i always buy samsung tv as they have the best pictures. this one is no exception, the picture is stunning; but i didn't like the size of the stand. when i opened the box, the width of the stand quite shocked me, checked the spec of all sizes of qn90b model. 43 and 50 inches stand width were 18.3" and then for 55, 65, 75 and 85 inches, the stand width starts from 11.8" up to 16.9" for 85" screen. it looks like that in 43 and 50" screen sizes, there was a mess in the engineering drawings and these two tv sizes, neglectly were built with much larger stands (even larger than 85" stand). i wonder how samsung delivered a great tv with such obvious flaw?

I decided on this TV because I wanted something I could use as a computer monitor without having to deal with burn-in. This is the first HDR TV I've had and watching certain movies that really take advantage of it is very nice. Very enjoyable first time in experience. The local dimming is very good. Still can't believe it has OLED black levels. The refresh rate is nice, but the response time is probably too high for a true 144hz experience. I don't care about that since I can't play many games at 144FPS anyway. I'm tempted to get a G8 as well, just wish they weren't so curved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 85" Q90B TV is great for the most part, image quality is very close to those OLED displays, sounds is also very good, however I do have 1 complain: the TV will adjust the image brightness depending on the image being displayed, for example in a scene where 2 people are conversating in the same room with a bright window, when focusing on the person near the window the image will dim making the room look darker and when switches to the other person the image will increase in brightness making it look brighter, it seems like they are not even on the same room, I went through all the settings but I'm not able to disable that function.
I recommended this product.

The picture quality is amazing. I will never buy anything other then a Samsung, this is the third one I have purchased over time and they all have been amazing. In most cases I bought a new to upgrade. if there was 1 thing bad I could say about it. I am not that impressed with the NexGen channels. Again I have an antenna, but Nexgen tv is advertised as better sound and better picture quality. I get 6 Nexgen channels when a scan for channels and none of them work. but please don't get me wrong this is and amazing TV

I bought the previous model of this TV (QN85QN90BAFXZA) in Jan 2024. Manufacturer warranty expired in Jan 2025. sometimes, when I turn on the TV, the screen is blank (very very low brightness picture). Unplugging the HDMI cable and holding the TV power button for 20 secs or so and restarting brings it back to full brightness. However, I am disappointed that Samsung TV is so fragile to fail within two years. I've had other brand TVs last long 10 years without any issues. And annoying thing is when I create service ticket, I get a message saying your warranty has expired and you may be charged for the labor and parts.

I had purchased a 55 inch HDTV in 2020 but my hearing has gotten worse. All I could hear for the past year was the background music on the 2020 TV so I was looking for a TV that increased the volume of people talking and decreased the volume of background music. This TV advertised that very thing. It’s wonderful that I can hear what people are saying with this TV. Very excellent picture is an added bonus. It did cost a little over twice as much but a TV is useless if I can’t hear voices above the background music. It also does well streaming content.. Samsung plus provides around 200 channels to stream free of charge.

On a full motion mount, this television looks good and can face our dining room or living room. Our room is bright during the day and we've had no issues watching on this tv. So far, we've had it a month or so, it does everything we want it to do: Mirroring, AirPlay, Casting, QSymphony (hooked up to Samsung soundbar), and many streaming channel apps. Color, brightness, sound are all good. I've had no issues with the speed of changing channels. I have it hooked up to in-wall ethernet to our router, so streaming has been smooth except for an occasional delay (due to the streaming channel app, I think, not the tv).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is awesome for a movies and Netflix/HBO Max person. 4K especially, so sharp that I can tell the diff between cheap CGI of house of dragon vs better quality CGI of rings of power. Sound is fairly good too, just had to figure out the adjustment for turnoff of auto volume control as certain movies I could not hear voices or sounds well until I made the adjustment. All in all I am happy with my purchase and recommend this TV doing some research on CNET and other tech websites and reading lots and lots of customer reviews. No freezing or any issues so far. Can be viewed from multiple angles as advertised.

Has the HDMI port and VRR needed to get the most out of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Obviously it's more gorgeous than last years and the years before, but the BRIGHTNESS!!! I can see everything even in an over lit room, but at night or in very low light you REALLY see how crazy bright it gets! You can probably even watch this outside in direct sunlight hitting it from all angles lol. What else can I say? You know it connects your Samsung phone and the smart washer and dryer you should have already have... Just buy it! It's worth the upgrade!

after doing extensive research i decided it was time to upgrade with the 55” qn90b. the tv is beautiful and the sound quality is great as well. here’s the reason for the three star rating; a tech has to come out one day after unboxing. i’m hopeful they can fix the issue as it’s more of a nuisance than an actual performance issue. but now i’m concerned that since it’s glitching already that this is something i might be dealing with going forward. every time i turn on the tv i am notified that i need to go into service mode. that is something i can’t do and a tech has to do. other than that the tv is beautiful.

