System generally recognizes components but I gave up on the WiFi connection as even though the tv was next to the WiFi source, it would regularly lose connection...so hard wired now. I like the picture quality overall. it meets my expectations. I had read about two issues with the newer (and this is a 2026 model) Samsung's. First, the very small controller if expanded by a fraction, would be much easier to use. Second, Samsung experience and AI are useless advertising vehicles... watch 50% ads and 50% content. I would remove it if I could. I've used the competitors interface and it was worse which tipped me to Samsung.

The blacks have different tones to them instead of a uniform black. In older shows and movies, the wires and stage props are shown but those weren't meant for high depth viewing. while also having a Samsung phone, The phone smart shares and responds to the link quick and easy. I even have a near 15 year old Samsung Blue Ray that was recognized immediately when plugged in. I have the TV in an area of my house that gets a lot of sun during the day, yet there is no glare across the screen.

The brightness and contrast are excellent and the glare is much improved from my previous model, the 65S90D OLED. Being a perfectionist, i can see a difference between the H model and D model. I don’t know if it is because of the H model’s matte screen or the difference between the glass technology but the D model seemed to be slightly sharper and brighter. The responsiveness of the screen is outstanding. Images are remain sharp when objects are in motion and when the screen is panning. My TV is placed on a long wall in a rectangular room so uniformity is important. No matter where you sit in the room, the screen brightness and colors remain constant.

The 77" is a lil larger than we were originally looking for & the 3rd party installers were very efficient. However, we did have to have a reinstallation, due to the mount covering our 4 plug electrical outlets though. If you're looking for a TV with lots of innovative features & a vibrant picture, you'll not be disappointed. We have the Sonos sound system & it can be heard thoughout our home. The quality of the sound is absolutely awesome! Nature shows are so captivating & our Cats are sitting & watching the shows with us. Do your homework & if you're looking for a 77" Samsung Oled...this one may be it! Enjoy folks, we sure are!

Th anti-glace screen is one of the best features of the unit. Our family room has a wall of windows, every TV before this one always had a nasty glare reflecting the windows even on cloudy days. The Samsung anti-glare eliminates all of the glare, so we can watch the TV from any angle in the room. So nice to be able to sit in any chair a have a clear view on the screen!

Even the glare is the best ever, because there is no glare whatsoever. When watching the TV this unit replaced, I couldn't sit in my favorite chair in the daytime if I wanted to see what I was watching because all I could see was our bow window & all the light coming in. Now, you could put a street light or even a spot light out front and it doesn't get seen on the screen.

We use it with premium Netflix for better definition. But I did notice something that forces me to give 3 starts. If yo are going to market the AI part heavily it needs to work better. When watching shows that have situation where the lighting of the scene has certain unusual tome, say the CIC room on a US naval ship, the skin color of sailors can have a nasty purple color due to the lighting of the room. Also you will notice fuzzy ski on people in rooms when 60-70% of the background is brown and tan like inside a barn with a lot of straw. The AI processing seems to get confused. Out door scenes look great and sports are great. I know nothing can be perfect but for this money I say it needs to be better.

The glare free coating produces a picture with no distractions like a lamp, overhead light, or window frame. When paired with my Samsung Q950A soundbar thru the eArc HDMI port, you get something called Q-Symphony which allows the sound to come thru the tv speakers and the soundbar producing a theatre like experience. Highly recommend this television.

My living room has a very large skylight creating a very bright viewing environment. I love the screen and the features. I do not love the fact that it developed a problem in less then 7 days of usage.I had to call Samsung support which were great and then they passed it to an onsite technician who has to order a whole new 77 inch display and come onsite and crack open the tv to replace the 77 inch screen. Since this is less then 10 days old Samsung should just send a brand new screen to replace this defective one.

We have a lot of light in the room, and reflections have always been an issue with other TVs, but this Samsung does an excellent job of minimizing them. I can actually enjoy watching TV during the day without feeling like I need to darken the entire room. The brightness is also excellent. The picture stays bright and vibrant without looking washed out, and the TV does a great job controlling the contrast. Dark scenes have deep blacks and good detail, while bright scenes really pop without overpowering everything else. Overall, the picture quality is outstanding. Between the glare reduction, brightness, and contrast, this TV looks great in just about any lighting condition. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I still have to increase and decrease the volume. When the voice is not being amplified and music is played or there are action scenes I have to decrease the volume. Just bought this last week so haven’t had too much time to test it out but so far I’m enjoying it. The TV sits above my fireplace mantel about 25 feet from my couch. The picture quality, colour, sound and overall performance are excellent. Anti glare is a good feature.
