This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!

The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.

this is a counter depth fridge which, it implies it should not extend in front of the counter. as per manual, the required width of the opening for this fridge is 35 7/8. however, the doors require at least additional 6 inches of width due to the door/hinge design. therefore, the only way to open doors is to pull the fridge out of its space in front of the counter by about 6 inches. this is really contrary to the very idea of counter depth!!!!! i can only hope there will be sufficient feedback from customers for samsung to come up with alternative hinge design to allow existing door to open without requiring extra space.

Had to go purchase organizing bins for the sleek look inside. We also like the water dispenser and piture (that you can infuse w/fruits etc)?is in its own door. Never liked cleaning that spot outside the door of the old fridge. The doors do stick out 4” but the fridge itself is counter depth. Had to remove top cabinets due to door hinges. But we never used them so doesn’t bother us or our kitchen design. Pull out drawers for the bottom freezer is fantastic. I honestly can’t believe how much room inside. Recommend.

I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. For example, when I think about painting my kitchen, I can change the panels on my fridge to blend with the color. I'm not stuck with one look. Currently my top panels are Tuscan and the bottoms are matte black. My counter top is a blend of browns and blacks so it goes well. My only complaints are in the beverage center, if the top shelf is push in place you can't get a gallon of milk out. I may have it in the wrong place but can't confirm because the instruction manual doesn't provide enough instruction based on MY model.

Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. In addition, as with all Samsung ice makers, the ice maker is junk. The tray cracked on from normal usage so water leaks and freezes the ice holder solid. You make think no issue, I will just order another tray. Unfortunately, as I am sure Samsung realizes, replacing their ice machines is an additional revenue stream. They do not sell just the ice tray and you have to replace the whole ice maker. This also demonstrates their commitment to the environment and well as their build quality.

The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

There are so many things we really like about this fridge. We love the beverage center and the built in water pitcher for filtered water. We love that the 4th compartment can be used for fruits and vegetables since we don't need a large freezer but do need more refrigerator space. HOWEVER, the mini ice cube maker in our fridge never worked - it caused the freezer to ice over every time we turned it on, so we leave it off (not a big deal for us). Then, 2 1/2 years after purchase, there was ice buildup that blocked the refrigerator fan and caused the refrigerator section to stop cooling. Bottom line - it's a well thought out refrigerator with great features but HORRIBLE engineering.

Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

The unit is humongous to say the least...Impressive in virtually every aspect i.e. innovation,particularly with the ice cube dispensar. Very deep shelving which allows for more than adequate storage however, we were astonished there is no "Deli Drawer" in this Unit and we're still wondering WHY? Our Deli-Drawer was probably one of the Most utilized storage spaces in ALL of our previous Refrigerators. ( 'Might want to rethink something there.) The internal Water Pitcher is unique and my wife absolutely LOVES IT! She even slices lemon up and puts in the water...Pretty nifty!

Last fridge broke so I had to replace and I am so happy with our new bespoke flex! I was worried about space but it’s so well designed I feel like we have more space not less! The beverage center is awesome!! And I wasn’t sure about the flex space but we’ve used it both as a beverage fridge and a freezer and I am loving the flexibility to meet our needs whatever the day or necessity. Only complaint is the ice trays seems to lose ice out of the back and slip down into the freezer but it’s a minor inconvenience. Also had to replace the water line with copper as the new plastic one that was installed had the water and ice tasting/smelling like plastic but it was a relatively easy fix. Would recommend.

But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

I was really skeptical about this purchase because I have never spent so much money on an appliance. But I'm so glad I did, I could not be happier. There is so much room and storage space to organize your food without cramming it full and not being able to see anything. The water pitcher in the door is a GAME CHANGER. I absolutely must have water in my fridge, but with a toddler able to reach the external water dispenser we could no longer use ours anymore. This one is safe from pesky toddler hands and honestly I prefer the pitcher so much more over the dispenser. Highly recommended.

This refrigerator failed at its most basic function: keeping food cold. From the day it was delivered, the cooling system was inadequate, and our food began spoiling almost immediately. We had to throw away a full refrigerator's worth of groceries because the unit simply could not maintain a safe temperature. For an appliance in this price range, a fundamental cooling failure right out of the box is unacceptable. We are still dealing with the fallout from this defective unit's replacement process almost a year later, which has only added to how disappointing this purchase turned out to be. I cannot recommend this refrigerator and would think twice before buying another Samsung appliance after this experience.

The smart things app is great if you want to control your fridge at your convenience., like changing the temperature or changing modes in flex crisper. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks luxurious and a great feature too. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. Really fun to be able to change the vibe in the kitchen by swapping panels. The fridge once it has come to temp is whisper quiet. Was concerned about that at first, but after 48 hours, it never made a sound again. Spacious, bright interior. Love the soft freeze option for the flex zone to have the ability to not put all items into a deep freeze. The autofill water pitcher and beverage center is the cherry on top. Very happy thus far.