I can't believe my 4 year old samsung QLED was a better TV then this. I wish I never changed my TV. The dark/blacks are not even cinema worthy. HD has to be super bright with the video itself recorded in daylight to be considered HD quality. If you are watching a programme that has been recorded in low light ( which is most series/films) then prepare to be disappointed. 80% of programmes have random blur to the bottom of the screen especially when the camera man is panning across the set slowly. Awful TV! Samsung - spend more money on producing better quality TVs then spending money on multiple TV models!!

There's is a 3.1 hdmi hookup that allows us to get the most out of it. The colors on this tv are richer than in real life! It's insane! We also stream tv a lot...including football games, and there is no lag or blurriness. It feels like we are at the stadium watching tv. Beautiful picture! It's also convenient having a remote that does not have replaceable bbatteries. You have the choice to a solar-powered charge or with a type c cable. This is the best tv we have ever owned. We love all of our samsung products. It goes wonderful with the smart things app and alexa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use this TV as a PC monitor, which coincidentally is what I generally watch movies/play games with. However, to reach maximum clarity on some videos, I have to use my firestick or SmartTV features. Luckily -- it works great in either of those modes. HDR is quite noticeable and easy to set correctly, and tweaking the picture settings to exactly where I want them is quite intuitive. It's thin and (relatively) lightweight, especially considering it's size. This is easily the best TV I've owned up to this point, and is the 5th Samsung TV I've purchased. So far, Samsung has not disappointed me in either the picture quality, the build, or the price. Would definitely recommend.

The picture might look decent at first, but everything else about this TV feels like a letdown. The operating system is weak, limited, and poorly optimized. App support is surprisingly narrow, and even the apps that do work don’t always run smoothly. Navigation feels clunky and outdated, especially for a TV in this price range. For what it costs, it simply doesn’t deliver enough value. To make matters worse, I ran into hardware issues not long after buying it and had to replace parts — and the warranty didn’t even cover it. Paying premium money for this kind of experience feels like a complete waste.

Purchased at local electronic store this new 65" QN90B model. Everything I like about the TVs except for one thing which I decided to return the product. It is the rainbow effect smearing across entire screen issue with any light source in front of the TV or the from the side of the TV. This is caused by the wide angle coating from what I know from my online research. If you have the light source behind the TV, it is totally a perfect TV 100% without worrying about burn-in from OLED tech. The TV can be integrated into my smart Home Assistant and call up my front door camera when the door bell rings.

If you are a gamer, DO NOT buy this TV in its current 1420 firmware state. Back when I bought this TV in April, it was perfect (5 stars worthy). The TV had VRR, 4 HDMI 2.1 ports and the picture and colour looked beautiful (especially in HDR). However, after the 1420 update, there are constant VRR issues and HDR gaming has been broken to where colours look dull, grey and washed out to the point where SDR looks better (I have provided 2 pictures, the colourful one is in SDR and the dull one is in HDR). Samsung has yet to comment on this issue so be aware if your thinking of getting this TV for gaming.

The infinity screen is off the chain and the resolution on my gaming makes me feel as if I'm living the game myself. The experience is so immersive and intuitive. I'm also in love with the fact that I can connect the Google assistant to work seamlessly with my other Google products and even use my Samsung Dex to its fullest potential with my galaxy phone paired to my tv! This TV is well worth the investment as I feel I won't need to upgrade for years to come, this product is certainly ahead of the curve!

Although having to wait 7 weeks for delivery due to availability, 75" model, it was well worth the wait. I have done plenty of research and this tv came out on top in every aspect. The picture quality is exceptional with very deep blacks, very bright whites and highlights and the colours are sensational and really pop out of the screen. This tv takes watching movies to a whole new level and is truly what a tv should be. Oled quality with the brilliant brightness of a top end quality led. Ok so it is not cheap but for an award winning and exceptionally high performing tv it is well worth the price. Just waiting for Samsung's game hub to be released in Australia and the package will be complete.

