How do I unlock the On Screen Display menu on my monitor?

Last modified : Sep 11. 2018
QLED gaming monitor

Your monitor may have an OSD Lock function. This function locks most of the OSD (On Screen Display) Menu settings so they cannot be inadvertently changed, while usually still allowing you to adjust the Brightness, Contrast, Channel, and Volume. To lock or unlock the OSD, see below:

1 Depending on the model, you may need to press and hold the Menu button for 5 seconds, or the Source button.
On models with a Jog Button on the back of the monitor, you should be able to unlock the OSD by pressing the LEFT button for 10 seconds when the main menu displayed.
2 To reset the OSD to factory settings, please check your full product manual (available at the download centre under the Support section)
