This service is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

The Galaxy Z Flip3 5G & Z Fold3 5G comes with a one-time* screen protector replacement service free-of-charge at a Samsung authorised service centre in the event the original factory-fitted screen protector is accidentally damaged.
This service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

*Charges may apply in the event of physical damage.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 5G & Z Fold4 5G comes with a one-time* screen replacement within 1 year from the purchase date of the device (on or before the 30th of September 2022) at the below discounted price.
One-time screen replacement is applicable to the internal, foldable Galaxy Z Flip4 & Z Fold4 main screen.*

Cracks on the Ultra Thin Glass of Galaxy Z Flip4 or Z Fold4

Cracks found on the Ultra Thin Glass where the screens folds in the centre are covered under warranty unless there are other damages such as puncture marks and cracks elsewhere on the display.

  • How to submit a claim

    To activate any on of the above offers during the Redemption Period, Eligible Claimants must:


    1. Retain proof of purchase of the Participating Product; and

    2. Redeem the Offer before the end of the Redemption Period (i.e. within 12 months from date of purchase of the Participating Product).
