Create a Samsung Account on my Samsung TV

A Samsung Account gives you access to a wide range of services including apps, games and much more. You can also access and use the SmartThings app. To enable your Samsung Account your Smart TV must be connected to the internet.

Choose an option below to create a Samsung Account depending on the model year of your TV.

You can also head to http://account.samsung.com to create a Samsung Account on a mobile device or PC.

2020 T/Q/LS Model TVs

2022 Model TVs
1 Press the Home button on your remote control and then select Menu

2 Navigate to Settings then All Settings
Choose Settings then All Settings
3 Select General & Privacy then System Manager
Select General then System Manager
4 Choose Samsung Account

5 Select Create Account
Choose Create Account
6 You will be presented with two options for creating an account. You can either go to the URL listed on your phone or PC or you can scan the QR code with a smart device.

2020 - 2021 Model TVs
1 Using your Samsung remote control, press the Menu button and select Settings.

2 Cycle down to the General tab and select System Manager.

3 Once in System Manager, cycle down to Samsung Account and press enter on your remote control.

4 Select either a Samsung Profile that has previously been created or select Create Account.

5 You will be presented with 2 options for creating an account. You can either go to the URL listed on your phone or PC or you can scan the QR code with a smart device.

6 Next, follow the on-screen instructions to complete creating your account. Once completed, you will then be able to sign in to your account on your TV.
2017 - 2019 Model TVs
1 Using your Samsung remote control, press the Menu button and select Settings.

2 Cycle down to the General tab and select System Manager.

3 Select Samsung Account and press enter on your remote control.

4 Choose a Samsung Profile that has previously been created or select Add Account.

5 Choose Create Account.

6 Following is 4 pages where you will need to enter your information. The information required will be a valid email address, your name and date of birth. Once you have completed that process, you will now have an account on your Samsung TV.
2016 Model TVs
1 From your remote control press the Menu button and select System.

2 Select Samsung Account.

3 Select an option if you like to create an account by manually filling details or via Facebook. Follow the subsequent prompts to complete your account creation.

2014 - 2015 Model TVs
1 Press the Menu button on the remote to open the menu screen.
2 Select Smart Hub.
3 Select Samsung Account.
4 Select Create Account.

5 A pop up display asking if you are over 13 years old. Select Yes or No.
6 Samsung Account Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy displays. Review and then, if you consent select the check box at the top.
7 The 'Create Account' screen will appear. Fill out all fields then select the checkbox to agree and proceed.
8 Select the profile picture you would like to use to identify your account. Your Account has been created. Select Done.
