3. Between months 12 and 15 from the date of purchase, Samsung will guarantee a 50% Trade In value for the phone you purchased through New Galaxy Club. The phone must be in good working condition to be accepted. For purchases made using Klarna finance, 50% of the original phone price will either be credited back to you, or be applied to your upgrade, at your discretion. If you upgrade after month 15, only your loan balance will be cleared when you return your phone. If you paid in full, 50% of the price of your phone will be credited towards your new phone purchase. After month 15, a credit of fair market value will be given towards a new phone purchase, at Samsung’s discretion.
