I bought this monitor and tried to turn it on but it never turned On. I called the customer service, they wanted me to take the monitor to a repair store affiliated to samsung to repair it. I received a defective item and they did not take responsibility for that. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Never buying a samsung device anymore.

The monitors work pretty well. Every now and then one of them will start flashing a line through it. I'll have to turn it off and back on to fix it. So far nothing permanent. Three out of the six will do it every now and then. Maybe once a month. Other than that they've been great. I sent one in to be repaired for that issue. It came back with the edge dinged up where they prided open. It still does it so I didn't bother sending any of the other ones in

I bought this about half an year ago and am still very happy with the monitor. Mostly I was looking for a "dumb" monitor in the 30" space, optionally with dual inputs for use on a work PC. This one has screen in screen - very handy - and of course you can make the second input be the main one, too. The resolution only goes up to 1920x1080, but that fits my GPU perfectly. One drawback is, if you place it too close (say under 24 inches away), you can see the individual pixels - but as this monitor sits about 3 feet away, that is no issue at all in my case. Second item that might be annoying to some - the monitor controls are on the right hand side at the BACK of the monitor. Due to the very thin frame, there are no front side controls. Again, for my use case where I do not need to adjust anything 99.9% of the time, not an issue.

Very bright and smooth for only 75htz. The cookies are perfect and the blacks are super black without being slightly greyed. White are bright and as white as a fluffy cloud on a bright sunny day. Easy plug and play connection. Holds it's value to, when I sold it I still got almost 75% of what I paid.

When doing work from home it dose the job, when the kids are doing homework it is doesn't strain our eyes. The color is the best even between work when taking breaks streaming a movie or gaming very clear. I would have to say the best feature is the cost. I use it for coding purpose. It is bright and i can read small fonts of logs easily. Colors are vibrant and stands out easily as compared to my 2nd monitor. Would recommand 100%
