of the time when I pull out the rack. The top rack is a little close to the top spray nozzle so you have to becaureful how you load it, or it will hit the nozzle. All in all, it's a good dishwasher, I just hope they improve the rack situation

I bought this about 5 weeks ago. It's by far the best looking one out there and it's very silent. So 5 stars for that. BUT.... Two things bring this down to a 1 star review especially at this price point. The off-gassing. When in use, it smells like hot tar/cheap plastics. Regardless of the cycle, the off gassing is actually quite bad. I live in a 1000sqf loft, so it smells everywhere. It smells like roofers putting a hot coat of tar in my kitchen. I would be curious to see what the exposure to VOCs are like in this context. It’s sad because every time, I’m potentially exposed to unknown fumes, I need to open the windows and start the kitchen fan. Those really quiet 42 decibels are worth nothing in this context. The other thing is the drying. It's only Ok on dishes. I admit not using a drying agent. But never had to with previous dishwashers. Also not a fan of the door aromatically opening to help the drying as it creates condensation under the lip of the counter. And some times the door does not open enough. So the condensation pools up on the controls. 

 Looks great, is very silent, but very disappointed. I will be going back to Bosch with my next purchase.

I upgraded from a Maytag dishwasher to the Samsung Dishwasher and we've owned it for a total of 8 months and it is no longer working. I've tried reaching out to Samsung, but we've been told they can't seem to find anyone in our area to service it. It has been 3 days since I reached out and they still haven't returned contact with someone available to service this product. How sad that my cheap Maytag dishwasher lasted us over a decade and our Samsung dishwasher (3x the price might I add) quit after 8 months of use. I will never again purchase a Samsung dishwasher.

the glass colors look very pleasant, and it gives it a premium look. i am also very impressed by the cleaning power. you have a lot of choices for cleaning, like auto, normal, heavy, delicate, express 60, pre-blast, and download cycle. i also used half load so i can wash less items and did not have to wait a couple of days to do a full dishwasher. it gives a notice on the tv when it is done. the top rack is great because you can put all your silverware inside and don’t have to use the bottom rack, giving you extra space for pots and pans. another great thing is the smart dry function which opens the door at the end of the cycle to help with the drying process. all this results in clean and dry dishes after a very quiet cycle.

This is a lemon. It broke after 2.5 years. Samsung support was useless and no one appears to be willing to stand behind this product. It has obvious design flaws. It leaks into the electrical components in the door and gets damaged. Don't waste your money.

I'm a new owner of a strom wash in white glass. The diahwasher has very nice exterior design. It washes the dishes fine but not necessarily the utensils in the top rack depending on fullness of the dishes in the below racks. A BIG TURN-OFF is the STRONG petrolium/chemical odor it emits from the black sound deadening insulation glued to the body of the dishwasher when washing dishes, especially when it is using hot water or the heated cycle. One has to open the windows to air out the kitchen. I don't think this is acceptable for a new product! I've never had a dishwasher emit such a horrible sharp petrolium/chemical odor before. I confirmed the odor is from the black insulation by pulling the dishwasher out of its cubby and running it outside. The odor emitted by the black insulation is just nose piercing and awful.

We needed something quieter and decided to get this one. We haven’t been disappointed with this feature. It’s so quiet that sometimes I double check to make sure it’s actually on and washing. The dishes come out clean without spotting. At the end of the drying cycle the door pops open to allow excess humid air to escape – this is great because I don’t have to towel dry residual water from the dishes. They are completely dry and ready to put away. The only drawback for me is the lack of space for taller things like cookie sheets. They fit, but only if you remove the bottom rack cutlery basket and use the top rack shelf. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. All in all, we are very happy with our new, *quiet* Samsung dishwasher.

We ran it the first day we installed it, the light on the front indicated it was running however I didn’t think it was running because it was so quiet. I had to do a double take. Using the auto feature which senses the amount of dirt in the water the Samsung runs a shorter wash cycle than just setting for a standard run cycle. The three racks all appear to have a superior system for supporting themselves. The racks don’t feel like some cheap design, and I have some experience with other dishwashers where the plastic wheels on the racks are just not up to the task. Rest assured that these racks are in my opinion better designed than all the other dishwashers that I have had in my life and the several homes I have had. Dishes are always clean, never had any issues.

