I bought the dishwasher in November 2023. Since first day it never worked properly. There are always some dishes which are dirty, humid, and not smelling good. The dishwasher seems to have major disfunctioning, and start to have bad smell and being dirty even afer cleaning several times the filter and using auto wash. I called the warranty and we had 3 technicians visit, still not working. Samsung cannot arrange a replacement of this defective dishwasher and I have to call everyday the tech center to get some updates. Also between the first diagnostic and the last visit from the tech, it took almost 2 months. Now I cannot even use this dishwasher and I have to wash my dishes manually to get something clean. Please propose a replacement or refund of this machine, I don't want to spend a year to fight with tech center to fix brand new dishwasher.

I've had this dishwasher for a few months now and it functions fine. Good not great. Mostly gets tough stains off but I wish the drying was better. About 3 weeks ago we noticed that some cracks had formed on the front panel of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was not hit and there was no denting. See the attached pictures. I contacted Samsung for a warranty claim and they simply stated this was not covered with the 12 month warranty but instead had to be returned within 48 hours of purchase. I seriously doubt I will purchase anymore appliances from Samsung. Very disappointed.

I bought this dishwasher for a new house we built and moved into a year ago. I don’t know where to start. I couldn’t possibly recommend the Samsung Bespoke appliances more highly. I also bought the fridge and propane gas stove to match. For the cost, it’s beautiful, contemporary design just can’t be beat. Every feature has far outperformed other appliances we’ve purchased for other homes. The dishwasher is whisper quiet, cleans meticulously and is well organized. It dries dishes completely and efficiently without wasting heat to do so annd the door pops open when it’s finished. Our appliances are white, which is what I was looking for. Stainless appliances now seem dated to me.

First of all it gets the basics right , there is lot of room to fit all our dishes in its 3 adjustable racks and it cleans very well even in its normal cycle mode . Dishes come out sparkling clean and dry cycle after cycle . It runs bery quiet as well, you can barely hear it running ! For heavy duty cleaning the Stormwash mode is amazing . It has a lot of smart features like app control , app notifications when the drying aid liquid is running low or when the machine need a self clean . Highly recommend this smart dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

I have been using this dishwasher for the last couple of months and I am quite pleased with the Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel. First things first-it is quiet! So quiet that I can’t even hear it in the next room. Second, love the recessed handle, blends right in to the countertop. Third, it is roomy! We have large plates and it has previously been an issue fitting these into our old dishwasher, but no more. You are able to raise the top rack to fit larger items! Last but not least, it gets your dishes clean and looks great. Fits my other Samsung kitchen appliances. Love them all so much.

I liked it, but the water wall sadly stopped working so dishes weren't getting cleaned and it started leaking every time we washed. This new unit said it was 3 dBA more but can't hear the difference. We have a open living/kitchen so if we run it while we're a wake we didn't want it to be load. It passes that test. I like the autorelease door, which we also had on our other one, so definetly didn't want to loose that. Having the water spin the parts on the bottom is definitely the way to go! I wanted to stay Samsung as weverything from TVs, appliances to phones are all Samsung.

It runs incredibly quietly, which is a huge relief if you appreciate a peaceful house and do not want background noise while it is running. When it comes to cleaning, the water coverage is excellent. It hits every corner of the racks perfectly, consistently leaving the dishes spotless and completely clean without any extra hassle. One of my favorite features is how the door automatically pops open at the end of the cycle. It lets the steam escape and circulates air so the dishes actually dry all the way. It is insanely quiet, I can’t even tell when it’s running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.

There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this dishwasher i'm able to run my dishwasher when i'm at home, ready to go to bed, etc without having to worry about the sound interrupting me. secondly, i love how the top area has a special area just for silverware, which doesn't compromise the lower shelving areas. i'm able to fit in more dishes into the machine without having to worry a side caddy for silverware being in the way. one last interesting thing is the machine will open when it's done cleaning, and has entered the drying cycle. to help prevent excess steam forming water spots on your dishes/glasses. i did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinions

I love the added rack for utensils as it allows you to remove the bottom utensil tray to fit large items or use it for added utensil space. The dishwasher is very sleek and modern. The dishwasher is extremely powerful using the StormWash+. This dishwasher is so quiet that you cannot even hear it running. It is wonderful to not hear the dishwasher running while you are trying to entertain or relax. The dishwasher also dried the dishes faster than I've ever experienced. I love this beautiful dishwasher.

