Note:

  • Make sure that no food or cleaner residues are accumulated on the sealing surfaces. 
  • Ensure that the door and door sealing surfaces are kept clean by wiping after use; first with a damp cloth and then with a soft dry cloth.

On occasions you may find some condensation on the inside of your Samsung Microwave. This is a normal occurrence if you are heating something with high water content. It also happens when the microwave has been used for a prolonged period of time. In both of these cases, it is the steam being trapped within the microwave which causes water/condensation to form within your microwave.

If your microwave is installed above an appliance that heats up, for example a cooktop heating water or a kettle boiling water, it is more than likely that you’ll find condensation on the outside of your microwave due to the steam.
