I’ve been very pleased with this TV since purchasing it. The setup was quick and straightforward, and connecting to Wi-Fi and streaming apps was simple. The 4K picture is bright, sharp, and has great color, making movies, sports, and TV shows look fantastic. The smart features are responsive, and navigating the menus is easy. The built-in sound is good for everyday viewing, although a soundbar would enhance the experience for movies. I have been enjoying the TV… but sometimes it goes blank (all pink) until I hit the home button. And, it doesn’t really switch to game mode when I turn on my PS5, it does switch 70% over 100%, sometimes after turning on my ps5 I switch to game mode manually. Else, it’s a good product and I am still enjoying it.

I had a previous Samsung from 12 years ago and it finally wasn't working 100%. SO I upgraded to an 85" better TV and its amazing and the picture is crisp and clear and the sound is crisp. The low price was the best part for this size and quality TV.

Love the TV the reason for 3 stars is I had an identical TV that lasted only 4 years and then picture went blank but audio worked, that TV had an optical insert for my external speaker hook up, this new one doesn’t have that . If I’d known that I wouldn’t have purchased the new TV.

I’ve been using the Samsung 70” U7900 Crystal UHD TV for a little while now and I’m honestly really impressed with it for the price. The picture quality is sharp, bright, and the 4K upscaling makes even older shows and sports look much better than expected. Colours look natural and HDR content really stands out, especially when watching movies at night. The size is perfect for a living room setup and the slim metal design gives it a much more premium look than I expected. Setup was quick and easy, and the Tizen smart system runs smoothly with Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and everything else I use daily. Overall, this TV feels like an excellent value if you want a big 70-inch 4K smart TV without spending a fortune. Definitely happy with the purchase so far.

This TV has had connectivity and performance issues since the first day of use. I replaced the router, modem, and even changed the internet service provider, but the problem continued. Other devices work fine on the same network. The TV frequently loses connection, apps take too long to load, and the screen sometimes stops working or freezes. After troubleshooting all external factors, it is clear the issue is with the TV itself. The TV appears to be defective and requires repair, replacement, or refund under warranty

Had it for a few weeks and I miss my old TV. Remote is terrible, poor connectivity. Not enough ports. Randomly changes everything to Spanish and I have to reset it to change it back to English which I thought I specified during the very long and obnoxious set up process (makes you download some stupid app that also doesn’t work). It was a Xmas gift so pretty sure it’s past the return window now. Unfortunate as I feel I’ll be replacing this TV ASAP with something that actually works.

My first smart tv, so I have no complaints against it. The picture and sound quality was excellent. Setup involved going through some steps on screen, so it may not be ideal for those who aren’t good with technology. My only real complaint is the Netflix app, despite trying out different wifi’s and even tethering to my phone for a connection, we cannot seem to get the Netflix app to work properly. I’m not sure if others had issues with this.

Doesn't want to connect to 5Ghz. No issues with 2.4Ghz. Display is great but I don't like the fact that you have to sign into Samsung account to watch the TV. The resolution/picture quality is great for the price and the processor is fast enough for everything I need it to do.

Bought this tv about two weeks ago. Nice picture but issues with streaming. Image gets stuck in a loop and seems to skip back and forth. Have to go back and start program over, especially in NetFlix. Also, audio doesn’t always coordinate with mouthing. Again, have to go back and resume. Never had these issues with any other tv. Not too many options to adjust audio or colour. I guess one gets what one pays for.

When I bought this new TV after my old one died I had no idea how many awesome features it had. I really like that it's a smart TV and all the unlimited movies that I can watch for free which is a great bonus. I even bought a controller to play games which I was never able to do before. The picture is very sharp and the best thing is the sound is great so I could do away with my old RCA soundbar that had to have a separate remote. I also love that the TV has a very nice small remote that's not clunky. I have only one complaint is that the Alexa app that is supposed to come with the TV was accidentally deleted instead of just reinstalled because it was not working and I can't get it back.

Bought this about a month ago, had the tv connected to my Bluetooth speaker but the Bluetooth stopped working. It’s not the speaker issue because other devices were connecting fine to the speaker, just not the TV. I was able to connect my speaker via hdmi cable but that takes up an hdmi port spot. Thi was quite surprised to find out the TV does not have an optic cable port for audio. I thought it would be standard since my previous TV that was a decade old had the optic port. Also disappointed that it only had two HDMI ports. I can use an hdmi splitter of course, but that changes the quality a bit I find. Given the sale price I’m satisfied with the purchase but I might not buy this product again

Second time this tv started flashing a black and grey screen, where it would turn on and off on its own. I unplugged the tv and waited 60 seconds to plug it back in still the same result. Tired a different outlet, same result, tested my surge protector power bar, works perfectly fine, plugged the tv back onto the power bar to have the same result. And yes I did a factory reset as well by holding the power button for 30 secs (with the tv unplugged) and went to plug it back in and same result. For a “smart tv” I’m disappointed. If you want a tv just for decoration at your house then this is perfect! As it becomes faulty

It is hard to believe that we finally upgraded from our 43" SAMSUNG Plasma TV from the old days to this awesome 65" Samsung smart TV. Such a great choice as we were considering a 55" at first but glad we went with the 65". Having a young child in the family we take advantage of the Kareoke and games, everything is so sharp and clear and we love the interactive interface. We love that we can navigate the TV from our phone, no more Google Chrome that is consistently inconsistent. We love the variety of shows and movies on Samsung Plus and how easy it was to sign in to all of our Media streaming platforms. The color is perfect and can be adjusted depending on what we are watching. The brightness is also good and can be adjusted based on our preferences. Of course going from an old small Plasma TV to this giant "movie theatre" style screen had been an adjustment, but a very positive one, when taking into account the resolution and how crisp everything is. Overall we are very satisfied with this awesome immersive experience and how easy it was to set everything up when we first turned on the TV.

