Customise Call Display Settings on my Samsung Phone

Watching a movie or perhaps paying a game and all of a sudden your screen is taken over with an incoming call? To avoid these interuptions you can now customise your Call display settings whilst using other apps. Choose between Full screen, Pop-up & Mini pop-up, simply follow the below for more information.

1 Launch the full screen icon Phone app
Tap on Phone app
2 Tap on full screen icon
Tap on three dots
3 Select Settings
Select Settings
4 Tap on Call display while using apps
Tap on 'Call Display while using apps'
5 Choose your preferred Call display while using apps setting then press the back key to apply changes
Choose preferred setting
1 If you have chosen Pop-up or Mini pop-up as your preferred Call display while using apps setting, simply tap on full screen icon to answer the call. If you have chosen Full Screen you will need to swipe answer icon into the centre of the screen
Tap accept to answer call whilst on an app
2 When you are ready to end the call tap on full screen icon
Mini pop-up call

Speaker icon Tap on the Volume button to put the call on Loud Speaker.

mute call iconTap on Mute to Mute your microphone.

full screen iconSelect this option to switch to the Full Screen call