The glassware and plates come out crystal clear after the drying cycle, and the machine is incredibly quiet. Initially, I was doubtful whether the dishwasher was even running because I was used to a Whirlpool dishwasher that made a lot of noise. But this one is so quiet that I can watch TV without any disturbance. Another important feature is that you can connect this dishwasher to the SmartThings app, allowing you to schedule dishwashing at any time and monitor its status. Thanks to Samsung for this amazing product!

We bought this dishwasher six months ago. It's sooo quiet! That's great. But 2:15 for the "Auto" cycle? Stainless interior walls: also great. But utensils in the top rack don't come out clean. "Express wash" one-hour cycle doesn't clean anything in any rack sufficiently. And what's with the front panel of the dishwasher being an add-on? Mine just doesn't stay in place; I keep having to snap it back in. Seems like a really stupid design. Also, why the touch pad on top of the door that gives no feedback? You just have to wait and see if you successfully pushed START or not. Just disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many dishwashers over the past 50 years, and this one is the best ever by far. It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. Everything about this dishwasher is better than the others, an I have tried them all.

We bought this dishwasher brand new when the door broke not even 3 months later. Appliance repair was terrible and in the end broke the new door and told us to contact Samsung. Samsung did eventually agree to refund the dishwasher but refused to refund the cost to install and uninstall. I would recommend a brand that won’t break right off the bat and takes better responsibility if things do go wrong.

The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.

My last one had broken and when the opportunity to try a new Samsung one came up I was very excited. In comparison, this one is very quiet even on the most powerful settings. My last one could be heard from the other side of my house. This one also is very powerful. It cleans my cat bowls as if they were brand new and leaves no smells behind. The feature of leaving the door open upon completion has been great to not leave water on anything and to really assist with drying. It has a ton of space and is very versatile in being able to rearrange things as needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new dishwasher.

First things first-it is quiet! So quiet that I can’t even hear it in the next room. Second, love the recessed handle, blends right in to the countertop. Third, it is roomy! We have large plates and it has previously been an issue fitting these into our old dishwasher, but no more. You are able to raise the top rack to fit larger items! Last but not least, it gets your dishes clean and looks great. Fits my other Samsung kitchen appliances. Love them all so much!

The dishwasher functions very well and has such a sleek and nice design. However, after a few months of use, the panel that displays the time when we look at the dishwasher from its face cracks. I noticed 3 cracks today. I am not the only person this has happened to. I found a thread with other clients who are unhappy. https://www.reddit.com/r/Appliances/s/yG32lHc6CS It's a shame, because the bespoke collection is all about the performance AND the design. If there is a flaw with how the product looks like on the outside knowing very well the look is part of the value, then we find ourselves in an unfortunate situation. Again, the performance is great. It cleans well and it has multiple options for cleaning different types of dishes. I am just a bit reluctant to get the rest of the Bespoke suite for my house, because I don't want scratches all over the appliances that are not "wear and tear".

We swapped out the dishwasher for the Samsung Bespoke and what a difference! Our dishes are clean, dry and not streaky. The dishwasher is so quiet that we dont ever hear it while it's on. Still love that hidden top rack for large knives and utensils! Great assortment of finishes so this unit will compliment any existing kitchen. the recessed handle is great, it doesn't stick out and shout "DISHWASHER" it's just sleek and stylish. Purchased this dishwasher in Black Stainless in February 2025. I upgraded from a GE dishwasher purchased in 1988, so I was definitely expecting a better cleaning experience, but this thing is incredible. I have affectionately nicknamed it Harry Houdini as it makes food, grime, grease, etc disappear with little to no pre-wash or rinsing required. I installed this dishwasher myself and it was extremely simple. I do wish important cycles, such as Self-Clean, were available directly on the dishwasher as opposed to only in SmartThings. Regardless, so far I'm ecstatic with my dishwasher purchased.

