Bought one from Bestbuy, right after turning it on, there is a vertical green line on the left 1/3 of the screen, and there is a horizontal white dotted line on the bottom 1/3 of the screen. Tried to factory reset, different image setting/profiles, different input sources, they are always there. it's a defected screen out from the factory.

I was excited to purchase the 27 Inch ViewFinity S9 S90PC 5K Monitor, believing I was investing in one of Samsung's top-tier, premium products. Sadly, this monitor turned out to be a massive disappointment. The marketing is incredibly misleading—while it's touted as having a "Metal Slim Design," the reality is that over 75% of the monitor is cheap plastic, with only a flimsy metal base. It feels anything but premium, more like a budget product with a premium price tag. The picture quality is equally disappointing. The colors are dull, the contrast is weak, and the overall image quality is shockingly similar to a monitor I previously owned that cost a fraction of the price. This is supposed to be one of Samsung's best, but it doesn't even come close to delivering a high-end experience. But what really added insult to injury was Samsung's deceptive return policy. They boast about a "15 days return" policy with no strings attached, but as soon as you open the box, you're stuck with it, regardless of how dissatisfied you are. Samsung buried these conditions in the fine print, leaving me trapped with a monitor that falls far short of expectations. If you're looking for a truly premium monitor, do yourself a favor and skip this one. This monitor is a regrettable purchase, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Trust me, you’ll be sorely disappointed if you buy this.

Over the past few months, the monitors has exhibited recurring startup issues. After being powered off overnight, the monitor fails to start consistently. The screen remains blank and frequently flashes a light gray color multiple times before eventually displaying the Samsung Viewfinity logo and powering up. Once it starts, the monitor functions without further issues throughout the day. Now, the monitor did not progress past the flashing gray screen, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Sadly enough, Samsung repair seems impossible in Canada. All you have is a AI chat and once you select out of warranty that ends it for you. Now I am stuck with dead monitor that cost $1300 and barely serves me for 2 years. Nonsense!!!

Great monitor - when it works Great monitor - when it works. I bought the Samsung S9 to use with my Mac Studio for photography work. It took me a long time and a lot of cables before I could get it working as a monitor. (The plug in on the back never feels like the cable is 100% in.) Once I did with a Thunderbolt cable (which I tried unsuccessfully a number of times prior) I was impressed. Great resolution and minimal glare for a decent price. Now all of a sudden in the middle of a big project it simply disconnected and I can’t get it back up as a monitor. Very frustrating because my other monitors work just fine with the same cable. Hate to give up, but I need something reliable.

I wanted to love it but had to return it after trying it out for a few hours. I use Mac at work and Windows at home, so I need a monitor with KVM that can switch between inputs. I thought this one has KVM integrated, but it doesn't. Well, if just that, I can still overcome with external KVM, but guess what, all three USB-C ports are downstream and can only be accessed by the Thunderbolt 4 (also of USB-C), meaning that if you need to use the DisplayPort, you cannot use the integrated USB hub and there is no an easy way for you to switch inputs while using the same set of mouse/keyboard.

I work remotely from my bedroom — during the day, the 5K display is great for my marketing image and video campaign asset reviews; at night, it serves as my smart TV, I can play YouTube/Netflix/additional streaming services, and control it from the comfort of my own bed using the remote. I am able to connect and control in multiple ways — airplay, usb-C, use Alexa voice control or the remote — making this the smartest device in my household! My friends have complimented the aesthetics of this monitor when they saw this set up.

Honestly, based on the specs and initial use this should actually be a great alternative to the apple studio display (assuming you are ok losing your fn key functionality) which in the case for our office (this was purchased for a workstation mac mini) we were willing to accept some of the woes of not being an apple product, and being able to control sound, brightness etc. from the keyboard. The tradeoff was that we would get a matte finished screen with a superior web camera setup which in theory was (sort of) an advantage for the viewfinity. Unfortunately to this monitors demise, it comes with samsung's god awful Tizen OS which has been an absolute nightmare since day one. Again, a feature that I guess is sort of interesting in theory but in practical use as a monitor is almost completely useless. The Tizen OS causes constant input connection issues when the computer goes into sleep mode. Because it is technically acting as a TV more than a monitor, when the computer sleeps the monitor treats it as a loss of input connection, you get this ugly blue reconnection screen, before finally shutting down due to not being able to establish a connection. The deal breaker is that it is such a pain to reconnect. A mouse jiggle or keyboard click to wake the computer many times will fail to reestablish an input connection with the monitor and so far the only thing that works is unplugging everything and waiting 30 seconds before plugging everything back in. Imagine having to do this every day which is the frequency we have experienced. This is a massive flaw as I would say that 90% of people are using this exclusively as a computer monitor and not trying to watch tv or netflix on their 27" computer monitor. Really the only market I could see this TV feature being attractive to is students in dorms, but even still, they are not purchasing a $2000 monitor. They'll either buy a cheep M7 or M8 or can buy a typical 27" monitor for 150$ and a 55" tv for $600 and save over $1000. So do yourself a favor and just buy the apple studio display and avoid the stress. If it wasn't past the return period this thing would be going back to the store immediately. Imagine you have a gorgeous new car with all the bells and whistles, incredible reliability, tons of performance and drives amazingly, but every time you started the car you needed to jump start it with jumper cables. You would probably be super annoyed and want to just drive your old beat up civic right? This monitor is that car.