Bought the 65" three years ago, and since then, once a year the screen blacks out. You can still hear sounds in the background and at an angel, make out a very slight tint of what's going on in the screen but 98% of the screen is black. Their techs have come out twice to repair and have had to replace the screen. Calling the 1-800 line for repair/scheduling has been the most painful process. Samsung products have been a huge disappointment. Going to new all new appliances soon and will be AVOIDING Samsung at all cost and will continue to warn friends and family about this horrible brand.

Needed Smart things app on a mobile phone to make setting up simpler. Also bought a sound bar and speakers,but found sound out of synch with picture. Tried various settings, connected with hdmi cable (not supplied) instead of Bluetooth and then did a software update on the TV, which has helped. Awesome quality picture - fails a little with dvds where the AI tries to bring it up to the same picture quality, leaving some bits looking fake. Sometimes you need a bit of motion blur for reality. Great for nature videos etc. Sound was good quality but a bit weak in the bass so we got the soundbar. Annoying that the sound bar blocks the TV sensor for the remote rather than fitting underneath on the stand.

The TV arrived in a box that allowed it to stand up while being unpacked and placed directly under position on wall allowing safe transfer from bace of box to the wall bracket. It was easy to plug in the required cables as plug-ins was clearly marked for their use. The TV picture is the same as looking out the window: depth of colour, focus and sound all have been acquired directly from nature. The refresh rate allows flawless movement on digital media while receiving the external radio signal for live TV displayed a clear stable picture and sound. You wonder is it worth the expense; you will be grateful if you are able to stretch the budget to include this TV, I have not regretted it living on pension.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung for general viewing, shows, movies, sports, casting from our phones, FT calls, etc. Coming from a 12 year old plasma with no technology to this was a huge win for us. We stream everything and are very happy with the quality of the picture. The TV is bright, too bright for some, but easily adjusted. Many of the features are adjustable and the premade and smart features are there to fill most any need. The only hiccup I had was one of the smart features was conflicting with YouTube TV startup. I found the problem and turned off the low-use feature for the fix. I am very pleased with the purchase with only one ask. The next iteration of this TV should have a better speaker setup.

I've had this TV just coming up to 12 months. It is, in general, a good tv with a clear, well coloured picture. However the viewing angle dramatically effects the picture. Too far to the side and the screen becomes washed out and too bright. A further problem is observed when watching a fast moving sport. Players running across the screen leave an image in their wake as though the TV doesn't refresh the picture quickly enough. Overall it is satisfactory but in future I'll try a viewing of a potential new TV from an angle and with a fast moving action picture rather than buy online.

I last purchased a new tv in 2015. And prior to that 2007. The step up in technology and refinement is second to none on this Samsung neo qled. The 4k and sHD pictures are unbelievably crisp and bright. I have to say the sound is greatly improved over anything I've had before and is very full and satisfying. Add my Samsung soundbar to the mix and it's immensely room filling. Design wise it's a lovely slim screen but this definitely doesn't take away from performance or brightness at all. What makes it really useful in this day and age for me is that all the streaming services are available, so no separate boxes or any fancy cables required. I have two young daughters so ps5 or Xbox is a distant memory.

Our family using the TV for watching TV , gaming , home workouts and working on it as external monitor to laptop. This TV excels in every way you use it compared to previous TVs I’ve owned. Some of my favorite features are the adaptive picture to lighting, adaptive sound, and casting from laptop to TV, and showing two things on the screen. Adding these features are so worth it. I didn’t know what I was missing till the Q90B came in our life. Also the solar remote is a nice touch.

Set up out the box is good enough for most, but if like to fiddle to make it perfect, this TV has you covered... I have a Mid/Top range PC connected to it, and all my games look fantastic in 4K @ 120 Hrz, so the latest console's must be awesome... Everyday TV and sport on it is fine, films in HDR are also good, but I had an Oled TV before and that was better, but then you'll not have to worry about the possibility of burn-in, like I did so that's why I went this route.... Anyways it's a great TV for the price, and if your in the market for a LED I would highly recommend it.

had the 75" QN90B Neo QLED 4K Smart TV (2022)(QA75QN90BAWXXY) for 3 weeks now and really enjoying the picture quality & sound. I have the TV hung on a wall (had 3 people to do this to make sure no accidental drops). I am a bit disappointed with the location of the inputs - hard to get to, a 1/3 of the way across the back of the TV. seems the TV is designed to be on a stand - not hung on a wall, strange to me the designers couldn't have made the inputs more accessible (or at least some of the inputs on the bottom of the TV or on the side). set-up was a breeze...TV does it itself once connected to wi-fi including running software update/s. solar powered remote does have a usb-c port for backup charging, but unless I threw out the cord by accident in the packaging - I don't think it comes with the cord needed to charge. All-in-all I would recommend this TV, particularly if you intend to have it on the stand & not hung on a wall.

