I seem to be having a terrablr dxperiancd with my new Gzlaxy, A16 It stalls, having to pay fif Google 1 everyman, for extra storage & the Actual use of Gmzil..... Yhe Hzndset, does heat up a little quicker then the S series..... I like the Samsung galaxy updates, ie; Gemini, UI...... But it is Now near to impossible to recall widgets for, immediate use ie, WiFi/ flightmode/ Sync/ mobile Hot-spot & more..... This has been, like this since last update. June2025........ Other then these issues, it is an ok phone with an averaged based camer- i would not purchase again.... Unfortunately. .

I had taken a screenshot once of a recipe online and the entire phone froze. It couldn't register my touch but it would turn on with the side button. I asked my husband to call it and the call went through, everything was normal, except the touch. It couldn't register. Finally, I had to reset the phone manually. The AI can be a tad annoying from time to time. Like when I'm trying to back out of an app and it decides it wants to pop up randomly. The camera quality is so so. It's not fantastic super up close but it's ok. It gets the job done.

It is very slow I want to smash the phone right now . I love the Samsung products but this phone is a huge problem. Stop making them. I had my last phone the Samsung galaxy S 9 plus I had for 13 years and I still use it and it's faster than this pile of scrap phone. Come on Samsung!! Please Please do the right thing and take this phone and give me something better. !

The phone itself runs smooth has a large screen, easy navigation and is light. Over all it's a solid device. I am giving it a 4 star rating because when I got the phone it took a day extra to get the phone case. No big deal , I thought, until I forgot it was in my back pocket and sat down on my couch. The pressure was just enough to put a single hairline Crack through my screen. It is what it is either way the phone over allcis worth it and affordable to say the least. I would recommend this phone for sure

But from experience in work and during college it runs perfectly. It does not have a hole time of ai features that I would use once, but it does inclelude everything that is necessary. The performance is really good for the price, the screen is also really good compared to the price along with the battery life. So overall I would say this phone is perfect at basics, it's not over the top its not low quality it's amazing, it's good for college students who don't have the money to buy the best phone avaliable, but the a16 is a an amazing option.

I liked my new phone just fine until the serious dysfunction with the UI kept occurring. It wouldn't even let me reboot the phone after a bit! Errors kept coming up til I couldn't do anything ....And the phone was still brand new! I don't mind learning new tech but when it gets in the way or stops you from doing what you want it ends up being a miserable frustrating experience. Mainly I really very much wish this phone had the same UI my Galaxy 15 did. There was never a problem with that one. This UI makes me wish I'd never gotten this phone.

It also has one of the largest screens so that I can see to play games or watch movies. It also has a large capacity of memory. The images and videos played on my device are crystal clear, which is a bonus for me. All of the features are with just a touch of this phone. The most important thing about this phone, in my opinion, is the Galaxy AI feature. It goes deeper in detail of whatever you search. It gives you a more descriptive meaning and how it may help you with your discovery. I couldn't ask for a more, reliable, and efficient product to use. One of my favorites!

I do like my a16 but the camera isn't as good as I would like but when I received the phone it was all I could afford at the time. It is very durable and can actually get wet without messing up.it does get decent coverage but it really is a little heavy and I don't like that it's the forst Gakaxy u have owned that does not have advanced volume there there is a equalizer. But to be completely I would really like a fold. But to anyone looking for sc ian inexpensive reliable phone the A16 would be a craft chokice

Im not a gamer or a social media person so I can't really tell you about the phone doing those things, but I use a lot of Microsoft apps and I'm online practically 24/7 and this phone has been amazing for it. I didn't even need to download apps to change my phone up because it has all the features I wanted. I have bad eyes and this has features to help with that and some features I had no idea about which was great. If I wasn't sure if the feature was right for me, I asked Galaxy AI and she helped. I'll be sticking with this model for a long time.

It wants to give you suggestions and I just want my cursor where I need it, since 90% of my corrections will not be fixed by the suggestion. I don't use or need AI, my mind works well and to keep it i must think for myself. Also, the new upgrade with battery indicator is TERRIBLE!! Too many apps I don't need and some cannot be removed. Emoji and games are a waste of battery and memory. I'd paid for it, it should function as such. Please make a smart flip phones with buttons!! Then you can T9 and text by touch. Efficient and smart!