I purchased this monitor thinking I'd be able to use it as a docking station as well. That's not possible. I have the monitor's TB port plugged into my Macbook Air M2. I have a UGreen NVMe m.2 usb 3.2 case with a WB Black SN850X drive. This SHOULD get above 1GB/s RW speed. When the drive is plugged directly into the Macbook, it gets around 900MB/s. That's not bad. When plugged into the S9's USB-c port, I get 200MB/s. No other devices are plugged in. This is with the latest S9 firmware. Unless you need your monitor to double as a smart display, pass on this monitor.

DO NOT BUY! I bought mine in December 2023. Stopped working, and I brought it to a Samsung Authorized Service place. They told me the LCD screen is dead, and replacing it is around $1400. That is how much the monitor cost in the first place. This is not acceptable for Samsung. If it were anything else, like a power source, etc. I would have said yes, but the LCD panel!!! My advice is to stay away from Samsung monitors.

Pros: +Crystal Clear 5K resolution +1 Thunderbolt/USB-C cable. Only one cable to my PC. All cables plug into the back of the monitor. Cleaned up my desk. +Narrow bezel/frame +Nice low-profile webcam design Cons: -Wish it had LAN on the back of the monitor -Wish it had at-least one USB-A on the back of the monitor -When the monitor turns off, the power is cut off to the laptop plugged into it -For work monitor(even WFH) the whole smart monitor tv features not necessary and just extra clutter -Wish the webcam had the ability to zoom in. Too wide angle shows, my whole office. -Speakers could be improved for such an expensive monitor

You can pivot the screen 90 degrees for a greater view of documents. It comes with a 4k camera that amazes you with its resolution, and design. The monitor works perfect both with Mac and Windows and lets you connect through so many different ports (Thunderbolt, mini DP, and USB-C) The ViewFinity S9 works also as a SmartTV and comes with several apps like Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, and Samsung TV Plus, of course), so you can stream your favorite contents. Last but not least, the gaming experience is great. Samsung has developed the best gaming monitors, and you don't need a console or PC for that. In conclusion, I highly recommend this multiuse monitor!

This monitor - marketed as a professional grade monitor and one which does not come cheap - was OK but not great... while it worked. However it only lasted me 19 months before dying completely and suddenly. Since Samsung offer a 12 month warranty, they presumably think that I got my money's worth, however I expected more from this product. I will never buy another Samsung monitor. Fridges maybe they can do, but their monitors are junk, and if their brief warranty indicated they don't expect them to last.

It is on the smaller side 32" 6K from Samsung would be greatly appreciated. Thunderbolt 4 USB C simplifies connectivity and power needs with just 1 cable. Other peripherals are connected via other usb c ports in the back of the monitor. The only issue so far is that the back of the monitor gets hot in 2 hours of use. Waiting for Samsung's to get back.

Not compatible with most docking stations since it only has a thunderbolt in port. I tried 3 different docking stations and called Samsung support multiple times to find out that you can only directly plug in the monitor directly into your laptop through thunderbolt. You can’t use a dock to set it up alongside multiple displays, or at least that’s what support told me. They recommended me to return the monitor so that’s what I’m doing

The speakers are so lack luster, I had to purchase separate desktop speakers. The frame is plastic, but it doesn't bother me since it's barely noticed. The stand is solid aluminum and looks and works great. This is a worthy alternative to the Apple display, if the speakers don't matter too much to you.