I watch a lot of streaming video in the evenings. I Watch college football on Saturday and Pro football on Sunday, Monday night and Thursday. When I watch movies that I watched on my pre-4K TV I am awe struck by the quality and clearness of the picture. The NEO QLED is so much better than my OLED was. I have to laugh about how much more you can see when they do closeups on some actors that have scars from younger days. I can relate to some since am in the same boat so to speak. The gray shading is much easier to see than on the OLED. The white is so bright and the colors really POP.

Everything else about the TV is quite excellent. Unfortunately the picture quality is the most important quality in a TV?

i have this tv with a hw-q600 soundbar, and tv has a major flaw in processing audio through the hdmi inputs. the audio significantly lags the video such that it drives you crazy trying to watch anyone speak on the television. there are no settings available that allow you to speed up the audio to match the video. this problem exists whether it is a cable box or samsung blu-ray attached through hdmi. the problem does not exist when streaming programming to the tv. i have the latest firmware and switched cables, but nothing has helped cure this significant audio flaw.

Purchased this a month ago with a bit of hesitancy due to some issues I read about on YouTube however being a bright room it was going in to we really needed the QLED. Well haven't I been pleasantly surprised. It has absolutely exceeded my expectations far beyond what I expected. The quality of the TV is amazing and the picture is next level. Just need to upgrade to the Q- Symphony Soundbar now to make the most of the audio capabilities. It still sounds great with my other sound bar but the Q- Symphony is next level. Black blacks, 120hz gaming at 4k, razor crisp sport and really good upscaling (in most cases). Really impressed so far and it is a future proof TV I can imagine that will last us the next decade.

This was my first "smart" TV and I am still learning how to use its potential. I have had no particular problems so far and hope to continue to progress. I am very pleased with the quality of the video, which is bright and sharp. Colour is excellent, especially when compared with my previous rather elderly TV. I purchased a Samsung soundbar with the TV and have used that exclusively, so I cannot comment on sound quality. There is one thing deserving of criticism. The documentation says that the TV can receive Teletext, and there is a button on the remote to activate it. But it cannot! This should be made clear to intending purchasers and in the documentation and Help. Unless, of course, it is going to be reinstated.

The picture is great, and I love the colors. The problem, however, is that this tv has TERRIBLE audio delay. No matter WHAT I do, the video is 2-3 seconds behind the audio, and even the built in autio delay slider can't fix it. It's literally unwatchable. I went out and bought a brand new reciever, and it STILL happens with everything plugged into the reciever. It happens with my spare sound bar, hell, it even happens with my 20+ year old optical in only reciever. I'd suggest ANYTHING but this TV or this series of TVs if the sound issues happen with the entire series.

Had I for a month. The picture quality is amazing. Only having an issue where the fetch tv box constantly loses hdmi connection whenever you switch the tv off. Samsung support can’t manage to even book a service call. Sound bar also drops off blue tooth. The two issue are a major disappointment me to.

Bought this TV a couple months ago. Sad to say that a lot of the enjoyment of watching content on the TV is marred by an excessive amount of blooming on HDR content (especially when brightness is at max; as it should be with HDR content). This is with local dimming set to either Standard or High. The background around bright objects doesn't even need to be that dark for the blooming to be noticeable. Anytime say a light bulb or flame is on screen with even a slightly dark background the blooming just seems so egregious. Completely draws your attention away from what you are watching. I'm not sure if my panel is defective or not but I would recommend an alternative to this TV if my experience is typical across the line.

There’re some issues when you turn on the smart mode; it adds frames to make it look 60fps and the image looks inconsistent and flawed. The sounds is good, but I expected better. Using my homepods instead. Samsung tv is a nice add on, so you can watch free cable. My eyes felt weird adjusting to the new TV, not sure why though. Overall it’s a great upgrade for me. I wouldn’t pay full retail price for it though. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

I am pleased with the quality of the picture and sound, in addition, to the different functions the TV is capable to do. As a Smart TV, I can use it like a cell phone or tablet and download an app instantly and stream with no interruptions in viewing. In addition, it comes preloaded with popular apps including apps that provide free streaming of shows and movies. The remote control is user friendly and has buttons for apps (such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc) you can click on without having to bring up your list of apps on the TV. The remote has voice command and I have not used that feature yet. Overall, I have been pleased with Samsung products and this TV has met those expectations.

