Option Anti-Pli

I'm a confirmed Samsung person with more than 20 device of various kind registered. I bought this to replace my 8 year old Candy heat pump drier. Like all Samsung products, it's great but appears to lack the one feature I needed, DELAY START. My Samsung washing machine has this feature why not the drier (It has the same button as the washing machine but not the same function!. I want to dry on cheap rate electricity overnight, now I can't (unless I get up in the middle of the night to turn the drier on 🤣😭. I've tried looking through the SmartThings App but no help. Disappointed at the apparent lack of this basic feature on such an otherwise high performance machine.

Had tumble drier for 2 wks, works fine so far - dries well. The only down point is that I found the touch screen a bit slow to react and not sensitive enough, especially the start/pause button - have to press it quite hard 2-3 times for the drier to start. [This is comparing to my Siemens washing machine, which touch screen responds to the lighter touch]. Also, sound signal is a slightly annoying whole "melody", rather than just a short beep. Make sure to download full instruction manual for info on program features, door reversal (the main reason this particular model was chosen) and troubleshooting, as short manual my drier came with has none of this usefull details.

Fue una compra que decidí hacer por la bomba de calor y por el consumo energético. La verdad ha sido maravillosa la experiencia con ella, a pesar de algunos malos comentarios que leí, no he tenido problemas con olores de humedad, al contrario, creo que hay que saber ventilar la máquina después de ser usada. La capacidad que tiene es maravillosa, tengo una lavadora que aguanta hasta 15 kilos, y sencillamente cuando tengo la lavadora llena le pongo a un secado más largo y sale la ropa impecable. No hace ningún tipo de ruido al funcionar como la secadoras antiguas, así que es muy cómoda para tenerla dentro de casa.

Constantly beeps, constantly stops before anywhere near dry- have to go back to it and switch it on again multiple times each load. Constantly showing filter needs cleaning despite emptying it all the time, hoovering the bottom compartment as well on my hands and knees all the time to access this. Maintenance includes emptying the water tray which sloshes all over the floor even when only partially full. This is heavy maintenance not for busy working mums who need efficiency and time saving. Phoned customer service lengthy time to get issue reported- just told me to keep, cleaning, emptying, hoovering…

I have used this dryer for almost two week and already I'm finding it a game changer. I no longer need to check the weather to decide when to wash clothes and I don't have clothes in various parts of the house trying to get them dry. My clothes go straight from the washing machine to the dryer and then the cupboards. I'm still experimenting with my new machine so I haven't used some of the features yet. I'm very happy with what I have used. I don't know the exact cost of drying a load of washing yet but from what I was told in the store it should be significantly less than my last dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tumble dryer certainly is A+++ not only because of its energy saving capabilities with great features like OptimalDry and load sensor but the dryer is also simple to use and though there are lots of different drying options these are easily found and accessed on the digital display. The dryer is quiet and efficient and also looks really sleek in graphite. When our dryer was delivered and we unpacked it we noticed a small dent on the drawer, I phoned customer service and my problem was dealt with professionally and efficiently. So far I cannot fault the product or customer service.

This thing is terrible. Sure it is efficient but it’s a terrible tumble dryer. It’s noisy, really noisy in comparison to my previous standard dryer. It’s slow, really really really slow. My duvet cover has been in it for 3 hours now and it still isn’t dry. Probably because it spins so quickly that every 20 minutes I have to go and unwrap the duvet cover out of the tight ball it winds itself into. I’m stuck with it now, but it’s been added to my list of life’s regrets. Oh and it’s needy, it always needs something cleaning clearing or emptying.

Due to the rise in energy prices we had to have our aga removed which is how we use to dry our clothes for the last 34 yrs . So we needed a tumble dryer , heard about the new heat pump dryers and how they are cheaper to run . So we bought the Samsung and so far it’s been brilliant it’s amazing it just uses air which is passed through an heat exchanger to dry .we have only dryed a load of towels so far , but it dryed them no problem and according to our energy use meter it used about 12p an hour took one and half hours for the towels so that’s 18p , cleaning the filter is fairly easy and emptying the water draw is easy . So , so far so good ,time will tell how long it will last . Not cheap to buy though but worth it if you want to save on your energy .

Придбали пральну та сушильну машини для квартири. Не усвідомлювали наскільки це зручно мати одразу два таких агрегати. Економія часу на розвішуванні (та навіть розгладжуванні) попраного одягу просто чудова. Сушарка також має шикарну функцію сушити взуття, що особливо корисно коли треба терміново його взути. Автоналаштування режиму завдяки датчику виміру вологості речей теж приємно здивувало! Можна також додати, що працюють обидві машини настільки тихо, наскільки можна. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer looks great and dries clothes faster than expected, given it is an efficient heat pump dryer. I always choose 'Mixed Load' and up the dryness to level 3 (cupboard dry) and this always gives great results even with a big load. The light in the drum is useful. For some reason the sounds don't always stay off even though i've turned the noises off in the settings. But very happy with this investment so far, and glad to have a 5 year warranty.