I would avoid this model/version. Samsung makes so many great products, amazing products, this is not close to even be number 100 on that list. If you want to constantly needing to hard reset the monitor just to start working in the morning, go for it. It cannot go one day sustaining connection to computer. Just do a quick search online for S9 doesnt wake up when connected to a computer.

It's really easy to set up and I like the design of the monitor. Text and images are sharp and crisp. Good colors. The monitor however has some dead pixels, which has been really distracting especially when working. There's no warranty information currently for this product on the website either. The remote is buggy, if I press a button once it will register as pressing it twice so it will skip over the option I wanted to select. The voice control on the remote isn't great either. I've also had issues with the monitor not detecting my devices after they wake up from sleep/standby. I have to restart my devices for the monitor to detect my devices. Sometimes even when I restart my device it still doesn't detect it, and I cycle through different solutions like power cycling, unplugging and plugging cables back in, etc. until one solution works. Given these issues I wouldn't recommend buying it right now as is.

This Samsun Viewfinity S9 is by far my favorite. The functionality and design are 10/10. The monitor is extremely sleek and would look great on any desk. The silver and black combination are timeless. I have gotten a number of compliments from people who have seen my new monitor. The 5k Display is truly a gamechanger for anyone who works in the creative field as the quality of your photos and videos can truly be appreciated. The 5K camera is amazing and I have no complaints. The matte display is also easier on the eyes and makes working in sunny conditions a breeze. The 27 inch screen is the perfect size as it is big enough to see all my programs and applications but not too big that I cannot view the whole screen at once. This monitor is pricey but it is worth it for all the features. I plan to use this monitor for many years to come.

Great build quality but the panel isn't very good and the software is bad. The matte texture on the panel makes the edges dark when looking at it head on. The matte texture also makes the 5k display grainy and appear very similar to 4k. The software is very poor and takes too many steps to adjust basic things like brightness.

What a coincidence, the 12-month warranty expired and right after the next firmware update it stopped working. It started doing what many other complained, the flickering where it seems to want to start turning on, but then it resets and never turns on. Stay away from this overpriced dust collector

I love my Samsung products and even this monitor makes me happy to do hobbies or work on projects that I love. Having the high resolution and color accuracy is important to me. The additional TV feature is also nice to have if I have to pass the time. I do have a few qualms that come with this monitor though that I think need to improve. -Samsung remotes cause the monitor to turn on regardless if they belong to other devices. this can be a bit frustrating when I only want to turn on one device. -My color calibration didn't give me Delta >2 when I set it up in pro mode. Not sure if it was cause my Fold 4 is a bit outdate or if there were other conditions even though I tried this in a dark room. -When connecting with DisplayPort, the camera is not recognized by my other computer. Its kind of a hassle to switch to different computers to use a webcam or when the webcam is not available for the more powerful computer to use. -Audio quality is okay, but I think it could have use more speakers for power or a different covering material.
I recommended this product.

I LOVE this monitor. The images and texts is very clear thanks to its PPI. So why did I give it 3 stars then? The garbage firmware. I don't care for a remote (it's a monitor, people are, in average, so close to it!), I DON'T care for all of features that are locked behind a login and registration. Thankfully, I don't need much of a monitor, but I hate the slow firmware, it takes so much time to just change the display source. Another thing that I hate about this monitor is how you can't really customize shortcuts beside swapping their places, the remote controller is almost useless because it does not have a source button. You would have to get to the main menu first to change the source. I don't want Samsung TV plus, Netflix, prime video buttons! It's a monitor, you connect it to those that can serve you these! It's a monitor, all i need it to do is change the source and quick access to volume and maybe few settings. This is the only reason why I gave it 3 stars, because Samsung seems to be trying to convert monitors to be the same as the garbage TVs out there.

This monitor's interface is extremely unintuitive, and after trying for one entire afternoon I could not figure it out. And I am an engineering graduate and build my own computers. I ended up selling the monitor at 50% of the price I paid, after a day's use. Everything is frustrating about this monitor. There are no physical buttons to adjust volume or brightness: you have to use a remote control to navigate the illogical menu until you find the relevant options. The default mode when you power it up, is that you have to connect it to WiFI to get basic functions going. But then it immediately start to act as a TV broadcasting some silly sitcoms. At full volume until you figure out how to lower the volume, which requires grabbing the remote and navigating the frustratingly laid out options. By the way, it is impossible to disable the "TV" mode, which is on by default. And if you disconnect it from WiFi, it does not function properly. If you want it to act as a monitor (which is what, I guess, most people buy it for in the first place), then you have to navigate the frustrating menus to tell it to act as a regular monitor. SAMSUNG: All I wanted is a plug-and-play monitor! How difficult is that?