Tv finally arrived, it’s taken many hrs to set up, after a bit of mucking around finally got the dvd to play through the tv and surrounds sound system, but the tv refused to recognise the digital decoder box, after multiple people tried for hours we gave up, contacted Harvey Norman and couldn’t get it to work, put me onto a tv repair company they tried various thing over the phone, got onto Samsung help, they took control but couldn’t get it to work, found it would work if I turned both off and waited, then back on and it would work, said until I could prove the decoder wasn’t at fault, they couldn’t do any more, so I got another box, it worked fine, then put my old one back on and it’s been faultless since, what a pain .

Samsung tv with free channels is useful. I like the slim design. The sound could be better. Dolby Atmos is definitely a plus, but I feel like I still need a sound-bar. Had no luck connecting it through the samsung smartthings app, so had to use the remote. Overall superior quality TV. I definitely recommend it. Very happy with the picture quality and the features of this TV. The sound quality from the built in speakers is quite good. I like to think I'm pretty quick to lean new tech things, but I must say the learning experience with this unit was quite demanding. Absent old-fashioned manuals or a quick start guide, it's not at all clear how to tune the TV for terrestrial channels, or to use the remote control, which takes minimal buttons and limited labelling to extremes. Persistent experimentation is rewarded, however, and the unit once mastered is excellent.

I bought this TV in February. The TV that was initially delivered to me had a problem smug on the screen so I had to get a replacement. The replacement took about one month. The replacement TV had dead cells all over the screen which is very disappointing because I really wanted to get this TV. I have been using Samsung since the S4 mobile phone, it is sad to see how they struggle to do a simple screen test before sending it the customer. Looks like it is very difficult to purchase a product without a defect from the online store. Now I asked for a refund.

Replaced an older Samsung 75 inch. Setup was excellent in that operation of hometheater is greatly simplified. This agent did a much better job than the previous tech agent years ago. One drawback is photos from my computer were unable to be mirrored to the TV. A computer geek came later, but system is still not working. I'm counting on that glitch to get fixed in the next visit. It's a shame that Samsung doesn't make it easier to display a sideshow of photos from computers or phones. Overall the TV setup tech appears to have done best job possible.

I upgraded my very serviceable 32" Sharp 'gaming TV'. There was not room in my configuration for anything bigger than 43". I like this TV a lot except for one feature: the remote control. Great picture and sound, but managing the TV with the remote supplied is a constant challenge. There are too few buttons (meaning multi-use) that are too sensitive to touch. I can hardly pick up the remote without accidentally changing some setting. Then I have to figure out what I did in order to reverse it. Nonetheless, I'm happy I did the upgrade. I still have the original setup: ATT U-verse that handles both internet and cable package. Old TV could not handle internet without some additional hardware. Still figuring out a final configuration.

Awesome color, sharpness, performance. Vert vivid. Although reports say the brightness is off, too bright... don't believe it. Brightness is perfect. It's like actually being there when the sun shines through a window. Watch Top Gun Mav, Mission Impossible Dead Rec., Maze Runner Death Cure, any 4k Movie and get blown away. Make sure your 4k player is up to date for best performance. I use Standard setting, no changes to color or sharpness, turn off auto clarity, motion... set to 10 manually. Oh, BTW, the picture can be seen at nearly 90 degrees! Wild!

Not only is the picture quality absolutely amazing, the TV is so much faster! The sound quality is awesome as well, I have a sound bar that is Bluetooth connected and hardly use it. The internal speaker sounds really good for both movies and music. And a perk I wasn’t expecting, FREE Samsung TV! Yes, it’s FREE! The remote also can be solar charged, and is much smaller/thinner than old models, which I really like. Overall an excellent TV! Highly recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the 43" QN90B because this is a maximum size that can fit my entertainment center. The picture is very good in the Movie mode and the brightness can overcome the sunlight in the living room. Paired it with the Sonos soundbar and the Atmos sound is good with a little delay depending on the media. But the Samsung new menu interface is so slow, especially after TV powers on. Sometimes it take few minutes until I can navigate the menu without any delay. It also takes multiple clicks to change the inputs. The solar-powered remote feels cheap for the high-end model and often doesn't connect to the TV. Requires TV restart to make the Bluetooth part of the remote to work again. So, the TV is OK but I expected a better user experience.

