Just a terrible product. The places where you can put the shelves make no sense. The shelving is terribly flawed. The ice tray takes up way too much space and and the ice maker spits ice cubes everywhere. I only bought this fridge due to a warranty issue on my other Samsung fridge that had all sorts of ice maker problems. It was a far superior model but it was not available anymore, not that it would be any good if it just keeps breaking down. All I hear is terrible reviews from word of mouth of family, friends, colleagues, etc. I'll never buy another major appliance made by Samsung ever again!

Silent Compressor compared to other Brands I have owned over years and still have them GE Profile, Kitchen Aid, Thermador, Frigidaire. I have another Samsung Refrigerator in my Second Home 26 C F Twin Colling Plus since August 2016. So despite negative reviews stayed with Samsung with experience I had since 2016. One thing I learnt about Refrigerators regardless of a brand, but do not buy any Refrigerator where Ice Maker is located outside its natural habitat of a Freezer 0 Degree! It is popular now for convenience it is stationed at Refrigerator Section at 37 Degree.

Water dispenser takes a bit of getting used to but the outside dispenser is a wonderful convenience. I would have given a 5 star except for two things, I would have preferred cantilever shelves that would allow for more shelf configurations and secondly, it is very easy to leave the freezer door slightly open, but that is part if the learning curve. It seems if the top bin of the freezer is pulled too far forward it prevents the door from automatically closing fully and you need to give it a good nudge to make sure it is closed. Regardless, love the fridge!

i've seen a lot of reviews complaining about the water dispenser. i got a great deal so purchased without research. we set it up and made sure it was level. the only issue was it was leaking at first. read through support where it said to give it 24 hours and it should stop. i don't think it even took 12. i use the water dispenser daily a few times a day. the four stars is because the shelves in the refrigerator don't allow for tall items anywhere. i could move one shelf up or down, but then would have a shelf only for very short items. tall items do fit in the doors. i am not used to the big drawer freezer and have mixed feelings about it.

For some reason someone felt it was necessary to leave advertising text on the water dispenser and on the inside. “All around cooling” and “Easy access dispenser “ ruins how beautiful this fridge is. My dispenser lever is plastic and got scratched first day. Nowhere, does it say to be careful using glass on the plastic dispenser. The shelves have a few ways to be adjusted in order to fit large things in it. You have to put two shelves together, which leaves a very small space to put only very small things in. This is somewhat of a design flaw.

It is more energy efficient than the old model we replaced. I really like the ice tray in the bottom freezer compartment. our old Samsung fridge had thru the door ice and it always made a mess and it was almost impossible to get ice by hand. This model lets me turn the ice maker on/off from the app on my phone which is a nice extra!! I can even adjust the temperature with the app on my phone, the power cooling feature for both the fridge and the freezer is especially handy when we get home from grocery shopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 30" width requirement. This fact limits the choices considerably. However, I was looking for a Samsung and found this model. I have a Samsung washer and dryer and, really love them. This model is very cool it has very deep depth which is good for me because I have some extra wiggle room out just not across. It's middle drawer is way deeper than it appears. The ice maker works great. The only reason for the 4 vs 5 is the external water dispenser. It drips after dispensing water. I'm still investigating but I believe I'll have to request service. Moisture control in the veggie/fruit drawers seem to be good. Overall I'm happy with all three Samsung appliances.

Smart 3-Door French Door Refrigerator, in beautiful brushed stainless has arrived in the Lester Family home with twice the space of its older predecessor; I'm not sure I can wrap my head around the reality that it seems to be larger on the inside (something akin to Dr. Who's TARTIS), but the engineers at Samsung deserve some kudos for this one! From the beautiful flat door featuring an ergonomic and clean line design to the Samsung SmartThings smartphone app. to the external filtered water dispenser and automatic ice maker; we fell in love with this refrigerator from day one.