I needed a monitor that was sleek, aesthetic and had good resolution for my photography and videography work. This monitor by Samsung had all the features I was looking for! LOOKS - Extremely sleek and looks great on any desk -The stand holding the monitor is aesthetic and looks modern FEATURES - I love that the monitor is adjustable because my neck often started hurting with my old non adjustable monitor but with this one, that issue is solved because I can just move it the way I want - The 5K resolution is perfect for making sure my videos and photos are crisp when I am editing - The matte display makes it so much easier to work because there is no glare - I love that it can be used as a smart tv! I just need this one monitor instead of having a separate TV - Built in speakers and webcam are perfect for zoom meetings - You can turn the monitor vertical. I use this to read research papers without having to scroll I highly recommend this monitor to anyone who utilizes their monitor for any creative work. It is even perfect for students and people who work on their computer because the display is a 10/10.

I began to use the Galaxy Book 3 pro360 to edit videos and it did an excellent job. However, I continued to be challenged with screen space. It was clear I needed a monitor. I knew the viewfinity s9 5k just released, and I was skeptical if it would be worth the cost. But that all changed when I purchased it and set it up! Right away it was very easy to set up! it seriously just locked into place! When I powered it on I was impressed with the stunning graphics and 5k resolution ! You can tell the difference! My main concern was where my desk was. I work next to a big window and I truly get annoyed with screens that reflect me and all the lights around me. I found very quickly I wouldn't need to worry. The visually appealing matte screen was a true help blocking out all the lights. Speaking of visuals, this montor is truly aesthetic! This thing looks so slick and clean, my friends think I'm a professional just be the looks of my set up! I am beginning to think that I am pro worthy, I just use the the seamless USB-C ports and I am in a different world. My galaxy book pairs perfectly with the Viewfinity. My only challenge is the remote. It is a little glitchy at times and needs a double press for certain actions. Thankfully, after installing my mouse I didn't have that issue anymore. Samsung has done it again. This monitor is all I will need for a long time, it's worth the buy!

Stand seemed a little wobbly at the beginning, but after completing the setup it holds the monitor in the right orientation and height very well. Rotation is smooth and the webcam has no issues remaining attached. The 5K resolution is beautiful. Out of the box the color is quite vibrant. There is a calibration process available. It is quite easy and can be completed with a smart phone. This monitor was clearly designed to work with macs, as the ports available are usb-c, thunderbolt 4, and mini display port. A thunderbolt 4 cable is included, which seems to work fine, although a bit short. I did have a few problems getting the ViewFinity and another monitor (LG) to work together when waking my computer up. Sometimes the ViewFinity would need to be plugged back into the computer before everything would work. I think this is a weird interaction between LG and Samsung. When the ViewFinity is the only monitor there are no issues. The smart TV features are icing on the cake and provide better than 4k resolution for TV watching or console gaming. It is a good TV for its size, and would be a boon for a smaller room that doesn't have as much room for a large TV. The remote control is easy to use. One small nitpick would be the built in speaker. It sounds small and I would definitely recommend having dedicated speakers plugged into your system. The monitor is great, I would definitely recommend, especially for creative types.