After a year I can say that as much as I love this refrigerator I hate is just as much. To replace the water filters you have to move your whole refrigerator to turn the water off before you can add the new water filter. If you do not you will get water sprayed EVERYWHERE. Another thing I hate is that the water jug does not always fill. about 98% of the time it does not fill. That started around the nine month marker however by the time I was able to see if it was covered under warranty, the warranty lapsed. Now for the lings I love, I love the bright lights, how all four doors open, how one of the compartments can be a freezer or a fridge, the draws on the bottom pull out which is amazing, and I LOVE the space.

I have had Samsung fridges in the past which is why I consider them again but the level of customization on this fridge would blow your mind. This can be good and bad. The wife and I can make it fit an aesthetic she is going for. Bad when she changes that look she will than opt to buy the different panels to change its look. We currently have 3 different sets including a Dancy winter wonderland version. Past the design the function of a fridge is solid. Keeps stuff cold and the freezer doesn't have that awful freezer drawer I have had on other models. If you want to add to your kitchens look with a quality fridge this si the way to go.

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

Beverage center kills ugly front mount water and ice service. The ability to establish two bottom cabinets for either fridge or freeze is a grand slam feature. Anyone complaining about the fingerprint “free” stainless has never had not treated stainless. Wipe and be done. No stainless cleaner or surface wipe with oil. Only four stars for the three or four times that the water pitcher took hours instead of seconds to refill.

I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

No Ice dispenser but it is nice to have 2 size of ice, they called it ice cubs, and ice bites, it is on the bottom freezer, but it also takes some space valuable space of your freezer, not a big deal with the Flex Zone on the Right Bottom door, that you can also use it as a Freezer, and the beverage center it is an easy way to have water or some fruit infusions, ready and cold for you at anytime of the day. We decided to buy another bespoke fridge, but it is a shame they are not compatible with the 4 door one. We had to change a little the kitchen layout so they are not side to side. But it works good. Glass Panels area really easy to clean.

I recently purchased the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex 29 cu ft Refrigerator with high hopes for its innovative features and reliable performance. However, my experience with this appliance has been far from satisfactory, to say the least. After just one month of use, I encountered a significant issue that greatly impacted my confidence in this product. Without warning, the refrigerator began leaking water from the water filter, creating a mess in my kitchen and causing concern about potential damage to my home. In an attempt to troubleshoot the problem, I promptly turned off the refrigerator's main power source on the electric board, expecting the leak to cease. To my dismay, the water continued to flow unabated, indicating a serious malfunction beyond a simple power reset. In a state of urgency, I resorted to shutting off the emergency water shutoff valve to halt the flow of water. Even then, the situation remained dire, as I had to take the drastic measure of removing the water filter from the refrigerator to address the issue at its source. To my disbelief, upon removing the filter, I discovered an alarming amount of water – an estimated 8 to 10 gallons – had leaked from the appliance. This not only posed a significant inconvenience in terms of cleanup but also raised questions about the reliability and integrity of the refrigerator's design and components. As a consumer who invested in what was advertised as a premium appliance, I expected nothing short of top-notch quality and performance from Samsung. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, casting doubt on the overall durability and dependability of the 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator based on my firsthand experience of its inability to withstand basic usage without encountering significant malfunctions. Samsung must address these reliability issues promptly to uphold its reputation for excellence in the appliance industry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this fridge so far. We have fairly low water pressure to our fridge so the auto fill pitcher has been absolutely amazing. No more waiting for a slow flow, we can let the pitcher fill and not have to wait later. Not needing to open the entire fridge to access the pitcher is also a nice feature. Shelves are all in good locations and leave enough room to fit anything we need in the fridge. The only reason I would rate this a four and not a five is the ice trays. The covers meant to hold the ice scoop ended up being in the way more than they so we removed them. Without the covers less ice slides out the back of the trays, though some is still escaping. Overall not a big deal. Having a scoop for both ice options is worth a little mess at times.

I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

The shelve spacing is well designed. I love the freezer on the bottom. I like that you can make one of the flex zones into a refrigerator if needed. This refrigerator connects to smart things so I can change any of the zones from my phone. I can tell it to stop filling the auto fill water container if I choose or make an area very cold for rock hard ice cream. I enjoy the option of small or large ice cubes. The ice pulls out on trays so you can get to them easily. There is a separate area that allows you to open a section of the door to reach the water pitcher and items you use often. It has a clean modern look. It really updates the look of our kitchen.

