Poorly designed case, bought the Samsung cover for zfold 5, new mobile and cover. Within two year screen bleed happened, the technician says, it dropped and damage hinges. There is no proper protection to the critical area of the mobile. The design is flawed for replacement or repairs. I will never buy the case and mobile from Samsung. My first and last purchase, it was an expensive mobile with zero support. Please avoid buying flip or fold mobiles from Samsung

I purchased this phone case just two weeks ago, and I am extremely disappointed. The case is supposed to hold the pen securely so you can use it anytime, but it doesn't. The pen falls out easily, and the case is made of poor quality materials. This is a terrible design, especially for an expensive phone case.To make matters worse, when I called customer service, their response was essentially, "Too bad, you need to buy another pen, it's just $100." This level of service is unacceptable.I bought this phone specifically to use the pen when I open the phone, but if the pen gets lost every two weeks, what's the point? I'm now considering returning the phone altogether because of this issue.

I purchased this Samsung cover less than four months ago, and unfortunately, it has already broken at the corner. It wasn’t dropped or mishandled, so it’s clear the quality isn’t up to par. For the price I paid, I expected something more durable, but this cover feels cheaply made. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely disappointing. After reaching out for a resolution, I was offered a gift voucher as compensation to cover part of the cost for a replacement. While this was a gesture, I'm hesitant to get another one of these covers given the poor quality. Overall, this experience has soured my opinion of Samsung, and I will not be purchasing directly from their website again.

It doesn't have a kick stand or a cover for the front screen and is very slippery , I bought a Temu case with all of the above and not slippery, also comes with a pen that you can use on both screens for $35, which is what I use now. The Samsung case is low quality and overpriced by at least $126

Reading reviews, I'm convinced people don't know how to put the case on and have placed it upside down or something. I made the same mistake initially and the case popped right off, but when I flipped it, it fit the screen perfectly. Both my partner and I have bought the fold and the same case, both works and covers the screen perfectly. The pen slot is tight and sturdy to ensure the pen doesn't fall out. No issues thus far.

I have just purchased this case and the slim edge won't stick. I am not expecting this case to last for very long. Exploring other options that are not Samsung related. Very disappointing for the price. This is not going to protect what is a very expensive phone for too long.

I always get an official Samsung case to protect my phones, and they usually do a great job. This case however is flimsy and overpriced. Worse the stylus isn't as good as the galaxy note 10+ stylus from almost a decade a go. Taking it on and off is difficult and it doesn't stick back properly so it moves around instead of sticking to the phone. The kindsuit case seems like a wiser choice, but I will probably try another brand.

I recently purchased the Samsung S-Pen case for my Fold 6, and unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed with its durability. The thin side of the case is VERY weak and susceptible to breaking far too easily. Despite careful handling and normal use, one of the corners of the case snapped off, compromising the protection it's supposed to provide. Really disappointed by the case and S pen. First the case. The rear one is actually OK however, the front is just a flimsy piece of thin plastic. It doesn't fit very well and they've included sticky strips to try and cover the issue. When using the front small screen, the left part that runs top to bottom doesn't stay in place and keeps coming away from the phone. The S pen feels very cheap. My previous phone was S22 ultra and the pen is so much better quality. This new pen feels very cheap to hold compared to the S22 pen.

It has only been 4 months and the front case has snapped at the corner. For $127 product, it is an expectation that the product must be sturdy and of high quality. I have placed a warranty claim but the Service Team and Store are sending me around in circles.

I bought the case 2 weeks ago. I am very disappointed the front case it is flimsy and doesnt adhere to the screen. The hinge side of the case has now snapped. I had a similar issue with my fold 4 front case. So Samsung have not learnt from previous releases.

Exceptionally terrible. Cost a fortune in comparison to others and was broken inside a month. Took it back to the shop I got it from and couldn't have cared less. Their argument was that the price was for the pen and the case was expected to be rubbish. Save your money and put your phone in a zip lock bag. About as much protection. That being said, absolutely love the phone a have been a samsung guy for years and will be in the future. Will just stay clear of the cases.