But he Samsung Dishwasher does not have the coil. What it has is "Smart Dry" technology. . . .Think of it as a whisper quiet hair dryer in your dishwasher that circulates hot air to dry the dishes, in combination with the door automatically opening after the cycle is done to help further the drying process. The 3rd rack above is a life saver . . .so perfect for your flatware and utensils. I used to always think - Do I really need a smart dishwasher. Most of my other appliances are connected through the home. But the dishwasher was one of the last appliances that was basic without any online connectivity. Let me just put it this way. After buying it, I honestly would not go back to a basic dishwasher. It is so convenient and a huge blessing in disguise. The smartdry function is a state of the art technology in my opinion that circulates warm air and automatically adjustd the drying temperature as needed. The app allows you to choose from 5 cleaning options and remotely control your dishwasher. It looks absolutely sleek aesthetically and is much quieter than other dishwashers out there as it seems to absorb sound and vibrations, which is due to its quality build. The outer panel looks sleek and is fingerprint resistant. It is eco friendly and efficient and a must have for any home!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of 3 racks, but not when my top rack loses height and taller items no longer be on top. I have to hand wash now. Bottom rack is not for all dishes. The 3rd rack came in handy for cleaning baby bottle nipples and rings, but the curves in the 3rd rack made some nipples tip over and fall out. Bummer. Having to covering the hot hair vent loses space if I want to take out the utensil rack. There's a whole wall in the back that could have had the hot air vent... or put it on the door. There's also a left side water spray area that can't be covered, so it forces plates into the front row only. Having the WIFI connection is cool, but why can't the 1/2 load also be for the Top rack... not only the bottom? Why doesn't it show the dishes are clean after the cycle is done, and stay on as an indicator, until I turn off? For the price, all these suggestions would make it a stellar machine. The best thing about this unit is the silence. I can't hear it and that's fantastic!

I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year and the items do not always come out clean. Sometimes the silverware, plates, and glasses come out with left over food particles. I often have the items really clean before I run the dishwasher. I clean out the filter weekly. The performance is terrible.

This dishwasher is awesome! I really enjoy the top cutlery rack and the convenience of it. The middle rack should be more sturdy but I really like how it’s adjustable for it to be lower or higher depending on what you need for the lower rack. Above all I would totally recommend as it really quiet too.

Our previous dishwasher was very loud and the main reason why we got rid of it. Our dishes always come out clean and shiny. We like that it has a utensil rack and adjustable glass rack as well. It has a time display which is very convenient for my busy household. The best part about the dishwasher is that it is a smart dishwasher, and we can control it with the Smart Things application. We can set when we would like a load to start even if we’re not home! You can also select a specific cycle such as baby care, plastic, pots, etc. the dishwasher also has an auto release and will open as soon as the cycle is complete. There are so many options that come with the dishwasher, too many to mention but I’ll name a few of my favorite. 1. The sanitize option 2. High temp option 3. Quick cycle4. Pre blast option that rinses really dirty dishes. Overall, this is a pricey dishwasher but worth every penny! We love the Bespoke Products.

Loading/ First wash - we were finally able to run our dishwasher for the first was last night. There were times where I thought I hadn’t started the wash cycle because it’s so quiet that I thought it was off! Our last dishwasher sounded like a Mack Truck driving through our kitchen! Loading the machine was fairly easy and straight forward. We really like the utensil basket and how much can be washed at one time. Although we had a bowl that wasn’t completely washed, the rest of the dishes were spotless and dry! Our last washer had a tough time drying. The third rack is something new to us but, I can see how useful it can be! I can’t find much wrong with the machine yet although, my only grip so far is that the controls can be a little bit of a hassle to press because they sit just below the lip of our countertop.

I submitted this review 6 weeks ago but Samsung never posted it... I bought this about 10 weeks ago. It's by far the best looking one out there and it's very silent. So 5 stars for that. Two things bring this down to a 1 star review especially at this price point. 1-The off-gassing. When in use, it smells like hot tar/cheap plastics. Regardless of the cycle, the off gassing is actually quite bad. I live in a 1000sqf loft, so it smells everywhere. It smells like roofers putting a hot coat of tar in my kitchen. I would be curious to see what the exposure to VOCs are like in this context. It’s sad because every time, I’m potentially exposed to unknown fumes, I need to open the windows and start the kitchen fan. Those really quiet 42 decibels are worth nothing in this context. The other thing is the drying. It's only Ok on dishes. I admit not using a drying agent. But never had to with previous dishwashers. Also not a fan of the door aromatically opening to help the drying as it creates condensation under the lip of the counter. And some times the door does not open enough. So the condensation pools up on the controls. Also the wine glass slider panel unclips easily. 

Looks great, is very silent, but very disappointed. Will be going back to Bosch with my next purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung BESPOKE series have always been eye catching when they were first released. After receiving my unit (which is the white glass dishwasher that matches my other BESPOKE series kitchen appliances), I must say I'm relatively impressed. The product fits incredibly well in any modern home, particularly with matching white cabinets. The dishwasher does an incredible job cleaning the various dishes that are able to fit, including unique options like boost drying and sanitizing (with auto door release). Now, I saw "that are able to fit" because I have personally encountered more difficulties than expected fitting the same number of dishes vs. my previous dishwasher. Given the compact design, you do need to fiddle with dishes a bit more to ensure you're maximizing the usage of space. It's a small nit, but it can be frustrating when the last thing you want do is deal with the puzzle of fitting all dishes into a confined space. That being said, every other feature is a knock out of the park. The SmartThings integration in particular is VERY useful. Being able to select specific features to send to the dishwasher, monitoring from afar (the dishwasher is ultra quiet, so even a room away I wouldn't know without the SmartThings app), and keeping track of things like tablets left for cleaning are all great features. And of course, the unit itself is beautiful and works elegantly with other appliances. Overall definitely recommend!