Just like many that have posted about this issue, the mini chunk ice maker leaks water into the ice holder and it freezes and becomes one solid chunk of frozen ice. I have not seen Samsung offer any type of solution for this and every time i call in, i am give the run around on the issue and the fix. Samsung what type of help can you offer for this issue. Its very common as you can read but i havee not seen where you have helped with a solution

The water center is pretty useful, you can empty the jar and it will replenish by itself pretty quick and with cool water. The freezer is better organized at the bottom with the individual drawers, 500 times better that a single big bottom drawer. The two different types of ice is a home run and the capacity is great, I don’t miss at all the door dispenser and all the mess if implied.

The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!

Dual ice maker and flexible fridge are great as we have a chest freezer in the garage. We got the counter depth version and I’m glad we did. As you can see in the pictures it sticks out just enough to open the doors all the way, and with the large island we need the room there. Love the blue upper and gray lower panels, with the idea that we can change them in a few years if we want.

Bought this 4 door flex unit and have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. Constantly have to clean out lower drawer that gets ice all inside of it. It continually builds a wall of ice in the rear corner of the ice tray preventing any new ice from back filling what we use. We essentially have to yank the drawer out to shift any ice from the rear to the front and chop out any formed ice wall in the back. For such an expensive fridge, this ice maker is horrible!

It is such a pleasure to use and allows me the ability to easily organize everything which is a blessing with 2 teenagers. I previously had a single drawer freezer which was always a mess but this fridge with its side by side freezer sections is so much better and the flex zone, which we use as a freezer, is great to have in case I need more fridge space for the holidays. The icing on the cake is the autofill pitcher. I didn’t realize how much I would love this. I use it to fill my water glass, the coffee maker, the dog’s water bowls, and pretty much anything else that requires water. It is extremely convenient and so much faster than the built in water dispenser. There’s also the beverage center and the 2 types of ice in the freezer.

The Bespoke aspect makes it mine, you're not going into a store and seeing the same fridge that I have. It's huge capacity is great for big families and the flex zone is so clutch when you need more space in the fridge. I can't speak too much on the ice maker because we rarely use ice, I would have preferred a dedicated ice spout like the water dispenser though, solely for aesthetic reasons I will admit. It's really quiet too, I rarely hear it in the day or night. My only gripe was that the measurements didn't include the wheels on the bottom of the fridge, so I had to adjust my cabinets a bit, but not a deal breaker. All in all, if you have a opportunity to see one of these and you're one of those people who love kitchen gadgets, you'll instantly fall in love.

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago and we love it! The design makes it relatively easy to keep the refrigerator clean. The ice maker is awesome and the ability to turn the ice on and off keeps it from being out of control and clogging up. My last fridge made like 20 ice cubes at best. This one stores quite a bit. The flex space is also super convenient, but frankly it's the design that keeps it from becoming a unidentified frozen object space.

The four door model has the FlexZone, which can be converted to a fridge or a freezer. The stainless steel back wall makes it extra luxurious instead of a boring plastic white wall in most of the refrigerators. The beverage center is a definite plus, and I’m addicted to the auto-fill pitcher where you can make infused water. Did I tell you about the dual ice maker, you get both bite sized and standard sized ice. The stainless steel exterior is a fantastic feature to have with a toddler. I am yet to use the SmartThings app, but I’m sure it would come handy to control a few features from your phone . The interior is quite spacious for a counter depth fridge. Con: I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a plastic shelf go in easily on the left side though.

Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!

Once small complaint would be that there is not much room in the fridge for things that are tall like milk just and large condiment container. The top two door shelves are too short for milk jugs or coffee creamer containers. Glass panels are easy to keep clean. Probably the biggest problem is that the hinges on top are so high up that we cannot open the doors on the cabinets above the fridge all the way, but then not much stored there as it is too hard to reach so not much of an inconvenience. Overall, very nice Fridge. Freezer has no negatives. both sides work well layout wise and there is lots of room.

I LOVE everything about this fridge and wish I’d gotten it a lot sooner. The only thing I’m at all sad about is the ice bites. Let me be clear, I definitely prefer the ice bites to any other refrigerator ice I’ve ever had, but in a lot of places it’s sort of implied they are like a nugget ice but they are not, just very small, and still quite hard, ice cubes. Overall very pleased though. And even though this is the same size as the fridge I am replacing it fits a lot more food. We chose to purchase the navy glass panels and it looks very nice. My husband installed the panels himself quickly and easily. We bought neon dry erase markers and use the front of the fridge as a white board for family communication.