It drys clothes and other items however it takes a really long time. I have also noticed that mot everything is always dry and so I usually have to put them on another programme to fully dry. bedding comes out completely tangled up which is frustrating. I have also noticed a fusty smell from the machine as items not always dry and so I often have to wash them again. Very disappointed and would love to get rid of these machines as soon as I can!

Bought this alongside the Samsung ‘add wash’ eco bubble both appliances have changed our lives! Our clothes are so much cleaner than our Bosch and smell and feel amazing - the tumble dryer makes them so soft!! Originally I thought it wasn’t working properly as it doesn’t get hot like our old TD but then I realised this is down to the heat pump technology! It just dries slower over a longer period using the moisture sensor!! Amazing!

Economical to run and looks pretty stylish in my kitchen too. It's pretty quiet when it's running. The filters are easy to access and clean. There's even an insertable drying rack to dry special fabrics flat. All in all, it's a value for money, good all round machine. I'd definitely give it a thumbs up!

this is a great machine, but let down by the user manual there are two available on the website a small and a larger version, you get the smaller one with the machine so missing out on how to change the door opening side left or right also pictures on how to use the control panel and a bit more. the difference between 27 pages small V and 53 pages large V but enough moaning a great machine and a 5 year warranty.

Malisimo, compré el lavarropas el 30/11, 22 días después no me lo han entregado... en su momento pedi reprogramar la entrega, pero nunca lo recibí, figura como entregado... pero cuando llamo por teléfono, me dicen que no hay stock. Lo peor de todo, es que es muy dificil la comunicacion, el telefono, las opciones no funcnionan, nadie me ha llamado para explicarme cuándo podré tener mi lavarropas.

The worse move I made buying a heat pump dryer. Even the repair guys said they wouldn't have one. I have to put everything on Duvet XL and still, after 2.3 hrs everything comes out damp. SAMSUNG wouldn't do anything about it as no error message comes up. If you want to dry one pair of tights for a night out ladies ... then plan ahead! Bring back my old basic, no fuss dryer!

I purchased this dryer to replace my old indesit. The initial performance was excellent, quicker than I expected; and produced very dry towels. Imonitored the electricity consumption and found it to be less than half thatof my previous dryer. Over all I am very happy with this product; and would definitely recomend It.

This is a terrible machine! It takes forever to dry anything. If you put sheets in it rolls up into a ball and does not dry without opening it up every 10 mins to unravel the ball. No good for a family of 5 as you need to split one load of washing into two or three into the dryer or it won’t dry!

I'm really happy with my tumble dryer, especially the smart things connection. You can add it to your appliances and operate/adjust settings and programs from your phone. It's not as quiet as my new Samsung washing machine but that's expected, because of the heat pump. Definitely recommend it.

Nicely put together and positive controls. Very impressed with the drying results and excellent drying selection example., Bedding, Towels etc, etc. Good to use and also has a very good fluff filter. Although I won’t use the telephone app I would without doubt recommend this dryer.

Impressed with my tumble dryer. Uses very little electricity, runs quietly. Has several automatic programs and can be controlled with my phone. The washing is nice and soft when completed. The drum is large enough to get a full wash load in. Would consider Samsung for other products.

Used to have a washer dryer which would take about 4.5 hours to dry and this can dry a full load in about 1.5 hours. Can dry smaller loads in about half an hour which is great. We will tell with time in terms of energy efficiency. Only slight downside is that it can get a bit loud.

There are a lot of features built into the dryer, it’s taken some time to get used to all of the settings but a brilliant machine and really economical. I was expecting it to be lighter it’s much heavier than my old dryer which made lifting it into the cabinet a challenge.

Great Machine with good programs, have only used it 4-5 times, so still learning. The lint trap works great and I suggest you empty it often so that it doesn't get clogged up. The only think I noticed is that it is a bit louder that our washing machine.

Compare to my old Miele, this is the worst tumble dryer ever. What is the point to have this tumble dryer anyway. It does not dry the load. It does not produce the heat. It is just spins with wet load. And I cannot regulate the temperature.

We have replaced our old vented tumble dryer with this new Samsung dryer. We are so happy. Easy to use and easy to link to my phone app. (Even for a 72 year old!) It is so more economical in comparison. Would definitely recommend.

Great dryer, large capacity and gives a very even dry even when fully loaded. Copes with sheets and duvet covers without tangling them up. Quiet machine no negatives so plus free extended 5 year guarantee is good to have as back up.

the noise level is beyond acceptable level, would definitely hear at any corner of the house. The clothes would 80-85% dry after finished whole cycle, need to hang after drying. Not worth this price

I have 2 og this machine with in 6,5 year they only woorking for 3 years, and then it take too much time for drying. Last It took me 8 hours to drying.

Super conforme con la secadora. Simplifica el no tener ducto de ventilación por lo tanto se puede instalar en cualquier lugar, deja la ropa impecable.