I love the newest update even though it's taken some time to get used to. The features are nice and easy to work. I love the different themes that are available in the Galaxy store and many of them are free to download, which make the phone even more fun to use. I haven't used Galaxy AI yet but planning to in the near future. The cameras are great on here and the video playback is wonderful. Also, the sound is very surprising loud for a phone. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get another Galaxy. I'll definitely be getting another one.

It helped a whole lot when I was trying to figure out the phone. I'm 61 years old and technology has me lost at times but the AI on the phone really helped me figure out stuff. I usually use it for communicating with my friends and family but u also have a few games on here that u like to play. I just wish it was easier for me to figure things out and then I would've given you 5 stars but I really would give you 4.5 stars right now. Thank you for making things better for me to figure out.

While I'm a little disappointed that there's no headphone the inclusion of expandable storage via a microSD card slot is a nice touch. For web browsing, messaging, and calls, the performance is perfectly adequate. I haven't noticed any major problems with everyday apps. However, it struggles with more demanding titles, like gaming. The design is simple, for a budget friendly phone. The screen is bright and clear, and it's great for scrolling through social media. The battery life is a big plus, easily getting me through a full day of use.

There is even pieces of glass missing in a few spots. But it still works. I would say thats a pretty good phone in my opinion. This phone has seen better days but its still my phone & it makes due for now. My all time favorite phone that I have ever had was a S22 Ultra samsung galaxy. Now that phone is number one in my book. I wish I could get another one just like it. Galaxy AI is my all time favorite. I could not imagine switching to anything else. I love take high quality pictures to add in my gallery. And this phone so far has delivered some great pictures that really show my detailed work that my previous phone couldn't do. Id rather not say which phone. For legal purposes. One of the things I dislike is that, the phone kinda slows down after awhile. But then again. The reason for that, might be because I have multiple apps open at the same time. Speaking of that. Another great feature, You can split the screen. And function two things at the same time. It has great sound. High clear quality.

It comes pre loaded with a bunch of apps that any average person would access daily like Facebook, Instagram, etc. I love that it has a decent amount of memory for an android phone. I have small hands and this phone is a perfect fit, not too big where i cant get a grip on it and not too small where you have to change the font to large or have to keep zooming in on images. Connection to the internet is fast and not lagging. I've only had this phone for about 2-3 weeks so I'm still learning about all the features. Oh, and the camera is superb! Pictures and videos come out so clear.

I wasn't used to all the new aspects of the phone. It wasn't hard to adjust at all. The set up was smooth and easy. I was able to start using apps right away and it was so nice to have a phone that runs right and fast. Galaxy AI has helped so much. As someone with a chronic illness, I spend a lot of time online. I use Galaxy AI everyday for searches and reminders that I just need help with. The camera is amazing. I've started taking bird photography and the photos have such clarity. It's really changed the way I started taking pictures.

I am enjoying the AI features in the latest updates it has become more user friendly. The phone itself could use more processing speed or the ability to allocate some of the space used for Ram to a micro SD card to get better processing speed instead of the only option that it has and the limited amount of space that you can allocate towards that in the system settings I use the phone mainly for gaming and social media and this is by far one of these slowest phones I have used all in all everything other than the speed for a gamer the phones not bad at all

All of the features on this phone, including the Galaxy AI feature make my day to day life easier. I love how much space the phone has, it allows me to keep as many photos as id like without having to sacrifice my music or favorite game in the process. The camera quality is nice, the front camera definitely isn't my favorite but the back camera makes up for it. I can safely say that I plan to get as much life out of this phone as she'll let me. That led me to realize I don't need that latest/greatest. I just need a dependable, functional phone. I did quite a bit of research & the A16 was my choice. I've had it a couple months so far and am very happy with it! The price was very reasonable, so I bought it outright through my carrier. Would definitely recommend this phone if you're looking for a basic model. I've never been a high-end user, so it does what I need. The phone is responsive, doesn't bog down if multiple apps are running, camera is quite good.

It's definitely not as great as the S series BUT it is perfect for a budget friendly house hold. The camera is smooth and runs in optimal condition. The internet and phone itself lags from time to time which is the only down fall in my opinion. Otherwise it's smooth running. Only issues I can say other than the lag, this is more personal, is the size of the phone. I used to run on an S20 for a few years and was able to comfortably hold it and the A16 cramps my hand constantly or drops/slips my grasp when I try to hold or adjust my hold on it.

These Google app selections took over my Samsung features, deactivated them and replaced them with Google features Google text messaging took over for my Samsung text messaging, it got which got rid of my Samsung quick responses, and started keeping a history of my text messages in the Google app. I could no longer see the text messages I made using Samsung messaging and the only way to see both sets of messages was to keep changing the phone default back and forth to see what I needed to see. I could go on and on and on and on.