That one was so loud I could not even watch TV while it was running. This dishwasher is whisper quiet, it also has settings to wash later or smaller loads. I love that it has a 3rd rack at the top for silverware, this is a great way to add more space inside for more dishware. It also has a stormwash feature that can be used to blast something that really needs some extra help getting clean. I also like that this dishwasher automatically opens the door when the dishes are done to help with the drying. if someone is looking for a great high end dishwasher, this is the one to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. I do rinse my dishes because I don't run the dishwasher everyday, but they are always sparkling clean. I use the smart dry. The cycle takes almost 3 hours, but it dries the dishes really well too, except for a little water on the tops of cups that have a lip. It is almost totally quiet when it runs. I love the flat top shelf for little things, knives and some serving utensils. I like the way the silverware tray has little mini slots for each piece of silverware. They always come out sparkling clean and shiny as well. One con is that the outside of the appliance dents easily. But I am finding that on all my new stainless appliances. Overall, it is a great dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

The price was very good especially considering some of the features. The user interface and operations are not very intuitive and I'm sure there's things I still don't understand. The unit did not come with instructions for use or installation. Also, it's apparently a standard situation that dishwashers do not include any equipment needed for installation whether it be hoses, brackets or anything else. No instructions and no installation bits? That's odd.

It is easy to use-buttons are located on the top of the recessed handle and they are very clear. Storm wash, sanitize, auto wash, heavy wash, etc. and the time shows so you know how long the dishwasher will run. It is also super quiet, you can barely tell when it’s on. It also has a lot of space. We wash our dishes less frequently because the dishwasher can hold so much. The only downside is not with the dishwasher, the delivery service took very long as they had to bring three different dishwashers - each one had damage and we just decided to keep the last one because it was such a hassle. Other than that, I have been quite happy with the dishwasher.

I love the fact that there is a small rack at the top that I can put pointy utensil like chopsticks in, where it won't slide down the rack. That can get really annoying. The smart system is pretty cool. It tells you when the wash is complete. It also has a option to clean the dishwasher. I also like the fact that it opens when it is complete and starts heating the items inside to dry it. Cons: I normally have something negative to review for a product but for the most part, I have not come up with one for this item yet. It is easy to use and does its job perfectly and did I mentioned QUIETLY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

26 months after purchasing this dishwasher, it started leaking. The good part is that the leak detector was spot on and stopped the washer so that there was not a flood. I live alone with dishes only for one person. I used this dishwasher on average 20 cycles a month (so it lasted approx. 520 cycles total before it started leaking - which is not very heavy use in my opinion). It dries very well, it washes very well including the storm wash, and the 3rd rack is great. It is extremely quiet. But, sadly, it is a disposable appliance (maybe they ALL are nowadays?)

I bought this about 5 weeks ago. It's by far the best looking one out there and it's very silent. So 5 stars for that. BUT.... Two things bring this down to a 1 star review especially at this price point. The off-gassing. When in use, it smells like hot tar/cheap plastics. Regardless of the cycle, the off gassing is actually quite bad. I live in a 1000sqf loft, so it smells everywhere. It smells like roofers putting a hot coat of tar in my kitchen. I would be curious to see what the exposure to VOCs are like in this context. It’s sad because every time, I’m potentially exposed to unknown fumes, I need to open the windows and start the kitchen fan. Those really quiet 42 decibels are worth nothing in this context. The other thing is the drying. It's only Ok on dishes. I admit not using a drying agent. But never had to with previous dishwashers. Also not a fan of the door aromatically opening to help the drying as it creates condensation under the lip of the counter. And some times the door does not open enough. So the condensation pools up on the controls. 

 Looks great, is very silent, but very disappointed. I will be going back to Bosch with my next purchase.

I upgraded from a Maytag dishwasher to the Samsung Dishwasher and we've owned it for a total of 8 months and it is no longer working. I've tried reaching out to Samsung, but we've been told they can't seem to find anyone in our area to service it. It has been 3 days since I reached out and they still haven't returned contact with someone available to service this product. How sad that my cheap Maytag dishwasher lasted us over a decade and our Samsung dishwasher (3x the price might I add) quit after 8 months of use. I will never again purchase a Samsung dishwasher.

