As a long-time Samsung user, I was excited to try out the S Pen Case for my Z Fold6 (EF-OF95PCJEGWW), especially given its premium price point. However, after only one month of use, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. First and foremost, the material used for this case feels incredibly cheap and flimsy. For something that is supposed to protect such an expensive device, I expected much better quality. The case started to show signs of wear almost immediately, and it broke within just four weeks of moderate use. Given the high price, I would have expected a durable and reliable case. Unfortunately, this product does not deliver on either front. I am not alone in this experience; several other customers have shared similar views and frustrations about the poor quality and high price of this case. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a subpar product at such an exorbitant price. I plan to escalate this issue and hope that Samsung will take these complaints seriously and improve the quality of their accessories in the future. Save your money and look for a better alternative. This case is simply not worth it.

As with other reviewers, the beading on the left of the front screen snapped in the bottom corner. Samsung are just exploiting customers for a product that isn't properly designed. Customer support won't refund because the item is classed as consumable. Mine barely lasted 2 months. So with a frankly embarrassing durability of the case, the outrageous £89 price tag and a typical lifespan of 24 months for the phone, Samsung expect you to pay £1,068 on phone cases by replacing them every 2 months. It's not like I'm throwing my £1,500 around the place, I look after it. The product should have never been released.

This case is awful. Mine has broken after 6 weeks with no damage to it. I simply took it out if my pocket and the screen (front) case snapped. Samsung customer services refused to replace. They have offered a voucher but for far less than the value and the terms state I must spend more than the voucher amount so I'm even more out of pocket. Save your money

The adhesive is poor, the front started coming off less than a week after I got it. Now, the thin part at the front has snapped after I leaned over a table with it in my pocket. Expensive rubbish.

Don't waste money on this , nice to have the s pen in the back , but the front part broke and also scratched the front phone screen , now I can't o2 switch up , thanks Samsung you've just cost me £90 for a case that also ruined my phone of nearly £2000 , . , holds loads of bits inside of sticky adhesive which then becomes loose and scratches phone. Poor design , and not fit for purpose.

This case cost so much money and lasted less than a month. For that month the case was on the phone and the front flexed until it snapped. When I reached out to Samsung they said "Thank you for providing us with that information. We can confirm that this would be classed as physical damage, therefore this would not be covered under the warranty of the product. You can find more information on the warranty of our products by using the following link: " I provided links and evidence to 100's of cases where people have had the same problem but they do not care. Why would they think we spend 1700 UK pounds on a phone and a case to snap a simple piece of plastic that protects our investment. BAD DESIGN, BAD DURABILITY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A;; ROUND BAD EXPERIENCE FROM SAMSUNG.

Dont waste your money, as it is very fragile. it has just broken within 3 months. Don waste your money. Also i have contacted Samsung Customer service and they told me that Cases are not in warranty. You pay 89 Pound for a case and then broken within 3 months. Well done Samsung. If you go other Brand Phone company , they provide a year warranty for their cases. Just bear in min when you choose Samsung.

Love the case itself, feels quality and smooth, and having the s pen handy is great - originally would have given it four stars, one star less because of the price. However, the front of the case no longer sticks, and I have only had it since July...customer service offer a £30 discount voucher to buy a new one...but when the case is nearly £90, that just doesn't cut it. I guess that is why they don't sell replacement s pens either, they know the case won't last that long! SO, do not recommend, unless you have money to burn, to buy a new one every 3 months.

Just like everyone else with this very expensive case the front screen frame has snapped within a month. I kept the phone mostly unfolded in the house. It's a real design flaw. I don't think Samsung are going to be very helpful. This one thing is annoying many, many customers who buy their flagship products on launch, i.e their biggest fans, who pay the most. What a crazy business! Won't survive long unless they start looking after their premium users.

