It does take a little time to get used to all of the smart features and menus, but once you learn your way around, it becomes second nature. The built-in speakers are solid. The remote control makes navigation easy once accustomed to the layout. I would prefer the remote to be more visible in a dark room setting instead of relying on muscle memory or an abrupt need to turn on a light for desired selection to keep the flow moving pleasantly. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung Smart Monitor!

I connect my Mac mini to the dual monitor setup to handle my everyday tasks as a technology teacher! Having 2 large monitors helps me to get and stay organized and it looks beautiful in the process! When I have downtime I have my Nintendo Switch connected to one monitor and my Xbox connected to the other so I'm either collecting coins with the Mario bros or I am diving into a Call of Duty session. No matter what I need to do my monitors look good and perform the job to perfection. I even purchased a 3rd monitor for school because I love this monitor so much!!!!

It is easy to use and so many functions that even the "less than savy" user can manage! I have and will continue to recommend this to friends, family, and even strangers on social media!! Brightness adjustments are better than any other monitor I've used. Perfect size if you need multiple windows open at once. There are better work monitors there are better gaming monitors and there are better TVs, but I haven't found something that does all three as well as the Samsung M7 does. Has Samsung hub features as well as ability to talk with Bixby to control monitor functions. Comes with a solar powered remote control that I haven't had to charge one time in 3 months! A++ with this monitor Upgraded from the 32" I had for 5 years with no issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really disappointed with this Samsung monitor. The original unit suddenly stopped working twice and eventually wouldn’t turn on at all. I contacted support and got a replacement — only to face the same issue again. The replacement monitor also shut down unexpectedly and is now completely non-functional. I expected much better quality and reliability from Samsung. Dealing with repeated failures is frustrating and disrupts my work. This kind of experience seriously undermines confidence in the brand. I’ll be reaching out to support again, but honestly, I’m not sure I can recommend this product to anyone.

This has to be the lowest quality monitor I've ever used. Look at the pictures I've attached. The first is what the M70D looks like and the last two pictures is what my other 4k monitor looks like. In addition to the image being terribly distorted, there is a very heavy finish on the monitor which makes the text look incredibly fuzzy and blurry. The monitor looks like its 1080p in resolution due to this finish, and the colors and color accuracy looks atrocious. I honestly hope the product I received is damaged, because if not, it is crazy that this is what they are intentionally selling to people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor works well overall and has many built in features that allow me to stream whatever I'm watching efficiently and I can game on occasion with no problems. I never encounter any issues unless with brightness (needing to adjust for different consoles usually) but once I change the brightness, I can just switch it back. It's a very large monitor as well giving me lots of viewspace for whatever I have on screen whether it be gaming, working, studying, or even just having a few tabs open. It has a good refresh rate and I'd give it a 5 out of 5 in performance, looks, and long term use.

The monitor itself is a decent 4K monitor. It has some gaming features, though it's not the best for gaming. I primarily use it for photo editing, and occasionally for streaming shows and movies. As a smart TV, the operating system is awful. It's buggy, laggy, crashes a lot, and a lot of the time is straight up unresponsive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a big monitor to connect to my work laptop, and went through a lot of options. 49 inch curved, 32 inch widescreen, one regular and one 90 degree, but nothing ever felt right. Decided to try the M7 on a whim, and now I'll never go back. It's incredibly easy to set up, just connects to everything and is very versatile. I can hook it up to my laptop, then wirelessly switch to dex from my phone, then catch up with my shows while eating lunch without ever leaving my chair. I mean I do leave my chair, but I don't have to. If I'm feeling frisky, I hook up my switch to the other HDMI and wind the day down with a little tears of the kingdom or SSBU. Colors are great, sound is pretty good, and like I said, it just works.