It’s easy to control the level of cooling, the door open reminders help us know the door has been open too long or left slightly ajar. It fits in the small space we have available, but it holds plenty of groceries and perishables! It’s a basic model, but it’s reliable and easy to use. Not too many crazy buttons, but it still has great features. I love being able to use the Smart Things app to monitor its energy usage and keep up with the water filter. Our only issue is the ice maker, we often end up with crushed ice that blocks up in its tray and that isn’t usable.

The clean edges and flat surfaces (no protruding handles) fits well with the ongoing kitchen update project. The interior space is used well, with plenty adjustable shelves inside and on the doors as well as several drawers with humidity controls. The freezer drawer is great as it seems to hold more then our previous fridge and isn’t taking up that prime eye-level real estate. The ice maker and water dispenser is a big plus as well. Overall, we’re very satisfied with this purchase and the Moro enemy to our kitchen.

We only had space for a 30” wide refrigerator and let me tell you there are not a lot of the out there that are as good looking as this one. I’m amazed at the capacity, like it goes so far back!! And the water on the door is great because it doesn’t take away interior door storage. The ice cubes are half moons with smooth sides and the amount of ice it makes is fantastic. We chose it because it looked good and it was a Samsung, but we love it because it is literally a great looking refrigerator at a reasonable price compared to other brands. Would highly recommend!

Now the nice things about the Samsung, quiet running and not overly noisy ice cube maker (like the half moon ice), like the great adjustments capable on the doors, even though the freezer separator on the bottom is not moveable, there is more than adequate room and the top shelf in the freezer is easy to use and access, the water filter is extremely easy to access and out of the way, maintains the temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer. So far like it a lot, easily installed, and works well so far. Had only a week, and will report more after a couple of months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it has sensors, I tend to leave my fridge open for long period of time and then walk out of the kitchen but in this case, the fridge sensors beeps and my little 17 month old runs back into the kitchen and closes the doors. It's so weet that I can rely on the sensors. The cooling system is awesome. I put drinks in the beverage compartment and in minutes it starts cooling. The freezer is the best. It seems small until you start loading and packing all sort of Freezer items then you realize it's huge. This 22 cu ft. Is not aa small as you think. It's perfect for my little family of 3. My husband said I made a great choice by getting it directly from Samsung because they never let us down. Kudos to Samsung!

Within the first 12 hours of buying this brand new fridge, the water stopped working. We have to prime the line at least 2 times a day. Extremely unhappy with this product. I swore to never buy a Samsung fridge due to all the issues I was seeing… yet here I am, living the nightmare $1500 out

I love its size and capacity. It has ample space for all of my goodies in both the fridge and freezer. The only caveat would be that large items such as juice have to be stored on the doors. Its not a con, just an adjustment. I also love that is a SMART fridge! Its my first experience with a smart fridge so I love that it reminds me gently when the doors are open for a bit too long. Overall-this was a great purchase!

Shortly after buying my condo, my fridge stopped working. Luckily for me, this model fit the small space in my kitchen and was able to be delivered quickly! They also hauled away my old fridge. I like that it works with my Samsung Smart Home setup. If someone didn't close the door tightly, we get warnings on our phones and on the Samsung TV. It's a pretty neat setup and we've bought more Samsung products for our home as a result. Would definitely recommend this Fridge to anyone looking for a 30" wide fridge with lots of options.

This fridge Won’t maintain anything below 40° on its own. The inside thermostat said 34° but everything felt warmer to the touch, So I bought a thermometer, and sure enough it was almost 50°. When I force it to power cool, It does cool down and maintains for maybe a half-day at 34 to 38° maybe a 1/2 day, and then it’s right back up to 40°. Seriously, disappointed. I really do love Samsung products until this. I will be contacting Samsung ASAP

Ice tastes pure. Happy with the layout and size of this refrigerator and freezer. Love being able to check and change the settings from the smart things app even when I'm not home. Energy efficiency and door water dispenser was priority when picking this unit. My only complaint is the left side French door doesn't open smoothly. Having the divider attached to it makes it challenging to open.