Dishwasher works great! Had it for over 6 months now. What sucked was the logistics company they use to deliver and install. First they delivered and almost just left it in my living room since they said they did not have the installation kit. I made them move it down to the garage as i was not going to have that thing sitting in my living room for who knows how long. Good thing i did since it took 5 visits from the logistics company to finally install it. First they did not have the kit, 2nd and 3rd guy also did not have the kit despite it being noted on the order slip all this time, 4th guy had the wrong kit, and finally 5th guy installed it and he was bragging about it but i reminded him that this was the 5th visit.

Very quiet and packed with awesome features: auto door release at the end of the cycle, storm wash removes toughest residues, tunable dry cycle, and smart things for fine tuning. This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! I also love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is. I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen! Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. It became very clear that the dishwasher was too loud, did not always clean the dishes, and was also did not look good in the kitchen. Our new StormWash+ dishwasher is incredible. I purchased this dishwasher on June 19, 2022 and it stopped working after only having it for a little over a year. The repair cost is almost the same amount as purchasing a brand new machine. Samsung DOES NOT stand behind their products and refuse to help with our situation. I will never purchase ANY Samsung products in the future. Their warranties too, begin when the store we purchased the dishwasher from received it. Not when we purchased and registered it. How can a company claim to sell "green" products when they die just after a year of use?

This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble since day one. A part was leaking on the first day. Eventually that part was replaced, but the new part continued a slow leak (undetected for a while) until the replacement part just fell off. I've tried to fix that part multiple times, but the leak always comes back. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with Samsung dishwashers. Outside of that, the dishwasher doesn't clean nearly as well as my last dishwasher. I don't think I'll be buying another Samsung appliance.

I like all the options it has and am still learning some of them. Dishes come out very clean without spotting. The drying feature that opens the door to release heat/steam is pretty neat. I think it works for getting dishes clean and shiny. Now for the 'excepts'. Just a couple of things that I am not impressed with. The top rack (3rd rack) seemed like a good idea but I found that I would rather have the extra space above the middle rack for taller glasses and dishes so I took it out. A little more room between the bottom and middle racks would be good too. I wish I had more adjustment options for raising and lowering the middle rack.

First impression was not great - the racks seem flimsy and don't glide well, and the instructions are not good, even having some conflicting information. But finally none of that was a problem, and I gotta give 5 stars because it cleans the dishes so well, while being energy efficient. It is significantly quieter than my previous one- it is hardly able to be heard operating as you stand in the same room with it. The top rack is adjustable and easily moved up and down, even with dishes on it. The Storm was setting is a bit overrated, but still testing it out. The app with any dishwasher is also overrated as that you still have to load, etc. It is mainly good for monitoring it than anything. Great dishwasher so far. I hope it holds up longer than my previous dishwasher. So far, so good!

I LOVE the sleek look with the recessed handle, hidden buttons and classy digital display. No longer do I have to worry about hitting the start button simply by leaning against the counter! The interior racks are well organized to hold so many dishes, and the top drawer designed for silverware and utensils is awesome. Everything comes out clean and spotless, and the feature of the door opening automatically when the cycle is complete is ingenious. Last, but not least, this is by far the quietest dishwasher ever. I cannot recommend this Samsung dishwasher highly enough, as it lives up to all of its claims -- there's not a thing I'd change about its design or performance.

It’s so much quieter that you hardly know it’s on at all. The timer that can be seen from the top and on the front is a great indicator that it’s on and how long is left. This can be checked on the app as well. Having the door pop open when it’s finished is a very nice feature as it helps vent any steam left over in the dishwasher. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and pots and pans.

This replaced a very loud plastic tub/door model and it performed flawlessly. Easy to add via smart things app. Storm wash is great. Filter is simple and easy to take out for cleaning. The dishwasher actually drys quite well if you use rinse aid both with or without door release. High temp dry does air gas’s off some oily smell, likely the sound deadening mats but it’s fleeting as we ad on more cycles.