I love this refrigerator. The top doors make it easy to organize your stuff so it is easy to get to. That, and the flexibility of the bottom frig/freezer, makes staging things for harvesting or the holidays much easier. I like the ice maker better than I thought I would. The only thing so far that drives me nuts is that the frig/freezer door pocket shelves are less than two standard soda cans deep. That was a missed opportunity.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

You don't have to see it but it is there when you need it. - There is so much space in the refrigerator and the shelves in the doors are amazing. They hold so much. - I love connectivity! Love the design and layout of unit. The ice makers however are awful. The constantly dispense broken ice, cubes and bites - we have removed, defrosted, cleaned and reset multiple times. Issue keeps occurring. The water tubes to the trays are not iced over and are clear - water sometimes spills out of trays and then ices up the drawer and trays. Super frustrating design and to deal with.

It does take some getting used to opening the doors but once you get the hang of it it's very intuitive, the large capacity is great for a family, I also like not having or have baking soda for smells as there is a odor sanitizer built it that's very handy ! Things I love about fridge 1. Ice cubes regular and pebble 2. Flex zone which allows me to use a fridge or freezer 3. Auto refill pitcher Things I would change: 1. Ice cube tray spill when you scoop ice * We have not taken off the stickers because we are painting the cabinets

The Flex Zone feature, which allows you to use the section as either a fridge OR a freezer, is simply amazing. From the outside the fridge just looks shiny and beautiful ... and it stays that way. Having a 7 year old and 5 year old I really appreciate the Fingerprint Resistance Stainless Steel. And having the beverage center inside the top left door keeps the outside looking minimal and clean. There's more than enough space and the dual ice maker (ice in two different sizes!!) just can't be beat. I downloaded the Smart Things app, and that might just be the best part of the refrigerator. I can control the temperature and lighting (among other things) simply by using the app. And when I accidentally leave one of the doors open the refrigerator beeps AND the app alerts me that the door is open. I can't get over all the features. It really is an amazing refrigerator!

Refrigerators are not an appliance that is replaced often but when they are, you want something durable, reputable, and of high quality. Samsung had a series of fridges available and I settled on this one. It works great, has lots of space, good temperature control, and fits well into the space I had for it. Overall, it's a great a product and I would highly recommend purchasing.

Bought yesterday, and we love the design. One thing that may turn out to be a problem is it is loud. For anyone with auditory processing differences, this can be a huge issue. My ears are ringing, and I can not stop hearing it. I want to get earplugs for the noise. We previously had an Lg , this one has less space available. Our family is downsizing so this may not be an issue.

The automatic filling water pitcher is amazing and we didn't think it was going to be a big deal. Having a flex section really helps especially if you have a separate freezer and don't need the extra space. We highly recommend this Refrigerator. It does seem a little taller than normal. It barely fit under our cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shopped for a refrigerator for a long time before deciding to go with the customizable counter depth Bespoke one. I wanted to move the fridge a few steps out of the tiny kitchen into the adjoining dining room so I wanted it to look good. We are waiting to get all the panels we wanted but it will be worth the wait. Will look even better when a cabinet wraps it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator (with customizable glass color panels featuring the beverage center and dual ice maker with Ice Bites) was finally delivered yesterday, and other than the Navy color being much darker than anticipated it is an amazing appliance! The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for well over a year now and I have to say it's incredible......the temperatures stay steady, the interior layout is very user friendly and the beverage center is awesome. I've never run out ice, and I'm a real fan of the flex section that can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer......and it works! Being able to change out the door panels would allow for matching the appliance to any kitchen make over that may take place. I could go on forever regarding how incredible this refrigerator is, or, I could just say it's a Samsung....that says quite a bit right there. I know it will last! This is my third Samsung refrigerator....I've never had a problem with any of them, I've just upgraded to newer models with more features. Istill use my first one in my basement as an 'extra'. It still performs like it did the day I bught it. Every major appliance in my home is a Samsung, and I'm pleased with all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will just jump right in and say the beverage center is my favorite feature of this refrigerator! The water pitcher is great because it’s full every time I come back to it. I can’t wait to start using it to infuse my water with fruits! Opening that anrea without opening the whole refrigerator is so neat! The bottle/can storage allows me to grab a drink and go! Also, the two different sizes of ice in the freezer actually makes a difference! I can use the larger cubes for a cocktail and it does it melt quickly. The smaller cubes can go in my water bottle for working out. Also, this refrigerator is very roomy. I can fit so many things in here. My husband is a truck driver and takes a large lunch bag to work. The whole thing slides in the refrigerator with no problem. Because the freezer is two doors, I have all of my meat on one side and frozen fruits, veggies, and miscellaneous things on the other side. I am proud of this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked and looked for the perfect refrigerator with all the features I was needing. The 4 Door Flex is unbeliveable! All spilt refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom is always such a small put out draw. The 2 door flex has so much storage with shelves on the door. I Love, Love this refrigerator. And the Different colors are amazing. Who knew?

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.
