Using Directors View on my Galaxy Phone

Record videos with various angles of view with Director's View. Choose between Picture in Picture, Split Mode or Single View to record with your front and rear cameras simultaneously. Follow the below guide for step by step instructions on using Directors's View on your Galaxy S21.

1 Launch the Camera app

2 Swipe to MORE
Swipe to MORE
3 Select Directors view icon Director's View
Select Director's View
4 You will then be able to record your video using the rear and selfie camera simultaneously

5 If you would like to change the view simply tap on Picture in Picture icon and choose your preferred Viewing Setting
Switching Frames

PiP Icon Picture in Picture: Allows you to record with the front and rear cameras simultaneously whilst switching the bigger screen from Selfie to Rear Camera.

Split icon Split: Allows you to equally split the screen in half to view both the Front and Rear Cameras.

Single frame icon Single: Allows you to record with 1 camera at a time - you will not be able to record with the Front and Rear camera simultenously, however you are able to switch between them whilst recording your video.

6 Once you have chosen your preferred Viewing Setting simply tap on the Record button to being filming in Director's View