Before 2024 I could only find 1 fridge that fits in and that was the one I already have I kept searching and found this Samsung fridge on sale! I'm so happy, it fits and work great! I like the water dispenser on the door and that it does not take much space off the door. After having side by side fridge with very narrow freezer for years, I m so happy with those freezer drawers!! You can't imagine the struggle I had with that narrow freezer for years! I have to wipe down the doors more often now as I have brand new shiny fridge with no handles. The only thing that could've be better is handles. I would deeply regret if the model with handles exist and I just didn't notice it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy overall with this fridge. Although smaller than my previous fridge, this is quite the upgrade in all other aspects. It's very quiet and seems to maintain a relatively even temperature throughout each compartment. Being able to check on and, if necessary, change the temps via Smart Things is handy. If I could change something, it would probably be the small drawer below the bottom shelf in the fridge section - I would make it clear rather than opaque. Overall, it's a great fridge/freezer.

A few dents. In door water drips. Clear wrap on outside SUCKS extremely hard to remove no way to remove around the seal strips, there is still a bunch left. The ice needs to be in the door. The container in freezer drawer takes up your freezer room especially for the 22 cubic foot. Takes to long to cool down inside both freezer and fridge. Thank God it’s not noisy. I guess the shelves drawers are set up ok. Let’s not forget two hrs late.

My previous one was only 19.7 cubic feet and as a gardener who loves veggies, I thought I’d always struggle with not enough room. This Samsung is 22 cubic feet and I’m amazed and how much more room both the fridge and freezer have! It’s a bit larger depth wise, but I have room! It’s quiet, bright inside, freezer has a light, it has smart technology so I can control temp & ice maker from the app. The technology and quality are just outstanding!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased just over 2 weeks ago. The installer did not connect the water line correct so we had to fix ourselves. They did not level the refrigerator so again we had to take care of. They did do an awesome job of taking out the old one and putting the new on in place. It is smaller then the model we had. I find the water fill is very close to the frig and you have to be very careful in filling a bottle, also there is no light. The freezer seems to be getting ice crystals on the upper drawer and the ice seems a bit wet and clumps very badly in a cup of water. It is a nice looking refrigerator and has a lot of room on the inside. Although the door bins are smaller then the one we had but you get use to what you have. So far after 2 weeks it seems to be going good. Time will tell.

water stopped working after 24h ice still works. if you unlock filter and put back in it will work again for 12 hours or so. if you take filter completly out it will work again for awhile then stop. in other sites reviews 9 out of ten people say same thing. they get dispenser changed and after awhile stops working again.. imwaiting for repair service. don't go and buy a new filter that's not the problem you will be throwing out your money and taking days off for repairs that don't work!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been 4 months now that we purchased our Samsung 3-door refrigerator and it has been an excellent product, so much better than the product it replaced. The bins are easy to pull out and clean--with one exception--the freezer bin was a bit tricky and you actually have to open the refrigerator doors and remove the lower door bins to pull out the freezer bin. The water dispenser works well. The unit is efficient and runs quietly. While I think the fingerprint-less surface mostly works, it does show fingerprints when someone forgets to use the upper hold to open the doors. A handle on the freezer drawer would circumvent the grabhold at the top of the drawer that tends to collect debris from the refrigerator. Overall though, I think this is a top-notch product that I would highly recommend.

First of all it is hard to find a decent 30” wide French door refrigerator. This one fit our space perfectly and had everything we need. Attached the water line, plugged it in and everything including the water dispenser and ice maker fired up with no problem (no small thing these days). And it runs very quietly. The unit that this one replaced (not a Samsung) was very loud. All in all very happy with this purchase.