It was an easy upgrade from my A12, so I settled into the navigation of the device relatively quickly. Moving my information across from my old mobile to this one was no trouble. I'm an older user, so probably don't use the phone as much as most people, but it is easy to use, the battery is more than adequate, and the display meets my needs, even when I adjust it for Accessibility for my various needs. The few times I have used the camera, it has given clear images, despite my efforts, and I have no problems with the gallery when sending them to friends. Connection to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is relatively easy, depending on local conditions and signal strength.

Easy to use as the newer version of my old A12 - I find it does need charging every day and have been unable to work out if this is due to a background app or poor battery performance. I don't use it for watching films/YouTube etc, just for social media and messaging/email. I am not a photographer so am not able to say whether the camera is amazing or not, it does what I need it to do which is take family/scenic photos and videos of decent quality. The display is the same as previous models so makes it easy to navigate to find what I want. Not had any issues with connectivity. Overall a reliable handset, not too big or heavy - good price for what you get.

Since I have switched my service over to the A16 the phone: often needs to be restarted, will restart on its own, over heats whether I'm using it or not, moves slow or glitches when I'm trying to type texts, answer or hang up calls & use apps, pictures I take & that are saved to internal phone storage will not open has error message, has a hard time connecting to WiFi, does not automatically connect to my Galaxy 6 watch & when it does connect it consistently loses connection to my watch. Beyond that the memory & storage are awesome as usual!

So far so good. I've had the A16 (4G) w/4GB/128GB memory plus 64GB SD card for about a week now, and have been pouring over the User Guide and features and experimenting to all-hours of the night. For my needs it's perfect except that, coming from a 11-year old Galaxy Grand Prime, the bigger size takes some getting use to. Everything works fine, it's very fast, no hiccups whatsoever, the battery seems to run forever, the camera's amazing, no heating problems of any kind, can't say enough good things. I haven't tried the GPS functionality yet but I'm sure it's well developed and working as good as any dedicated GPS device.
I recommended this product.

Apps are constantly closed when switching between them. No audio jack is a huge con. Trying to use earbuds or headphones for phone calls is a nightmare with horrible mic quality. The phone runs alright and whatnot but it's definitely not smooth or quick compared to other phones. Cameras quality and photo qualities also are pretty mediocre compared to other phones. Overall I genuinely think this is a 6/10 phone. Sadly I don't really use the Galaxy AI as much so I can't comment on that

I most definitely ball out which I use the amazing variable zoom camera to snap quick reels and videos . I also write reports for my side hobby/Live streams out on YouTube and facebook "The Day In The life" . I've only got 1 con besides the many pro's and that is i wish there was a AUX plug so I could keep my device on charge mode and be able to not have to bypass and use Bluetooth due to lentancy problems cause majority of the time I use a hdmi/SD/USB , C Charge plug to stream multiple devices . It's large screen is smooth and sleek, as well as puts off an amainzing image. Samsung really hit it out of the park on this one. If your one whom uses your phone for streaming, excessive calling, or lots of texting, or even music it's wonderful to have,! The updated "Galaxy AI" system that comes stock with te device has really gotten better wit being more adaptable as far as :ing discrkltive. Security is high on the phone but best with pin or pattern because someone used my fingerprint to open my phone while I was asleep. Perfect for business especially with SD card feature for extra apps space. Ai Gemini I chose Osiris. Notepad awesome. Samsung TV app interesting. Samsung is the Samsonite of phones; if you remember the ape beating up on a Samsonite commercial, then you know it's the best in the business. Customer service is good too, doesn't take forever to get a response to answer your questions not found in faq's page. Samsung z flip didn't look bad either.

Its constantly telling me that my phone is running slow and should be restarted. I can't take videos on my phone, there is such a huge lag that its like slow motion sort of. When I try to make phone calls, it tells me that my call can't be completed by my service provider to try another provider. Metro PCS has NEVER heard of this problem before. I have to try 5-10 times to make a call before it actually lets me make the call. This phone is infuriating and NOT worth the money it costs. None of the A series galaxy phones are worth buying.

One of my favorite features is the fingerprint scanner on the lock/unlock button verse being under the screen. It has great battery life even when streaming YouTube. It doesn't have all the Galaxy AI features more expensive phones have but I love the circle to search option. It's great when you see a product in a video and want to search for me information. Especially if there is no product name listed. I would definitely recommend this phone as a budget friendly option or for kids as they can be a bit rough on phones.

