How to Send your Galaxy Device for Repair via AusPost


Need to repair your Galaxy device? You can book a mail-in repair and send it via Australia Post. Follow the steps below to get started.

1 Open a web browser and search Support.com
2 Hover over Support and select Book a Repair

Alternatively, you can search https://www.samsung.com/au/mypage-intro/ in your search bar.

3 Click on Go to My Page

4 Log into your Samsung Account

5 Select My Products
Select My Products
6 Locate the device you'd like to book a repair for then click Get Support

8 If the issue hasn't been resolved select Support Option

9 Click on Mail it in

10 Enter your IMEI, Serial Number and attach your Proof of Purchase, then click on Validate > Next

11 Select your product's symptoms then click on Next

12 Read the Estimated Repair Cost information then click on Confirm and Proceed

13 Ensure you have backed up your device and activated Maintenance Mode then click on Next

14 Fill in your Contact Information

15 Review your Booking Info the click on on Next

16 Click on Shipping Label Download to download and print the shipping label

If you are unable to print your eParcel Returns label (shipping label) please record your Article ID/ Returns Reference No. and provide it to the AusPost Team, they can assist with printing the shipping label in-store.

17 You will also be sent an email with your Repair Reference number, Samsung Account ID number and your Article ID/Returns reference number
