Terms and Conditions: Flex on Raheem Social Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Prize Draw described below (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.
2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18+ with a valid and public account on either Instagram or Facebook (the “Participating Social Media Sites”).
3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The Prize Draw will open at 16:00 (GMT) on 4 November, 2022 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 9 November, 2022 (“Prize Draw Period”).
6. There are twenty (20) prize available to be won in total. There is one (1) Prize consisting of one (1) Galaxy Z Fold4 and one (1) football shirt signed by Raheem Sterling (the “Main Prize”) and nineteen (19) separate prizes of one (1) football shirt signed by Raheem Sterling (the “Runner Up Prize”) (together the “Prizes”).
7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
8. To enter, Participants must upload an in-feed video of them showing off their “flex” which should be a skill such as, football, magic, dancing using the #FlexYourWay hashtag to a Participating Social Media Site (“Entry”).
9. Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant per valid social media account.
10. The winner of the Main Prize will be the first Participant selected random from all Entries received by the Promoter at the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The winners of the Runner Up Prizes will be the following nineteen (19) Participants selected random from all Entries received by the Promoter at the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. The winner will be notified by 23:59 (GMT) 11 November, 2022 via private message on the Participating Social Media Site.
12. Winners will have 3 days of days to respond to the notification and provide a valid UK postal address to claim the Prize. Prizes will be delivered by recorded delivery within twenty-eight (28) days.
13. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Prize Draw and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter.
15. Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
16. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
17. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.
18. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Participating Social Media Sites.
20. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