Even when power saving is on, I have no issues with videos, movies, audio, or music apps playing in the background. Another thing I find myself frequently using are accessibility features. While I might not fall into the intended audience these features aim to help I still find some of them helpful. When I'm busy the select to speak feature allows me to select any or all on screen text I want to be read aloud. The other feature I use often is the blue light filter to help me start to unwind in the early evening.

But I have to hunt them down due to there is 3 different places my games go and I don't get to choose where they go. Second the volume isn't loud enough. And the battery although it charges fast, it also uses battery life faster than it should being as I haven't even had my phone a month yet. Now here comes the worst part. My phone has a case on it. And fell off the arm of my chair and landed front side up and shattered my screen. It literally didn't touch the front of my phone and yet shattered my screen. I'm so unhappy with this phone.

So, sometimes my volume button decides its not going to work,at all, as well as the power button and then I cant turn it off or restart it then there will be times where its going to get extremely hot when its charging, and sometimes it will charge quickly and other times charge slower than sap dripping down a tree trunk. I loved the A15 better than the A16. The Galaxy AI is actually pretty cool an helpful for many different things probably the only thing I like on this phone lol

There is one thing that I dislike about my Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is that I have to have the same notification sound for my text messages for my Gmail for my games. The same sound! I feel like I'm constantly checking my phone and I think it's a text message but know if it's a game or I think it's an email and it's a text message or I think it's any game and it's neither. I don't understand why I can't have a separate notification sound for my Gmail and a separate notifications and for my text message and separate ones for my games.

I thougt this was a good buy until it began to not display social media (X) because (this phone does not support the media). It then froze the screen in a position that the unlock pattern was unavailable. It had 100% charge at this point, and couldn't be restarted until down to 94%, (i left the torch on for a some time). I then found that videos & pictures on watsapp were not supported. I then found, to great surprise, that the phone didn't support its own camera. I did another reset, which seems to have resolved these issues for now. I have had samsung phones for some years now. All have been very satisfactory.

One of the features I use mostly is the reminder when someone sends me a email for a meeting it gives me a option to put a reminder when it's close today I had a meeting and I forgot until I opened my phone and got the reminder and I like how it can be a reminder of days before or even a hour before. One of the AI features I enjoy of this device is that if I hold the home button i can circle things anywhere on my screen and it will tell me what it is also i can search things straight from their too.

I was looking forward to a new galaxy phone and was sorely disappointed. Immediately had issues with lag, slow responses, updates changing my settings, and underwhelming front camera quality. It's lagging as I type now. I regret trading in for this phone. My mother is disappointed with hers too and having the same issues. Also called support about the audio cutting out and was told it's my provider's connection issue. Boost's connection is working for the other 3 users in our home. It's just a problem my mother and i are having with these phones. Also freezes up when 2-3 apps are open at the same time.

It refreshes continuously so that you can't be on an app and then go check for the code they texted. Because when you go back it has refreshed and you have to start over. So your just in a vicious circle. It is so slow. You can hit the button 10 times before it opens. I had a Samsung Galaxy S9+ the best phone I ever had. I still have it and am thinking of going back to it. I just have 2 small issues with it. It needs plugged in pretty much all the time now and I can't talk on speaker as people either can't hear me or it's garbled. These 2 things are Itty bitty compared to this A16 5G.

I give it 4 stars only because when the phone is not in a protective case it can seem somewhat slippery like there's no way to get a grip on it. I've had to replace the phone once due to dropping it and being really high up off the ground. The drop busted the screen and the back. But I would have to say that the distance that it dropped and what it hit . The impact on the front and back of the phone was severe to where you would assume that the screen wouldn't be operational. Screen still fucntioned. I have to give it to Samsung they made one strong phone.

I have had many Samsung Galaxy phones and they have all worked incredibly fast, but this one is just a little subpar. It works fine, but some of the apps close out automatically such as TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook. The features are fantastic though! I love the customization that comes with the Samsung A16 5G, such as the themes, widgets, and different clock settings just to name a few. I would definitely buy another Galaxy, but I would get one that was a little better so it works faster.

I love that galaxy ai tools are easily accessible as I can update and create client treatment plans and Galaxy Ai also helps me learn tools and techniques that's helpful for my small business its also helpful for creating podcast show scripts. I also like my phones camera tge quality is ok but I wish images were sharper I use my phone to record narratives for workshops videos and my podcast. Thus is my second samsung phone and im impressed with samsung technology. Currently I'm saving to buy a galaxy note vecause of its pen feature. All is good with Samsung.