The first step with ViewFinity S9 5K is the packaging and the unboxing/set up experience. Thankfully, the packaging is not large and cumbersome. Even more, the assembly process for the ViewFinity S9 5K monitor was very simple and quick. It was easy and took minimal effort. You will be experiencing in productivity in very little time. The parts accompanying the monitor include the power brick, power cord, stand, remote, webcam, USB-C cable, and DisplayPort cable. The best part of the assembly process is the stand and that it is simple to place the monitor. A few screws being turned and a couple clicks (confirmation sounds) while placing the monitor on the stand. This results in a flexible viewing experience. The stand feels substantive, yet not overly heavy and allows the monitor to tilt up and down with ease. The monitor comes configured in landscape mode (horizontal) viewing, and can rotated for portrait mode (vertical) viewing after you tilt the monitor up first. Using it for over a week now and it amazes me with it's features, quality and picture everyday. The picture quality is like nothing I have ever experienced, it's like watching something with an added dimension. I watched a 5k video on youtube and could not believe how detailed it was. I'm a programmer and it has helped me fit more text and art on the screen at one time and it's all crisp and clear and readable. I have no idea how I worked without this monitor for so long. It has 218 pixels per inch! I also really like the Intelligent Eye Care which helps since I'm in front of this monitor for more than 12 hours a day. You get the monitor, a 4k camera with privacy cover, remote, power adapter, a miniDP to DP cable and a Thunderbolt 4 cable. The stand is very heavy and allows the monitor to be rotated. It was easy to assemble everything, including the camera, which just attaches to the back on the monitor with magnets. Turning it on for the first time was an experience in itself. While music is playing through the built-in speaker , you are led through a setup wizard. The most impressive part was when it asked which way I wanted to connect to Samsung. I picked up my phone, which is a Samsung S23 and it already had a notification popped up on my phone! I clicked one button and everything was setup. Everything needs to work together this seamlessly. Overall the whole setup was easy, and led me through setting up Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, and Netflix. I opted to attach the monitor to the wall, which required a 100x100 vesa mount. Be careful what size bolts you use, as the M4 bolts they sent with the mount were a little long and required spacers since the monitor requires bolts to be 5.8 - 7.8mm. The power brick is huge, 8 1/2" long by 4" wide. Thankfully, they included a very long cord. The other thing was, every time I turned on the monitor, it would go to Live programming mode of a fireplace and I'd have to exit Live programming mode. In settings I was able to turn this off, so that it started on the main menu when turned on. The monitor has so many features built in: SmartThings hub, the color can be calibrated with a smart phone, the built in apps, games, remote connect to Windows PCs, and Macs through Easy Connection, built in google Meet and Microsoft 365 for video conferencing. Samsung has hit a home run with this monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the setup is a very straight forward one-person job: one screw and placing the monitor into a click mechanism then you are done. The stand seems to be a bit wobbly (partially plastic) and didn’t give much confidence initially. But after setting it up, it held the monitor in place and height very well. the display - The 5K resolution is stunning. The color is vibrant out of the box and the brightness and the dynamic range is equally produced across the entire panel. The calibration process is rather simple and could be easily accomplished via a smart phone. There are two modes of calibration - basic and pro. The basic mode takes about 1 minute to complete and there are some visible improvement upon finishing it. I haven’t got the chance to try the pro mode, as it takes longer (7-15 minutes) and requires a steady placement of the phone (ex. using a tripod). Based on the result from the basic mode, I suspect the pro mode will give even more significant improvement. I also appreciate once the calibration was done (in either mode), the profile will has “Calibrated” appended to it. the connection - This is clearly a monitor that was designed to work with macs, as the ports available are usb-c, thunderbolt 4, and mini display port. A thunderbolt 4 cable is included, which seems to work fine, although a bit short. I have set it up with another monitor, and both are connected to my laptop. There are very few occasions when I wake up the laptop, only the other monitor will be woken up, and I had to disconnect the ViewFinity cable and reconnect it to the labptop. Upon further testing, this problem doesn’t occur when ViewFinity was the only monitor connected, which indicates that this might be caused by the other monitor or simply the laptop (the other monitor is a 4k monitor). the smart TV - It is as good as what you can expect from a high end 4K UHD TV, except the resolution is finer. Again the color reproduction is captivating and even out of the box the picture quality is near perfect. The remote control (works for both smart TV as well as workspace monitor) is very handy and the learning curve is quite easy. If I had to nipick one thing that I wish was better, it would be the built-in speakers, which are rather small sounding despite the adjustment allowed. Other than the built-in speakers, it supports bluetooth devices. Though bluetooth headphones and speakers are quite prevalent these days, I wouldn’t mind the addition of a 3.5mm headphone jack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the moment I pulled this monitor out of the box and placed it on my desk I could tell this would be exactly what I was looking for. I am in the unique position of editing daily on both Mac and PC and there was no 5K option until Samsung released the ViewFinity S9. Right away you notice the sleek styling, plenty of ports/technology, and a whole entertainment suite packed in! Jumping right into the looks, it's a stunner, and that's before you even look at the screen. Very minimal and sharp lines lead up from the base and give you a nice focal point when the display is off. Even with my monitor exposed from the back on a peninsula desk the cables can be managed so nicely. You can set the height match with your working style, and adjust as needed to your heart's content. And the webcam that just "magically" attaches with no wires! Oh what a dream this is coming from other high end monitors. And speaking of dreams, that is also the best way to describe the huge 27" 5K display. Everything fits and scales exactly how I would expect and hope. Color calibration out of the box was fantastic, very vivid, and as bright as you could need! Love the matte finish as well, helps my attention to details just that little bit more, thanks to little reflection! I used my smartphone to really drill the monitor in on color calibration and everything looks that much better and more accurate. The technology side of this monitor also opens up all sorts of possibilities in my setup too. I have a laptop connected via thunderbolt (This also works as a hub to charge and connect my keyboard and mouse, and the 4k "magic" webcam), a Desktop via the microDisplayPort and as a bonus I can connect my Samsung S23 Ultra smartphone wirelessly to the monitor to view any quick videos I grabbed around town. Just full of options to connect and use. I haven't even mentioned the smart TV side of this, it's nice to swap over and take a quick break and binge of few episodes of whatever show I'm currently into, and you can even game on just the monitor alone, I was able to play from game pass some of the latest racing games without any issues. A couple improvements that I think are possible would be the monitor waking up a little faster when I plug in my laptop, a slightly longer Thunderbolt cable would be nice, and at times it almost seemed too bright, I'm sure another update cycle can clear that up. Overall this is a perfect dual use monitor and I'm already planning to buy another!

