Just a terrible product. The places where you can put the shelves make no sense. The shelving is terribly flawed. The ice tray takes up way too much space and and the ice maker spits ice cubes everywhere. I only bought this fridge due to a warranty issue on my other Samsung fridge that had all sorts of ice maker problems. It was a far superior model but it was not available anymore, not that it would be any good if it just keeps breaking down. All I hear is terrible reviews from word of mouth of family, friends, colleagues, etc. I'll never buy another major appliance made by Samsung ever again!

It holds plenty for 3 of us and it can be organized how you want it. The shelves are adjustable. Large bottles like juice can be stored in the door containers. This refrigerator is deeper than my previous one so I am loving the additional space. The water dispenser works great and dispenses cool water. The ice maker makes lots of ice quickly. The freezer is nice sized and there are 3 compartments to store food in. It also has wifi connectivity. I haven't used that feature. So far, we are happy with this purchase.

Within the first 12 hours of buying this brand new fridge, the water stopped working. We have to prime the line at least 2 times a day. Extremely unhappy with this product. I swore to never buy a Samsung fridge due to all the issues I was seeing… yet here I am, living the nightmare $1500 out

When I moved, I wanted my own new appliances and this one was the perfect choice. The shelving is just right and I love the bottom freezer portion. It is way more spacious than I imagines it would be and I'm happy about that. The only thing missing is an ice dispenser that lets you choose the type of ice you want (not a huge fan of cubed ice). I've been able to store a lot of food in the freezer which is great since I've been doing more bulk shopping to save money.

Shortly after buying my condo, my fridge stopped working. Luckily for me, this model fit the small space in my kitchen and was able to be delivered quickly! They also hauled away my old fridge. I like that it works with my Samsung Smart Home setup. If someone didn't close the door tightly, we get warnings on our phones and on the Samsung TV. It's a pretty neat setup and we've bought more Samsung products for our home as a result. Would definitely recommend this Fridge to anyone looking for a 30" wide fridge with lots of options.

Lights inside the fridge are super cool, not too dark and not too bright. Door holders are comfortable, you can open from the top and from the bottom. Freezer storage is big enough. Door alarm is also very intelligent, not to loud, just good idea to remind you to close it. Bottom of the fridge is a hidden storage perfect for the beers and other beverages. It's big enough to fit 0,33 and 0,5 L bottles and cans I really enjoying using it. It's not the biggest fridge on market, but I'm pretty sure that everyone can fit inside. I'm super satisfied and glad that I have it in my condo.

So far I have not had any issues. It is quite a bit smaller than my previous fridge but to me it feels like it holds more. Overall I'm very satisfied with my new fridge. I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a new fridge.

The beeper is kind of annoying I know it's their for a reminder to shut the doors but maybe there is a way you can mute it. For quite a bit of extra money I could have got the ice dispenser as well but I think it wasn't worth it. It keeps the food cold and is easy to set the Temps. I really I Iike how it shows you the temp and not just numbers 1 thru 5 cold to colder

The touch screen to adjust the temperature for the fridge and freezer were easy to use. The handles are easy to pull and slide out the respective drawers. Unfortunately the main issue we have had is the ice maker constantly getting stuck so we don't even use the dispenser/ice cube making function anymore because it gets too cold and completely stops any water flow. Besides that, this fridge keeps our 2 person family well stocked up for both fridge and freezer items.
I recommended this product.

I love the lights inside this refrigerator, not too bright but bright enough to see what you are looking for. It is great without all the smart features but I’m glad it has them. The door holders also offer so many ch more storage and are a lot bigger than I thought they were when the refrigerator got here. I really like the door alarm and then the flashing lights of the door is open too long. The bonus bottom door in the refrigerator is also neat and like a hidden storage feature. We really love this new addition to our kitchen and are really enjoying using it. It is a bit smaller than our trade in refrigerator but we are getting use to it and it still has plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer for our family at this point.

Love that it is fingerprint resistant, this is great feature for a family with younger children. Outside dispenser offers easy access to cold water. The ice dispenser churns out cubes quickly and stores q good amount to keep all your beverages iced up. Fairly spacious inside. I like the bins. LED lighting is a nice money saving option. The LED light is bright and lets you see into the fridge well while not blinding you. The power chill option is fantastic when you need to get your food items cold super quickly! Not sure how often I will use the WI-Fi connectivity as I don't have a need for it. I do think the door alarm is a helpful safety feature. I hate to admit it but my wife is constantly catching me not quite closing the doors! so this ding, ding, ding reminder is awesome.

From the shallow recessed alcove for the water dispenser that smoothly transitions to the beautiful black stainless steel finish and the lack of traditional exterior handles, this fridge exemplifies simple yet beautiful functionality. Ease of use is key as the controls have been integrated into the interior of the fridge with a simple touch interface. Should the fridge be connected to the app and home internet, door alerts notifying whether the late night snacker closed the door are a great perk. The door shelves are spacious yet do not detract from the interior storage space and the water filter cartridge placement has also eliminated storage space waste. Overall I would recommend this fridge for a smaller living space.

It fit perfectly into our kitchen, was super easy for the delivery to set up and yet it has MORE SPACE on the inside! The all around-cooling feature works perfectly. We adjusted the shelves and totally keep more food in the fridge than we did before - because we have more usable space. The cubic space is perfect for our family. Connecting the fridge to wifi is a nice feature - we haven’t used all of the features on it but it is super nice to turn off the ice-maker from other areas of the house. Speaking of the ice-maker, it makes a large amount of ice in a short time which will be great when we start hosting outdoor gatherings in the coming months. This is a great sized refrigerator for our family and a huge upgrade for our kitchen.

We’ve had our new fridge for a little over a month and the water dispenser just stopped working. The ice maker is still working so it’s not that the water doesn’t get to the fridge. Had service come out and he thinks it’s a valve. Service coming back out tomorrow but to look at our new Samsung dishwasher ! Starting to regret buying all new appliances from Samsung. Stove also doesn’t work out it should.

The temperature control doesn't keep the correct temp, it is 5 deg.+ range. In other words not cold enough. I have it maxed out at 34 deg. checks out at 38 deg+. The door water also not cold enough. All in all okay. The outside dimensions is what I needed, only fridge I could find to fit opening.

I got the runaround with the store I bought it from and was referred to Samsung who scheduled a repairman to come out 3 days later. The repairman said it was a known problem and fixed it within 5 minutes but this was very disappointing that a brand new appliance had this issue

This is an excellent fridge with lots of room for food. Easy to keep clean and organized. Only complaint is the height of the shelves. In order to accommodate larger juice and milk jugs you need to put the second shelf at a height that creates a very narrow shelf in the middle that only fits smaller items.
I recommended this product.

Bought this in black stainless steel, which looks great and is super easy to keep clean. The water from the dispenser comes out cold everytime and tastes great. Perfect for a standard sized fridge. The drawer freezer chest is also very deep.

I love that all three appliances are smart, and you can control them via app. ADA Compliant display is easy to reach controls for everyone. Fingerprint resistant finish helps to keep the fridge clean and look beautiful. Smart all-around cooling systems provide even cooling to the entire fridge. This system checks the temperature constantly and keeps the same temperature in the fridge. Deep bin containers are very useful, you can put much more staff there and save you space for food. Drawers are big and the humidity-controlled system helps us keep our food fresh longer. Automatic ice makers are brilliant and always keep the same level of ice. External water dispensers are very useful, filtered water is delicious and we stopped buying bottled water and a safe environment from plastic. Energy safe certificates also help you save energy and save the environment. This is what is important for us. Fridge is amazing and I recommend it to everyone.