I told Samsung about it in the first year and they said I’d have to pay someone to come look at it even though it was in warranty. The fridge otherwise works well. I’m not a fan of how the ice tray sits in the bottom. Ice seems to build up under it causing it not to sit correctly. Also the ice maker dumps the ice behind the drawers when they are pulled out and it’s a pain to take the drawers out to remove the ice.

The touch screen to adjust the temperature for the fridge and freezer were easy to use. The handles are easy to pull and slide out the respective drawers. Unfortunately the main issue we have had is the ice maker constantly getting stuck so we don't even use the dispenser/ice cube making function anymore because it gets too cold and completely stops any water flow. Besides that, this fridge keeps our 2 person family well stocked up for both fridge and freezer items.

I am able to fit so many things in it. I love the doors, I am able to fit soda and milk in the slots. The freezer section is huge. It fits a whole rack of lamb. I am able to easily pull out the drawers. It slides so efficient. The handles are great and so easy to open. I am able to quickly open and close my fridge.

For the most part, the fridge delivers EXCEPT it would be nice if the shelves were more customizable so that more things could be stored without dead space above instead of stacking and having to rearrange stuff on the shelf to access it. Same for the freezer portion. We've also had an issue with the water hose kinking for which we've had to call in for service.

The freezer drawer is really nice. However, Samsung didn't think to give the computer the advantage of knowing when the drawer is open, so the ice may dump behind it. Happened to us once. Took the top drawer out of the freezer and had to reach into the back and down to fish the cubes out. It does make nice-sized cubes, though!

We replaced a 2 door refrigerator with this one, and so far, it has been great. Installation was super easy and has a little wheels that really helps to move your fridge. Lighting is wonderful, nice white color and super bright, you can see everything inside. Absolutely love the wifi features with the app you can control the temperature of the fridge, the freezer and turn on and off the ice maker. Super easy to download the app and connect to it. Perfect size of the water dispenser it can fit a water bottle and dispense cold water. Huge interior. Very quiet. The freezer holds a lot too. The drawers allow us to keep everything organized in both the fridge and freezer. Perfect ice size and quick to make it. We are very happy with our fridge and totally recommend it.

Once they left it started to leak really bad so I cannot use the water dispenser at the moment. I am waiting to have my brand new refrigerator serviced. With that said, I do like how quiet it is. In our kitchen space is confined because there is cabinetry on the sides and top; this model had the most cu ft that fit in the cabinets. Resistance to finger prints could be better, especially since this model does not have handles. Smart features were relatively easy to install, including connecting to Amazon Alexa. When we received this refrigerator it took 4 min to fill a 16 ounce glass with water, but loosening the top hinge cover fixed this problem. The water dispenser automatically turns off after 1 minute to minimize potential accidental flooding. It runs quietly and the LED lighting is adequate. You would have to remove a shelf to put tall items on a shelf, but the door storage is very accommodating for taller items.

The lighting is good, the shelves are not adjustable. SmartThings is useful for checking the temperature and getting alerts if the door is left open. The one annoyance so far is the lack of a usefully sized drip tray under the water dispenser. Any spill dribbles down the front of the appliance leaving unsightly water marks.

I didn’t realize just how much nicer it is than my old one until I started using it! Out of the many appliances we have, this one gets used the most so I feel like it was a worthwhile investment. The fridge is spacious with customization to make most layouts works. I like the double doors and especially love the snack tray, although sometimes I forget about it! The vegetable drawers are especially deep. The front picks up fingerprints quick. I have gotten into the habit of using the handles but it’s unavoidable for kids. Speaking of kids, they really enjoy the lower snack tray since they can’t reach the upper shelves of the fridge. I wish the freezer was larger, but we moved our old fridge to the garage so it isn’t really an issue.

The fridge works fine so far after almost 2 months, but I have noticed that the "fingerprint resistant" aspect of the fridge is horrible. They clearly have laminated some coating over the "stainless steel" and it allows for easy scratches. We had a magnet on the front, and it scratched it super easy when moving the magnet. Even with polishes, it won't remove the scratch because it's not a real stainless steel exterior.