As a healthcare professional, integrating the Samsung S9 monitor into my daily routine for reading MRI and CT scans of the brain has been nothing short of transformative. It's not just a monitor; it's become an essential part of my diagnostic toolkit. The 5K high resolution and precise color reproduction bring every scan to life with an unprecedented level of detail. I can't emphasize enough how crucial this is when making critical medical decisions based on complex imaging data. The matte display is great during long hours of analysis, as it eliminates distractions and allows me to focus entirely on the scans. It might seem like a small detail, but it makes a world of difference when you're dealing with life-changing diagnoses. However, it's important to note that my experience with the monitor wasn't without its hiccups. One notably frustrating issue I encountered was related to audio output when using a Lenovo Thinkpad docking station. Despite the monitor's excellence in visual performance, I found that sound output via the dock, using the provided mini DisplayPort cable, simply did not work as expected. This was a significant source of frustration, as I had hoped for a seamless, all-in-one solution for my workspace. It required a workaround, such as using separate audio connections, which felt like a cumbersome addition to an otherwise outstanding monitor. Additionally, the modular 4K camera, while offering crystal-clear video quality, was not recognized by my PC and can only be utilized within the Samsung monitor's proprietary software. The Samsung S9 monitor clearly outshines the Apple HomeCinema display in several key aspects. First and foremost, when it comes to ergonomics, the Samsung monitor offers a more versatile and user-friendly experience. It features a fully adjustable stand. It's my hope that software or firmware updates can resolve this audio output and camera issues. I received this product to test from the MFG for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My thoughts on ViewFinity S9. Out of the box, the monitor looks sleek and super nice. Simplistic yet classy. It was easy to setup -- click the base to the stand. Hook up the monitor to the stand and wait for the click. Plug in and that's it! The Viewfinity experience begins! It's not your ordinary monitor as it can work immediately out of the box. This monitor comes with a remote -- why? It's your total entertainment center. This comes with preinstalled apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, and access to Free TV to name a few. It has built in speakers which is ok -- althought I somehow expected a bit better sound experience. But it's much better than my previous monitor that only has a display but no sound. It definitely delivers the entertainment you needed right at your desk with no additional devices needed. The Ergonomic stand makes it easy to adjust how to best use the monitor for productivity. Tilt it upward or downward, slide it to the top of the ergonomic stand and create extra space to bring your laptop right below your monitor, or slide it down and lave your laptop to have an extended screen view. It's up to you! Wanna have a different view, slide it to the top and turn it 90 degrees and have a vertical monitor perfect for YouTube Shorts! The monitor includes a multi-view function that allows me to watch TV on one side and work on the other, I could also connect 2 laptops and work side by side through split screenI love this feature -- it's definitely a convenience factor! Wireless Connectivity is what made me fall in love with this. Getting rid of cables is a big thing for me. I was able to eliminate my Hub/ docking station, my external webcam, my laptop charger-- making my desk extra clean and clutter free. The ability to connect wirelessly -- or with a single USB-C cable to my laptop is already good, but having that usb connected to the monitor and not just extend my screen to the majestic 5k display -- but actually charges my laptop at 90W is another cable free convenience! There's also a built in Camera that connects with magnetic pin right at the top of the monitor. Another awesome wirefree solution! The camera pans digitally to keep you center of the video Some things I wish it would improve is support for additional productivity apps as it only supports Google Meet for video calls -- it would have been great to allow support for Zoom and MS Teams or other meeting platform. Overall, It's a great monitor to have!