Phone returned as not suitable for two (known) reasons:- i) Advertised as "dual sim and memory card", which is what I wanted but unfortunately not correct. Therefore your advert should state "dual sim OR one sim and memory card"! The limitation should be made clear. ii) The icons appear to be rather 'childish' or 'juvenile' in appearance, unlike my old J4core, which I am completely happy with, albeit now showing signs of it's age. All I require is a DIRECT replacement for my old J4core, which I am finding to be almost impossible. Note: I am none of the suggested boxes in the below "What best describes you?".

This is the best I've had so far, hands down! Great features as well! Photos come out superb! Its so convenient! Please choose me my husband is on dialysis currently and can not be put on the kidney donor list because he doesn't have enough insurance. He only gets medicare which only pays 80% of all bills and hospital stays so everything else is out of pocket and im disabled as well, I. Unable to work. But I really honestly do love my galaxy! I wouldn't change it for the world. Has lots of memory too.

The 1st of those things is not being able to add a micro SD card to increase my memory which is a HUGE subtraction for me! I like to play games on my phone so for me the extra memory is a big deal. The 2nd issue goes together with no place for a memory card. The phone's speed drastically, and very noticeably, slows down as the memory fills up. However after I uninstalled a bunch of apps I don't use the speed didn't speed back up. GalaxyAI has added some points back but I think it's almost time for me to upgrade to a S class Galaxy!

My research days are probably limited since I will be 76 in a week. There seems to be 3 lenses on the Galaxy, the cameras give crisp photos and clear videos. I like the "memories" that show up nearly daily. The device care button is nice and I use it every 3-4 weeks. I looked at the Goal in Samsung apps and saw empowering females as a goal. Boys have been forgotten over the last generation+, as shown by more females attending college than males, so don't forget about males, except in time of war. I also looked at the healthy app, haven't used it as I have a smart watch.

Me: This device has a nice screen, and it has a decent battery, as well as the ability to access the internet and utilize things like nfc and wideband 5g. Then it has to work a little hard when you get outside of normal operations, and it struggles with maps and apps that utilize more than 1 serious part of the phone at a time. That being said, if you aren't a power user, dont use it for business, or school, or you have the time to wait and spare, it's a nice device that just has some trouble between tasks.

There is also a accidental touch lock feature that locks your screen if you are holding or moving your phone around so it doesn't accidentally type something or open an app, which I really like! The battery lasts a good amount of time and charges fast. Another really cool feature is that holding down the power button opens Galaxy AI where you can ask questions or search things which is very convenient. Overall I am very happy with the Galaxy A16 5G and would recommend!!

The camera is the perfect in between of quality and performance. The only annoying thing about the A16 other than the occasional lag spikes as listed before is the front camera island, it can get in the way but generally you get used to it. I got the 128 gigabytes version of the A16 and I thought "This is going to suck having low storage." but it really ain't that bad I still have 50 gigabytes left over. It fits in my hands perfectly, although it is a little slick, I recommend getting a grippy plastic case. Flashlight is also great, pretty bright.

Even though my A16 is brand new (unsure if they sent a new or refurbished phone to me.) Wondering if it's because it has an eSim instead of a physical Sim? PROS: fantastic graphics quality for the A series galaxy phones, for both the screen and the cameras. Also, Lots of onboard storage (twice what my A15 had) and expandable SD storage too. I also like some of the newer Samsung features I've never seen before such as the side bar and pull up Wallet bar. Fast and convenient actress to apps and contacts you use most. Overall, I am pleased with this device.

To heavy. Hate it. Can't wait to get rid of it. Worst phone I've ever had. It's very slow, camera blurry and doesn't focus quickly. Autocorrect doesn't turn off and this is causing many time consuming issues if I need to write notes for a report. It's just a very poor performance all round. Truy wish I never changed the only good thing is the price. I don't use data so forced to have a cheap nasty poor quality phone for the price I want to pay. Consumers should have the choice Picture attached from old phone as this camera on A16 is so poor I haven't kept any pictures. And I have to upload something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had a decent experience with it so for, but it does seem to freeze when using some apps for semi long periods of time and lag a bit at times when switching tasks or waiting to move forward when pushing "next" or switching webpages, thkngs of this nature. Plus I don't believe it has the ability to charge via wireless chargers (mine won't at least). Lastly, I t doesnt have very good sound quality when hooked up to car or sterio sound systems nor am I able to find where you can adjust the audio options Inernally which is a major bummer for me. Otherwise it works well and is the perfect size for my needs.

