I've had it for about 2 months now it gets alot of water under thr back side and through the front when raining and when you take of the case to clean it, the phones frame gets very scratched from it, but it has helped me to not drop it with the strap and ring whole I have dropped it once and it did ruin a lot of the case stretching it and making it easier to get the phone damaged.
I recommended this product.

With this case on, I dropped my phone from hip / carrying height onto a flat concrete surface. The case broke and the phone screen shattered. This case offers no protection whatsoever against the most basic and common possible stress. In addition, Samsung (online store) ignore support emails and I was charged $500 for a screen repair by the 'official' (3rd party) Samsung repair service despite paying for care+, and the repair took a week. Full-on-scam levels of bad business practice here. I've been put off Samsung entirely and am filing a case with the ACCC.

I bought this case when I bought the 24+ almost 3 months ago, the case after being dropped cracked and my phone even came out of the case and was damaged. I do not recommend buying this cases from samsumg as it is expensive and does not do as advertised. I bought this case to prtect my phone from drops and it did the opposite

Oh Samsung, what were you thinking. A very expensive lovely phone and you sell a case that 1. Is so glossy it makes the phone slippy to handle, 2. When the stand is not in use, it sticks out the back a cm, so you can’t place the phone safe and flat on a surface. And it’s a very cheap mechanism that will break in no time. Everything about this case makes the phone so vulnerable to dropping or being knocked off the table. So disappointed, especially given the price point.

Disappointed that this is the quality of a new case for updated phone. Enjoyed the ring to stand up phone while watching video. 2 months later, it's loose and won't stand up. I was satisfied until it did this. Magnetic backing not strong but the strap works great still however, I still have to get new phone case because I was after the ring backing which is why I bought it in first place.

I bought this case for its compatibility and color, but when I started using it, my phone seemed to have doubled in size and weight both, it is veryy bulky. Although the phone stays safe and is very secure, the quality of the strip band mechanism is low in quality as it stays out loose of its place when not in use.

One of the best cases I've used. It's a hard plastic instead of soft silicone which I hope would last longer and prevent yellowing. I love the ring to hold the phone