This one is a great Tv. Picked this up and was immediately impressed. The 4K picture is sharp and vibrant, colors pop, and the HDR10+ makes movies look genuinely cinematic. Tizen OS is snappy — Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video all load fast with zero hassle. Setup took maybe 15 minutes, and the slim MetalStream design looks sleek on any wall. Built-in speakers are solid enough for casual watching, though a soundbar takes it to another level. Minor gripes: the remote is tiny and you’ll wish for more HDMI ports. But at this price? Hard to complain. Bottom line: A dependable, great-looking 4K TV that punches well above its price tag. Highly recommended.

The TV works well, but since day one has had a weird problem. Just to right of centre-screen there is a palm-sized area of pixels that frequently -- though not always -- show as faintly grey when they should be displaying black. This anomaly does not occur when coloured pixels are present. A few days after taking delivery, I contacted your online help people about it. A representative asked for control of the TV, which I permitted. He ran some tests and pronounced that it was a "reflection of light originating in our living room ". Well, it is not. I have assured myself of that by blocking any possible source of light that could cause such an effect. It still happens. But your representative didn't seem willing to accept any other explanation than his own and terminated the call. The TV is about a month old and the problem doesn't seem to be getting any worse, but it isn't going away either. At present it is only a minor, irritating distraction and we can live with it. Hopefully it won't worsen. Regardless, this is our second Samsung 50" flatscreen TV. In other respects we quite like it, as we liked its predecessor. I hope it won't be our last...

I bought this TV to replace a TV that would no longer work with my Bose soundbar. When I checked the model online, the specs indicated it had an optical cable port. When I got it home and unpacked it, I discovered it had no optical cable port and could not connect to my Bose soundbar. I’m faced with either purchasing a HDMI/Optical cable converter (which may have less than optimal performance) or purchasing a different soundbar. I am not impressed. Setup took hours due to difficulties connecting with Rogers and pairing with the Rogers remote. It was not straight forward and was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I will never purchase another Samsung TV.

Resolution, brightness, contrast, colour, and view are good. The apps are good and the extras that are included are good. Sound is well, however, a louder internal sound system would be ideal. Overall, it’s a good television, I’d recommend it to others. After doing this review my remote controller stopped working, so I changed my review because a TV without a remote control is not useful. Samsung wants me to purchase a new remote as opposed to replacing it and I got the TV 2 months ago.

So far seems alright, I wish it could have less features and be faster. Sometimes i accidentally click something I never use and it feels like it takes for ever load and to get back to what I actually wanted. The picture is alright I haven’t been blown away or anything by its clarity. The brightness was all the way up out of the box, it took some tweaking to get the picture looking normal. This is my first new tv in 12 years and I wouldn’t say it’s any better than my older tv that my daughter sprayed and broke. It seems the only thing that’s changed in that time is the weight. My overall thought about this tv is it’s not streets ahead, if anything, it’s streets behind.

I bought this tv for the worldcup and I love this Samsung 55" Crystal UHD U7900F 4K Smart TV. The picture is very clear and colorful. Movies, YouTube, and Netflix look amazing. The TV is fast, easy to use, and has a nice modern design. The sound is good, and setting up the TV was simple. I think it gives great value for the price. My only small issue is with the remote control. The volume up and down buttons are a little hard to use and not very smooth. Other than that, everything works perfectly. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great 4K smart TV.

Love this TV! ABSOLUTELY HATE the remote control for it. The remote is one and a half inches wide and 6 1/4 inches long. The buttons are all black as is the remote with very small white or colored symbols on it. I have vision impairment and find it almost impossible to navigate using the remote. Would not recommend it to anyone that does not have perfect eyesight. But the television itself is excellent. .

I bought this TV at Walmart. Despite the really affordable price, I am extremely pleased with the quality of this TV. It is easy to configure and to use. Image is beautiful and well balanced. Again, I am extremely surprised by the overall quality of this TV. I would recommend to anyone on a budget. Great product! My only regret is not buying bigger… I am planning on buying the 75 inches but same model.

We bought this tv about 8 months ago. The picture quality is not only crystal clear, but the smart tv options are very user friendly. My elder grandparents have no issue navigating the home screen menu. The colors are very bright and vivid, the resolution and contrast are unmatched for the fair price we paid for it. We also purchased a Samsung sound bar, and connecting the 2 couldn't be easier. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another. Another positive, the remotes are very thin and sleek, and the volume buttons having the interactive up and down is also a major bonus for elder hands. Highly recommend!

I got my tv for Christmas and it has been very good, the resolution on it is very great brightness can be adjusted the contrast is also very great also with the Color very great I like how it can switch modes to adjust to what ever I’m watching or playing, the interface has been great too after a few months of having it I’m thinking on keeping it perfect size especially the speakers