A very flimsy cover with no actual screen protection. One side of the case consists of a flimsy plastic frame that poppers to firmly fix on! Well, it doesn't. I also adds noting to my sense of security as it buckles and feels like it is about to fall off when in use. it definitely does not feel secure in my hand ... and I have big hands.

Really disappointed by the case and S pen. First the case. The rear one is actually OK however, the front is just a flimsy piece of thin plastic. It doesn't fit very well and they've included sticky strips to try and cover the issue. When using the front small screen, the left part that runs top to bottom doesn't stay in place and keeps coming away from the phone. The S pen feels very cheap. My previous phone was S22 ultra and the pen is so much better quality. This new pen feels very cheap to hold compared to the S22 pen.

Got case free with new Z Fold 6, don't know what other reviews are on about with poor alignment, case aligns perfectly, and stays firmly in position, can only think they haven't had previous z fold cases and don't know how to install them correctly. Anyway, case looks ultra premium, way better than the cheap looking ones you get off of amazon, my only gripe is I wish they would get the s pen inside the phone so I could just get an hard shell case and stick a mag ring on the back for using with magnetic car phone holders.

The case looks nice, so there is a positive. The rear of the case doesn't align perfectly and is off by 0.5mm. This results in the rear of the phone not being covered towards the hinge perfectly. When the phone is closed the two halves of the case don't align. The front case is too flimsy and the left hand thin strip comes away from he phone whilst in use. If it wasn't a free case with the phone I would return it.

Worst Samsung purchase I've ever made (and the only one I regret). It's bulky, there's a massive lip on the top screen protector, doesn't follow the shape or design cues of the device, just makes it look like a giant cheap brick. I presume I can't send it back as I took off the backing for the sticky bit in order to fit it. Total waste of money.

How are company like this can not create a case that would firmly sit on a screen. Had my preordered together with phone, put up together and let it stand for a while. Wouldn't stick and be loose on the slim side, which in long term would just damage the screen. Would expect better from Samsung

Looks great, but it doesn't work! The front cover doesn't hold anymore. After using it since August... The edge of the front cover is a bit too high, and it makes it difficult to press on the edge of the screen...

Was OK at first, but the the tape for the front cover did not stick, meaning that over time, the thinest part snapped off. For the price, you would expect a more durable product..not a flimsy plastic cover.

As plenty of others have said, the front case is too flimsy and snapped within 3 weeks. Samsung are not interested. Diabolical customer service. Avoid this case and ordering from Samsung.

the case as definately been improved from the z fold 5 case which was chunky. The z fold 6 case is a lot slimmer and a lot better. I have no issues with the case like other reviews on here. This is the best z fold 6 case in my opinion. Correct me if i am wrong, but if it was another bulky case, i definately would not buy it or recommend it. All i can say is this case works for me. Yes there are other cases out there, so if this is not for you, then look else where. For the price we pay for the phone, we should get the phone case to match our phone for free and not just the standard grey case. I pre ordered the navy z fold 6, so why would i want a grey case Samsung even though it was free. Please do better. I do appreceate we get a free case, but the wrong colour unless you order the silver z fold 6, which. It is also about time samung makes the front screen on the z fold 6 bigger. THIS IS WHAT ALL CUSTOMERS WANT AND OTHER CHINESE COMPANIES ARE BEATING YOU TO IT. WHY NOT MAKE TWO FOLDS AND ONE WITH THE NARROW FRONT SCREEN AND THE OTHER WITH A WIDER FRONT SCREEN. GIVE CUSTOMERS BETTER OPTIONS AND A BETTER CAMERA AND BATTERY!!

Love the case. Feels really nice and very discreet, really cool how the pen is integrated too. However, the front of mine has snapped after I'd only had it a week! I'm really careful with it too. Disappointing. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for this.

Just got my Z Fold 6 with the S Pen case and I've got to say, big jump from my Z Fold 2. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't got a samsung or just is an apple fanboy

Like many of the images below, the case snapped in the corner. Samsung will not replace the case as there is no warranty with it.