I didn't necessarily want the water feature on the outside because I have small children, but was relieved to discover it can be locked. like others i too had an issue with the water dispenser. samsung knows about the issue and it is a simple fix. once it was fixed its been perfect. however i have found a new issue. the ice dumps even if you have the freezer open, which is a pain. ice makers are not supposed to drop the ice if the freezer is open. i don't know if samsung knows this is an issue but i would lie to know if there is a fix?

We’ve had our new fridge for a little over a month and the water dispenser just stopped working. The ice maker is still working so it’s not that the water doesn’t get to the fridge. Had service come out and he thinks it’s a valve. Service coming back out tomorrow but to look at our new Samsung dishwasher ! Starting to regret buying all new appliances from Samsung. Stove also doesn’t work out it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggled through much research to find a fridge with all the features that the one I was replacing had and that would fit my abnormally sized nook. Truth be told, I had my heart set on a Bespoke model but, alas, not one that would fit the 37in. wide space exists - yet. Although I didn't get indoor ice AND water, the slim profile exterior water dispenser is perfect, and I don't mind grabbing ice from the bottom freezer. The freezer is very roomy and holds just about anything I would keep except a full-sized turkey or ham (not without removing other items to make room) I will note that while this isn't a family-sized unit, it is large enough for a 2-person household or 2 adults and a child. Lastly, the exterior doesn't completely resist finger marks to nil, but it is a cinch to clean with a non-abrasive or window cleaner wipe. Overall, I love the style and functionality for the value.

So far, the fridge has been good. Getting used to have the lower part being the freezer instead of being on top. Cooled pretty quick once plug in. I like it. We'll see if the ice maker/water works once I get that connected.

I don't think it was damaged from the manufacturer I believe it was damaged on delivery because they damaged my door also. This is an excellent fridge with lots of room for food. Easy to keep clean and organized. Only complaint is the height of the shelves. In order to accommodate larger juice and milk jugs you need to put the second shelf at a height that creates a very narrow shelf in the middle that only fits smaller items.

Wasn't happy buying this refrigerator, I wanted a larger one. Unfortunately my new house wouldn't fit a larger one so I settled for this one. This was the only one I could find with the features I wanted and the size I needed. Surprisingly I really like this refrigerator. Its deep enough that I don't miss the width. Large containers fit on the doors. Shelves would have been nice if they split in the middle for different adjustments, but not really a problem as tall items fit on the doors. Over all I'm satisfied. Ice maker works great. Size of freezer not important to me as I have an upright separate freezer in the garage. Can't say I have heard any noise, seems pretty quiet. Haven't noticed any condensation. There are hand indentations on top and bottom of the doors making it easy for both short and tall people to open, since there aren't handles on the front of the doors. Another reason I bought this model. The temperature is consistant. All in all great refrigerator if you don't have alot of room.

I am a bit dismayed that there are no front door handles; find having to reach up to top or down to bottom a pain and wonder about when I actually am actually cooking and have food on my hands. This will take a bit of getting used to. I also miss a butter compartment. On the other hand, very much like the thin "deli" drawer that replaces a deeper, narrower one in my old one in terms of access, but not sure I will like the need to open both doors to actually be able to open it. Also like the deeper side compartments and found them perfect for large beverage bottles as well as a tall skinny wine bottle. They get those bottles out of the way, no longer blocking easy access to items behind them. Freezer seems fine. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Did require some warranty work on the latch mechanism between the two doors but Samsung got someone out to fix it. Been good since.

Happy with this fridge since it has a lot of features of a bigger fridge but it can fit in a smaller space. One thing I’d improve is the placement of the shelves. I would give it five stars if taller items could fit in the main space and not just the doors

For me, both did not work the day it was delivered. There should be a recall on this model, or at least stop selling it.
