Tracking Sleep Score with the Galaxy Watch3

Use your Galaxy Watch3 to track your sleep and analyse how effective your sleep was. The Galaxy Watch3 will monitor and track the different stages (Awake, REM, Light & Deep) of your sleep and give you a better understanding what your body is doing during each stage. Your heart rate and motion data is also recorded throughout your sleep and provide you a score against other individuals in the same age bracket as you. Follow the below guide to learn how to track and understand your sleep score.

Sleep management functions (REM cycles, deep sleep, and total sleep time) on the watch can be used as standalone, but smartphone pairing is recommended in order to see sleep score. Insight only available on paired smartphone. Galaxy Watch3 is not a medical/therapeutic device. Fitness and health functions (including SleepScore and Fall Detection) are for informational purposes only. Using Samsung Health app with Galaxy Watch3 requires signup and pairing with your compatible smartphone. Steps for Galaxy Watch3
1 Press the Home button to access your apps tray and launch the Samsung Health icon Samsung Health app
Select Samsung Health
2 Tap on the Purple moon icon Sleep category
Scroll down the page and select Sleep
3 You will then be able to view your sleep details, this will include your Sleep score, Actual sleep time and your Weekly average sleep time

1 Launch Samsung Health icon Samsung Health app
Select Samsung Health
2 Scroll down the page and locate Sleep
Scroll down the page
3 Tap on Sleep
Select Sleep
4 You will then be able to view your Sleep details

Click on Learn more to understand what your brain and body go through during each sleep stage. 

5 Tap on Sleep score
Select Sleep score
6 You will then be able to view your sleep score, compare your score to other individuals in the same age bracket as yourself and learn more about different sleep factors
