At first thought new light bulb was faulty but no, it works, BUT black glass "window" is a 95% tint so it's impossible to see the food cooking! A matter of fingers crossed, hope & pray it doesn't overcook.

I bought this microwave yesterday and returned it today. The glass in the door is so dark you can't see into the microwave when in use to monitor what's cooking. You can't see if something is about to boil over. The most stupid design ever.

Just bought this and will be taking it back. Cannot see inside while operating which I think is dangerous. I had an earlier make of this model (2013) which often stopped from overheating and died with the very common SE error and this ( Oct 2021 build ,Sept 2022 buy) has only half as many vents in the cabinet so overheating will not be frequent but constant. If the machine needs all the stated clearances for ventilation put more vents in the cabinet not less because most homes have microwave cupboards and do not put them on bench tops. Absolutely no commonsense applied in this remake and definitely not in touch with the real world. Do you not test and review these products before being put out there for sale.

Can't see inside when running. How stupid of a design flaw. Can't monitor things for cooking over or cook things like pappadams. 1000w is a little low powered too. I wish I never both this microwave. I'm trying to return it.

We bought the microwave oven in 2018 and now its not working. Got one year extended warrantee and as soon as it's expired, the microwave was not working. Really disappointed. Not recommend this model at all.

Crape, just purchased it today and it's not working. Samsung's chat suggested that they will send a technical too look at the unit and will decide the next step. The cause could be customers mishandling the unit. So wait for another few weeks for a brand new unit from the unopened box??

I didn't expect so much from a Microwave. But this microwave is so great for people that don't know cooking very well. You can simply choose the time based on the food type and expect the good taste. The ceramic design inside the microwave makes a big difference! It is sooo easy to clean! You can wipe and go. It won't leave nasty stuffs to clean. Recommend it!

We have had this microwave for 9 years now, not sure what other people have issues with, because ours still works perfectly, possibly the most reliable microwave I have ever used, I know other people with the same microwave and they also have had no issues.

15 years... with a family of 6 and it died today (well technically ours is the original model without the -1). We have been very happy with this microwave, and to last that long with regular use every day for 15 years I can't ask for much better than that.

This is a great unit. Besides the window that's a bit heavy on the tint, I can't find fault with this machine. The size is good and quiet mode is super helpful for warming up leftovers at night when the family is sleeping.

We bought this model in 2007 and have not had one issue until finally this week it has stopped heating anything. Love the ceramic insides and dark glass. About to repurchase. Thankful it is still for sale.