From day 1 of purchasing, it has had the slowest processing of any smart phone ive ever owned. The touch features/ settings are trash. The connection is poor and just does not work over 60% of the time. I cannot receive or make any calls unless i have wifi, will drop calls with 5G signal. The sound on this phone is laughable, have to use speaker phone otherwise i sound like im underwater and i cant hear anything on the other side of call. I have spent hours going through settings trying to troubleshoot issues but nothing ever improves. I would not recommend this device and strongly advise anyone to not buy this model.

Galaxy AI is top of the line!

I am still searching around to find things and seeing how the phone works differently then my last (buttons in different places, mechanics of apps are different) which is fine. I just have to get used to the new system... but first day, the phone is lagging a little. I am wondering if it's because of the new apps and sign in info and having to approve and accept permissions. I also.havent had time to make sure the OS was updated..I was just so excited, I turned it on and started downloading! Setting up isn't difficult, but there is still a lot to do. I am very excited about the phone...

But after downloading just a handful of apps I've found it to be supper laggy and everything takes so long to load. It's great for calls and txt and basic internet surfing and social media. I'm shocked really that my Nokia x100 5g that's over 5 years old and stopped updating it's android operating system after reaching android 11.. It's still so much faster than my new galaxy a16 5g. Sadly a bit disappointed in the a16 a bit. But at least the camera is great though so I'm happy for that.

I have had this phone for a month and tried to give it an honest chance, it has repeatedly failed, it glitches, runs slow, shuts my apps down when I'm using them or will freeze, it disconnects from my car frequently when I'm using GPS or just listening to music and when I'm typing the keyboard will disappear. I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything but this phone is horrible and makes me want to throw it against a wall. I have done the updates and the very frequent restarts but this phone is more frustrating than anything, even typing this now the phone keeps glitching. Save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has everything essential and even a little more, whatever you need is there, of course, being a device of a not high range, its speed is not the best, however it is better than other devices of other brands of the same price It is worth noting that its cameras have good resolution, its screen has good colors and good light, its battery performance is above average, the screen size, at least for me, is perfect; it is not small, nor too large to be able to handle it with one hand. Within all the good things it offers, the not so good thing that I have felt is its WiFi signal reception, but other than that, it seems to me to be quite remarkable in terms of quality/price.

Ideally fits my requirements. A smartphone is not a primary device for me - is only used for; (predictably) calls, reviewing emails (and only responding in emergency), occasion texting (SMS & WhatsApp), occasionally reviewing news items and websites, playback of music, and occasionally taking reference images with the built-in camera. I'm currently only using approx 13Gig of the 128Gig capacity, and don't expect to stretch it any more than that. Would prefer the dimensions to be a little smaller - this is absolutely as big as I would want a smart phone to be - any larger would be too cumbersome of me.
I recommended this product.

I bought this phone to start doing deliveries. It was unlocked, budget friendly and had more than enough to get me going again. It is big for small hands but the one-handed feature was a nice find. it has a fast 90Hz display which makes things smooth howvere I use 60Hz as it's more than enough. The 50MP Mode for the camera takes worse photos than the 12MP mode. I have yet to understand why. Also, the flash for the camera sometimes goes off before the picture is taken and can even cause weird glare or overbrightness on photos taken. Otherwise it's used simply as a phone. I don't game on it, I don't surf the web. Make calls, send text and download any app required for day to day living.

Plus the 6-year-old update is amazing and I'm standing and I'm really happy that something left with this because basically the last sentence I had was the A12 and the 2-year software update was not my best expectations but I really happy that they finally doing 6-year update.

I appreciate the content that ai curates for me based on my usage. The camera is amazing and allows for excellent editing. There is tons of storage and I never have to worry about downloading too much because there's always enough storage to accommodate more. The only issue I've experienced is the UI giving an error and it says close app or wait, and after closing the phone is back to normal withing ten seconds. I've turned on automatic error reporting and hopefully the issue will he resolved quickly.

I love samsung had many phones with them but this is the only phone I've had that does this. Yes my old phones were slow occasionally but never like this. A16& A15 are not the best phones I've tried everything to make this phone work. I want to upgrade but my phone provider won't let me till its paid off. And I don't have a warranty so not much I can do about it