The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

If you are looking for a dishwasher that is super quiet, then you've found it. If you are looking for something that will hold your dishes, this isn't it. The top rack is adjustable, but to fit a pint glass, you have to lower it. There are only two settings. When you lower the top rack, standard plates don't fit on the bottom. If there were a mid-level setting for the upper rack, all would be perfect. Unfortunately, there isn't. Also, the door does not open flat. I don't have a clue why Samsung would design a door this way. If you try to load the bottom rack, you have to hold the door down to get the rack out. I wish I could return it, it is that bad. If you are thinking about buying this, don't waste your money. Get a Bosch instead. Far better product for design.

While this is the same size as my previous dishwasher (standard size), I have to be very crafty when loaded a large load of dishes. I have to keep the middle rack adjusted to the higher position because my plates are too wide for the bottom rack. This limits the cup size for the second rack, so I now have to put things like Shakers on the bottom rack. Luckily the Smart Dry feature keeps those safe.

Very quiet; does great job cleaning dishes; at the end of the cycle the door pops open-so there's no mistaking whether the cycle is complete also we keep the door in closed position so that when a cycle has been run by one family member the door being open is a good clue that what's in the dishwasher cabinet is clean; one other feature that we like a lot is the Smart Things app which signals on our phones when a cycle has been started and when completed. For some reason, occasionally, after some cycles quite a bit of water remains in the bottom of the dishwasher tub. However, Samsung support is fantastic and can tell you how to remedy that issue.

Heated dry does the job but, in my use, I never needed with Auto Release. I use the 1-hour quick wash on most days when there are not many dishes to wash, and it does the washing well enough. One problem that I have noticed is - the top tray has small holding stems for the spoons - which keeps breaking whenever we pull the top tray with spoons loaded.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.

My new Samsung is an efficient and quick. But it's the technology that really makes it stand out. I have a Samsung Smart TV, Refrigerator and stove and I love the fact that information from each of them tie together. I get a notice on my TV, for example, when the dishes are complete. I also am able to track how much energy used and am able to adjust my usuage accordingly.

This is a lemon. It broke after 2.5 years. Samsung support was useless and no one appears to be willing to stand behind this product. It has obvious design flaws. It leaks into the electrical components in the door and gets damaged. Don't waste your money.

We thought it was a defect in the first unit but the replacement unit has the same issue and almost every night we have to struggle to snap the spray arm back. It is cumbersome and irritating. The quality of the components does not seem to live up to Samsung's reputation. We are Samsung household but unfortunately will not be getting another one after this terrible experience.

I bought this dishwasher in March 2023. Just after 6 months of usage, panel with buttons stopped working and now dishwasher has a leak issue. On top of the issues, Samsung has one of the worst customer service team.

It is one of the quietest dishwasher I have ever used and works great. It has customizable cycle options and is very efficient to use. It has a storm wash technology and does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. The dishwasher has great capacity and helps arrange the dishes systematically. It connects to wifi and is easy to operate from the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super quiet dishwasher! Can't even hear it running. It's got a wonderful stainless interior and 3 trays. The middle tray is height adjustable. There are lots of options for the dividers as sections for down our away to free up space. My husband and 8 installed it with no problems. Ours is the black stainless and it does not show fingerprints or water spots which out old stainless one did. I was constantly wiping it down to remove water drips and such. It has several washing options and a high speed drying option. Sometimes lids or containers don't get dried completely but it usually does a good job and the door pops open when it is complete to allow steam to escape which helps the drying time. The quality feels good and I think it'll last a long time. Highly recommend Samsung appliances.

This dishwasher worked great for about 20 months after purchase. One of the features I really liked is that the door opens slightly 15 minutes prior to the end of the drying cycle, to vent the steam and facilitate the drying process. However... after 20 months of daily use (I live alone), the detergent dispenser has now failed (doesn't open anymore) along with the rinse agent dispenser. I've also noticed that the upper rack is starting to rust. This thing is falling apart way too early.

Nothing but issues with this dishwasher. I owned this for just over a year. 4 months later, i got a Leak error. 9 months later another leak error. 12 months later another leak error. Now, not even 30 days past my last service, I got another leak error. Worst part is now I'm out of warranty. This product was a big LEMON. It's so frustrating because of all the time we didnt have the dishwasher waiting to get it serviced, not to mention needing to be present for the dishwasher to be fixed.