The monitor has made my daily life so much easier and so much more efficient I can't even put into words how it's changed my life. I would pay double or triple what I paid for it. It's worth that much to me best monitor I've ever owned and who knows maybe the best I ever will. I highly recommend everyone get this amazing piece of technology you will not be disappointed. You will be astonished at the resolution, at its capabilities, and how it just makes work more fun. I bought this monitor because the Samsung website says it has a 178-degree viewing angle. The real number is about 60. Sitting in front of the center, the screen looks okay after tweaking the controls but when you stand up or move a little to the side the colors wash out. Who would want a monitor like this? It has picture by picture but you cannot use it with two HDMI inputs; one must be wireless. I cannot figure out how to use picture in picture because the user manual does not cover it. It lacks upconversion like all televisions have.

I use windows but as you all know, playing hdr content in windows, in any other browser besides edge is straight horrible. This is where the smart part of the monitor comes in, it has built in streaming apps with natively supported hdr10. HDR content might not matter to some but it matters to me cause why watch content in sdr format when you can watch in hdr and make it look 100x better you feel, but yeah overall a great monitor for productivity and entertainment

If i wanted to I could also use it as a gaming monitor but the refresh rate if you're really into gaming wasn't too ideal for fps or high framerate games, but a casual or solo player game was perfect. The remote interfered with my tv so i had to move my monitor to a different place lol. But the Remote works flawlessly and it never seems to lag or hiccup at all. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this 32" monitor as the primary monitor (out of 2 32" external monitors) for my laptop via an MSI docking station. While it doesn't have the picture quality of my S90D OLED, this monitor has shown itself to be more than capable of vivid color displays and the Smart features are just a nice bonus when I want to stream content from an app, and I've also found that using the USB port on the back for an added external drive has been very convenient when connecting to my laptop via USB-C (TB4). I do wish that the UI was a little faster, and wish there was a way to isolate my Samsung TV remote from controlling this monitor, because it frequently gets accidentally turned on or off when trying to turn the nearby TV on. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the monitor for the price.

Used primarily for work but when the living room TV is in use and I need another TV to watch my shows I use the M7 as it also a smart TV. Only issue is if you hav another Samsung TV in the same room as the M7, the TV remote will turn on or off the monitor as the TV remote activates both smart monitor and smart TV. It's a little annoying and I hope Samsung updates the M7 somehow to only react to the M7 remote and not standard Samsung TV remote.

Having built in speakers is a plus and the remote and ability to download streaming apps is something I rarely use but nice to have. I'm not a fan of Samsung's pre-installed bloatware though and don't like it when I use the remote to turn on the monitor that it always seems to default to some free live TV channel instead of the last used source.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the cost of this monitor, I didn't expect too much. However, it keeps exceeding expectations, time and again. Resolution is great for both my use-cases, and the overall experience has me wondering how I got by without it in the past. For work, I use the monitor as an extended screen for my 4k laptop display. While colours aren't quite the same on both displays, I really don't mind because they're rather similar, and my workflow doesn't require calibration on that level - which the monitor does have, by the way. I sometimes wish it had a third HDMI port, or that the USB-C input could be expanded by a hub to attach more sources. For media consumption, it's pretty great. Speakers aren't the best quality, but they're good, and I use Bluetooth headphones most of the time. In all, it's a solid package worth every penny.

The image quality is what one would expect from Samsung and Tizen OS adds more to the features this monitor has to offer. Sound quality doesn't meet my expectations being smart monitor where I can watch Netflix or other video content it lacks depth and clarity. I hope Samsung does offer updates for long term to allow users to use the monitor for more than two or three years.

I use it for Samsung DEX, which turns it into a full-blown computer when you connect an Android device. All this can be done completely wirelessly, or using a simple usb-c connection...cable included. You can't beat this QHD display. Amazing!

It's fast and efficient. Above all, the 4K picture quality is fantastic. I especially like the convenient features like the Smart Hub. It's easy to use and intuitive. It's great for space utilization. It's convenient because I can wirelessly access YouTube, Netflix, and other apps. When you connect your phone to SmartThings, you can view photos and videos by date. The remote control charges via Type-C charger, sunlight, or overhead light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this monitor for high resolution desktop real estate. I game, but primarily on my Xbox on my 75"Samsung tv. I don't use this monitor for competitive fps gaming. I do use it for gaming occasionally, and it works perfectly well for that, especially well. It is bright enough, has great contrast, and is light enough for my average build body to lift and set up solo. My one gripe is I have yet to find a way for it to go into standby when I'm not using it, like my other monitors do. This monitor only powers off completely, and in doing so creates problems for all the open apps that happen to be on that screen. Maybe there is a way to set up standby, but as of yet I have not found it. Once my pc goes into power saving mode, this monitor powers off completely (after about 3 minutes, anyway.) An otherwise great monitor for this avid pc power user.