Just like everyone else with this very expensive case the front screen frame has snapped within a month. I kept the phone mostly unfolded in the house. It's a real design flaw. I don't think Samsung are going to be very helpful. This one thing is annoying many, many customers who buy their flagship products on launch, i.e their biggest fans, who pay the most. What a crazy business! Won't survive long unless they start looking after their premium users.

Front cover didn't last 6 months, got it since launch day, it lost it's stickiness soon after having to change sim card. The front cover, covers the sim card slot, if you need to change sim cards, the adhesive in the front cover will loose it's stickiness. So had to cleanup and apply new adhesive strips, front cover eventually snapped under 6 months, no option just to buy front cover only to help save on cost. Stay away.

The case looks nice, so there is a positive. The rear of the case doesn't align perfectly and is off by 0.5mm. This results in the rear of the phone not being covered towards the hinge perfectly. When the phone is closed the two halves of the case don't align. The front case is too flimsy and the left hand thin strip comes away from he phone whilst in use. If it wasn't a free case with the phone I would return it.

Worst Samsung purchase I've ever made (and the only one I regret). It's bulky, there's a massive lip on the top screen protector, doesn't follow the shape or design cues of the device, just makes it look like a giant cheap brick. I presume I can't send it back as I took off the backing for the sticky bit in order to fit it. Total waste of money.

A very flimsy cover with no actual screen protection. One side of the case consists of a flimsy plastic frame that poppers to firmly fix on! Well, it doesn't. I also adds noting to my sense of security as it buckles and feels like it is about to fall off when in use. it definitely does not feel secure in my hand ... and I have big hands.

I don't understand all of the whinging going on in the comments. Ive had this case for over 2 months. No issues. Looks neat, fits great, protects the phone, pen fits perfectly. I have a screen protector on the front and main screen, as a case is not designed to protect the screens drrrrrrrr. Thank you samsung.

Just like the other reviews here the case lasted 2 months before the front cover snapped. The adhesive is also weak on the front cover so there is movement(not sure if this contributed to the break). If you swap the case out to install or replace a screen protector the adhesive won't stick on again.

How are company like this can not create a case that would firmly sit on a screen. Had my preordered together with phone, put up together and let it stand for a while. Wouldn't stick and be loose on the slim side, which in long term would just damage the screen. Would expect better from Samsung

I bought the z fold 6 pen case in April and the front frame is so flimsy it snapped today. It would be good if Samsung fixed this and if customers need to buy another frame sell the parts separately not as a pack as its too expensive.

Was OK at first, but the the tape for the front cover did not stick, meaning that over time, the thinest part snapped off. For the price, you would expect a more durable product..not a flimsy plastic cover.

The adhesive is poor, the front started coming off less than a week after I got it. Now, the thin part at the front has snapped after I leaned over a table with it in my pocket. Expensive rubbish.

great for the back, slim, supports wireless charging and of course keeps Spen handy but the front left protector catches and lifts continuously eventually breaking after 2 months

Just got my Z Fold 6 with the S Pen case and I've got to say, big jump from my Z Fold 2. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't got a samsung or just is an apple fanboy

the case as definately been improved from the z fold 5 case which was chunky. The z fold 6 case is a lot slimmer and a lot better. I have no issues with the case like other reviews on here. This is the best z fold 6 case in my opinion. Correct me if i am wrong, but if it was another bulky case, i definately would not buy it or recommend it. All i can say is this case works for me. Yes there are other cases out there, so if this is not for you, then look else where. For the price we pay for the phone, we should get the phone case to match our phone for free and not just the standard grey case. I pre ordered the navy z fold 6, so why would i want a grey case Samsung even though it was free. Please do better. I do appreceate we get a free case, but the wrong colour unless you order the silver z fold 6, which. It is also about time samung makes the front screen on the z fold 6 bigger. THIS IS WHAT ALL CUSTOMERS WANT AND OTHER CHINESE COMPANIES ARE BEATING YOU TO IT. WHY NOT MAKE TWO FOLDS AND ONE WITH THE NARROW FRONT SCREEN AND THE OTHER WITH A WIDER FRONT SCREEN. GIVE CUSTOMERS BETTER OPTIONS AND A BETTER CAMERA AND BATTERY!!