This dishwasher has been very impressive with its whisper-quiet running and also on how it handled tough food residue with ease, and consistently delivered spotless dishes. Its cleaning performance has out matched what we had before in every aspect of cleaning and drying without leaving the white water spots or any residue. Then automatically opens when cycle is finished to help draw in dry air to completely dry the dishes. Wonderful dishwasher.

My first impression of the new Samsung dishwasher was that it was sleek and looks like it can hold a whole lot. We do have a big household so that is a plus. I love the different options it has as well. After a few uses, the dishwasher didn't seem roomy enough, so I took out the utensil rack on the bottom rack and utilized the very top rack. After finding out how to arrange the utensils on the top rack, it was a game changer. LOVE how clean and organized it is. It is SO quiet. The only thing I would change about this dishwasher is for it to have a dry option by itself. Also- there is a slight delay when choosing the options. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

New home purchase in July 2023 came with this dishwasher. The unit is quiet and seems to clean ok. I wish they had put an explanation of the cycles in the quick guide. In October the door leaked a large amount of water on the floor. The builder contacted Samsung and they came out within a week. They ended up replacing the whole inside of the door a few weeks later. It seems other reviewers are having the same issue. I would steer clear of this dishwasher if I were purchasing.

It is very quiet and washed much faster than my old one. The entire thing, inside/outside, looks great and seems to be fingerprint resistant. I also like the display on the exterior to view how much longer is left for the wash. Oh... The smart dry feature --- AWESOME!! It pops the door open a little at the end of the cycle and the dishes come out dry as a bone! I love this dishwasher!

I had an earlier model and wanted the same. This is not as nice as my previous unit. Main problem is the silverware basket cannot be separated into two units; this wouldn't be such a big issue if the basket had some of way of being connected to the bottom rack. Ours tips over unless there is something like a plate standing in front of it. I have been looking for a solution (no mention in the manual) for a few weeks with no luck. Does anyone have an solution for me? Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have had in 40 years of owning a home. I love the settings and the modifications you can add to each setting. I use the "60 minute" for a quick ws and the "delay" when I want to hold off my start time. The flexibility in the rack postions are great and I just strated using the "storm wash" add on, Really great for baked on food. I like that I can see in my app where the washer is in the cycle. Great cleaning, easy to load and lots of goodies!

Complete and utter trash! Do not buy this dishwasher. It works great for a few months. My service warranty expired yesterday and I need to make my 6th service call today. This dishwasher was basically defective on arrival and we ignored the first issue until one that could not be ignored occurred. To we have had to call about two leaks, two broken internal parts, two times dishwasher just didn’t run and the latest call is because the dishes doesn’t get clean.

We have run this continuously since my extended family is here and we have mountains of dishes. Through all of its washing cycles I tend to forget the dishwasher is on since it is SO QUIET! We were even washing dishes during the big Thanksgiving games and didn’t even realize the washer was running. This a a HUGE improvement over my old dishwasher and the smart things App makes it even better!

One of the unique features I like the best is the top slide out drawer which is perfect for Tupperware lids and small flat objects like large spoons or pizza cutters. I would give it a 5 except that the door doesn’t open flat. Unless you have the bottom rack all the way out, you have to hold it open so you can’t open the door and slip in a plate and some silverware. You have to roll out the rack which is super annoying. This may have been an installation problem but they weren’t able to rectify it when they came back.

However the auto release feature has stopped functioning and despite trouble shooting to ensure it is on, it still doesn’t work. Think the mechanism to push the door open is bad. When it did work it was awesome dishes were super dry, so was the inside of the dishwasher, no oders. Otherwise happy with it.

We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

Have had this dishwasher for almost 1 year now and it’s still working great. Haven’t had any issues at all. It is so quiet compared to my last dishwasher and finally I don’t have to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. My only small complaint is with the 3rd rack which I barely use, it takes away space from other two racks. So sometimes Tupperware might get caught if put in second rack. It was a great buy and I’d buy it again.

The dishes come out squeaky clean...even the slowcooker crock with dried on gravy. The only fault I have found thus far is the ability to load my regular sized dinner plates straight up an down...They have to be load at a slight angle or the wand hits them as it goes round. This means I can't get quite as much in a load.