In the mornings I have live news on the Samsung channels and the display setting is dynamic cos the room is bright by mid morning I switch to monitor view for my work and large data bases I work with. By close of day I switch back to Netflix for relaxing and I change the display to movie. At this point and getting ready to sleep. I use my monitor 24/7 and have had not issues with it.

I have two of these. Same model purchased at the same time. Completely different. One hooked into Alexa quite well and the other is no where to be found. Pretty sure that one has a problem with one of the ports when receiving a signal from a Thunderbolt (to its HDMI) port. Switched cables half a dozen times with no luck. The other didn't have a problem with it. When I received it, I had to factory reset it complete.

Bought in December 2024 on sale at BestBuy Canada to use with my new Mac Mini M4 I had ordered. Didnt start using until late January when my computer arrived. Wonderful display with clear text and images. Big upgrade from my 15yr old 23" LG. Thought 32" would maybe be too big, but no it is a very nice usable size and doesn't take over the whole desk. Very happy with my purchase so far

The wireless connection isn't always reliable but I don't know whether that is my laptop or the monitor. I wanted to use this as an external monitor for my chromebook. I bought this particular one because it had USB A ports, and I *assumed* that meant it was a USB hub. But no, it intercepts the mouse and won't let the connected chromebook see it. For some reason it lets the keyboard through, though. Samsung says that if you want the mouse to get through, you have to install an MSI file. Well, I'm on a chromebook (or a linux box) so that does not work. Come on, people! Not everybody is running windows! I am NOT happy about this. Otherwise, it seems to work ok as a monitor, but if I'd known this, I definitely would have bought something else. The chance that I'll use the streaming stuff in the monitor is vanishingly small; I really just wanted a computer monitor and I thought, what the heck, why not add the other stuff on the off chance that I might want it? But the other stuff makes it less useful as a monitor, darn it!

Fits well in the space I use it in. Also small enough to move around. I like the fact I can easily pair it with my laptop as well when needed. This is a very good TV. Great features. Great picture. I bought it as a computer monitor. It took me a long time to get it working reasonably. The documentation for my purposes is very limited. I was hoping to use the USB ports as an extension to my computer, but haven't been able to figure that out. I can charge my phone, but I can't hook up a USB camera.

I’ve used TVs as monitors before but they were not great monitors. This was the perfect size for the room and it does everything I wanted and more. It's very easy to connect my Galaxy S24 to this Smart monitor, and switch between my computer and my Galaxy phone. The frame rate is not bad for gaming. It is very bright and have great color accuracy for watching movies. Overall, it is a very good monitor for movies and non hard-core gamers.

If there is one improvement I'd like to see it's the lag on the user interface. It seems to have a tendency of feeling a little glitchy at times when moving through the interface. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a nice setup. Especially if you can get it on sale. It's nice having a large monitor and being able to double as a TV monitor. We usually use it with Google TV when in TV mode. Unfortunately it's just not as crisp as a regular TV monitor and not as bright. But overall not a bad option if you want the features this offers.

I bought this monitor for my game room and it was the best investment for a monitor in which has Samsung news and also I can watch my streaming on here too. It a win win. I used my computer and PS4 Pro and Xbox Series X and it's bring out the colors in video game. And on the work side the PC and desktop look is very vibrant. Awesome BUY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great monitor, using it for Surface laptop connection. I did have initial hiccup to set it up via phone and had to setup with remote. And it’s also not straightforward to setup the connection for the laptop, had to jump through hoops and tried a few settings in the menu. Good color and clarity though. And sound quality is pretty good.
