How do I Raise an Error Report for the Galaxy Buds4 & Buds4 Pro

Having troubles with your Galaxy Buds4 or Buds4 Pro and not sure what to do? If you raise an Error Report our Samsung Members Team will be able to provide further troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue. Simply follow the below guide to learn how to raise an Error Report and review feedback.                 

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.

Please ensure you raise an Error Report within 5 minutes of the issue occurring on your Galaxy device. While raising an Error Report it is important that you DO NOT close the Samsung Members app while log files are being generated.

1 Launch the Settings app

2 Tap on your Galaxy Buds
Tap on buds

Please Note: Ensure you have paired your Galaxy Buds to your compatible Galaxy device. Please refer to our guide on How to Pair your Galaxy Buds to your smartphone for more information.

3 Tap on 3 dots
Select 3 dots
4 Select Settings
Select Settings
5 Select Contact us
Tap on Contact us
6 Tap on Send feedback
Tap on send feedback
7 Select plane icon to create a new ticket
Tap on plane icon
8 Select your device then tap on Next
Select your buds then tap on next
9 Select the frequency option and explain the error within the description box
Fill in required information

Please ensure Send system log data is ticked.

10 If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report tap on paperclip icon. Once you are ready to send your error report select send icon

11 Then tap on OK
Tap ok

It may take serveral minutes to generate the log data. You can use other apps suring this time, but DO NOT close the Samsung Members app or your error report might not send. You'll receive a notification when your error report is finished sending.

Tap on Send feedback

You should be able to view all your raised error reports and responses from our Samsung Members Team.

Select Error report to view response
5 You can then review the responses from our Samsung Members Team and even ask extra questions
