Cleaning the BESPOKE Jet™ Stick Brushes and Pipe

The BESPOKE Jet™ Stick comes with a variety of brushes for multiple surfaces and surroundings. Be sure to clean the vacuum accessories after use, so they're ready for the next job.

To maintain your vacuum and keep it running well, you should clean its filter and brushes frequently. BESPOKE Jet™ Stick brushes are easy to detach with a simple touch and it is easy to clean each part. 

When cleaning or replacing the brushes, never put fingers or other objects into the fan chamber. This can cause an injury or severe product damage.

Note: Be sure to turn off the Emergency Switch before disassembling or assembling the unit.

Cleaning the Brushes and Pipe

Accessories may vary depending on the model you have.

Note: 

  • The Slim Action/LED Brush is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Complete Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick (Slim LED Brush+), BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Complete Stick Vacuum, and BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Elite Stick Vacuum.

Do not clean the Slim Action/LED Brush with water.

Step 1.
1) Press the side button to open the brush cover.
2) Turn to rotate the brush cover to take out the brush.

Step 2.
1) Gently remove the brush cover.
2) Remove tangled hair on the brush.
3) Remove any foreign matter still on the brush. You can use a wet tissue or a dry cloth for the removal.

Step 3.
Slowly insert the brush until the unlock icon reaches the end.

Step 4.
Turn the cover to close the brush back in place and check that the lock icon is on.

Note:

  • If the BESPOKE Jet™ Stick does not work after cleaning the brushes, the overheating prevention device of the motor might be in operation. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool and try to operate again.

  • The Jet Dual Brush is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Pro Extra Stick Vaccum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Complete Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick, BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Elite Stick Vacuum, BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Complete Stick Vacuum, and BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Pro Stick Vacuum.

When cleaning the brush, be careful not to catch your fingers in the fold of the brush.

Step 1.
Press the button to eject the brush.

Step 2.
Gently take the brush out completely.

Step 3.
Remove foreign matter. If the foreign matter does not come off easily, use scissors to remove it. Be careful not to cut the brush.

Step 4.
Push the brush back into place.

Step 5.
Turn the brush to the back side.

Step 6.
Eject the spin brush from the Dual Brush.

Step 7.
Take the brush out completely and carefully wipe away any dirt and debris with a wet tissue or dry cloth.

Step 8.
Push the slim brush back into the vacuum.

Note:

  • If the BESPOKE Jet™ Stick does not work after cleaning the brushes, the overheating prevention device of the motor might be in operation. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool and try to operate it again.

  • The Spray Spinning Sweeper is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Pro Extra Stick Vaccum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick, BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Elite Stick Vacuum, and BESPOKE Jet™ Plus Pro Stick Vacuum.

If you have attached the single-use wet pads to the Spray Spinning Sweeper, throw them away when you're finished. The multi-use wet pads, on the other hand, can be washed and dried after each use.

  • The multi-use wet pads can be cleaned in a normal washing machine with neutral detergent. 
  • Do not boil the wet pads. If the wet pads are exposed to heat, softener, etc., they may be degraded or discolored which may cause product performance to decrease.

Step 1.
Remove the cloth of the wet brush (multi-use wet pads).

Step 2.
Soak the wet pads in water and soap.

Step 3.
Wring out the excess water and allow the pads to dry before placing them back onto the spin disks.

Step 4.
Once they are completely dry, you may reattach the pads to the Wet Brush. When attaching the wet pads, make sure each pad is in the center of the spin disk it is attached to.

Note:

  • Use genuine wet pads from Samsung Electronics for the Wet Brush.
  • When you want to purchase additional multi-use wet pads for the Wet Brush, contact a Samsung service center.

Remove tangled foreign matter or hair with scissors.

Insert a long thin stick and rotate several times to clean the Extension Crevice Tool or the pipe.