We primarily use the TV for streaming movies and television content, and we are completely blown away by the brightness and sharpness of the picture. We have not done any gaming in some time, but are tempted to upgrade our entire gaming system due to the higher refresh rate! Setup of the TV was super easy and loved how the the various components (cable box, sound bar, PS, etc) and apps linked up to the TV. We have always purchased Samsung TV’s in the flat-screen era and will continue to do so in the future!!

I did a lot of research as to which TV to buy. And after lots of reading and comparing, found that the Neo QLED was the best of both world all the benefits of the QLED picture quality, with the near OLED black but a lot brighter. And whe I say brighter, I mean brighter. Often you see a TV in the store please 4k content, and then find yourself a little underwhelmed when you get it home, and play normal TV on it. And that is not the case with the NEO QlED, everything you watch look stunning and UHD content is a real feast for the eyes. The quality and birthess of the picture gives it an almost 3D quality. An amazing TV so pleased with it, especially when seamlessly paired up with a Samsung Q soundbar. And set off with some Govee Lights.

I can't say enough good things about the picture & sound quality - I couldn't be happier. However, the software needs some tweaking - one of my biggest complaints, and other people's as well, is that when the TV is turned on, it defaults to the last channel or input (referred to as 'Recent' in the menu) that was used instead of just starting at the home hub, and there is no option to change this behavior or turn off the 'Recent' channel/input option. I want the TV to start at the Home Hub and allow me to select what channel/app/input to go to.

Bought the TV in June and took 3 months to arrive which dissipated some of my excitement. Set the TV, flick on a short Youtube video and was instantly mesmerised by the sheer clarity and quality. Then explored the TV's settings, features and applications and was amazed at the convenience and effort Samsung put into this product. Specifically, it was much easier to access all the settings, features and apps with Samsung's remote and TV user interface compared to my old Apple TV! Not something I was aware of when purchasing the product as I did not have access to Samsung's remove in store when deciding on the purchase. Overall, much more enjoyable experience viewing and navigating content. Fair to say all my excitement came plus some more.

Tried out LG's top of the line 77 inch model earlier but it was too dark for us - replaced with QN90B 2022 model and have no regrets - this TV is outstanding in daylight or dark room - combined it with Samsung soundbar, rear wired speakers (but wireless to the front of room/soundbar..) and subwoofer - we use it for streaming as well as gaming - it was so good that we just bought another QN90B 75 inch for my bedroom and it rocks! Highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to elevate their home entertainment to next level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Just amazing and brilliant colors, 120Hz refresh rate, slim and very cool design, HDR is gorgeous, tons of setting including smart calibration, built-in Alexa and Smart Thing connected this TV to my smart home system. Bought it for using as a monitor for my gaming PC and not disappointed at all - 144 Hz in Gaming mode, 4k and HDR10+, it's pleasure for work and gaming. Cons: a lot of pre-installed apps, so you can't really organize the interface on your own. Four pre-installed buttons for online services on the remote which you can't change.

TV made me believe that the "great never ends but evolves". We are truly amazed by the experience. TV has incredible features, and seamless integration with various apps makes life easier. The performance was stunning, and I had a lot of fun playing the game. We do not need to add separate speakers as the TV has inbuilt Wireless True Dolby Atmos offering a cinematic sound experience. Most importantly, anti-glare technology is unbelievable. Despite the sunlight from the window (opposite the TV), we can enjoy the TV in various lighting conditions.

The TV is a good performer with one comment (not likely to win me a prize but necessary if Samsung is to improve its TV offerings across the board). The keyboard is out of date - if one has e.g. a password with CAPITAL letters then having to hit the upward arrow for each letter is a pain. There has to be a better keyboard system - either that or eliminate the capital altogether for data input.

I bought this in 2022 during promotions. Within a couple months the remote broke down. Now it doesn't take voice inputs anymore. The TV is incredibly slow for when it's switched on. The software overall is feels very clunky and reacts slowly to remote prompts. Regarding picture quality, one of the biggest things I noticed was it somehow automatically dims certain movie scenes. I think it's trying to reduce the brightness on its own when there's too much white on screen. This happens regardless of whether intelligent mode is turned off or not. I use a soundbar, so no comments on sound. I've tried it without soundbar and I think the voice is okay. Overall for the price, it's 3 out of 5. I don't think it's worth it when you're buying something that breaks down in just a couple of months.

Have just bought the QA55QN90B. Decided to upgrade from 7 year old 'Smart' TV. WOW!! What a difference in picture quality. Many new Apps and features that I may not use immediately, but are nonetheless reasonably simple to negotiate. The compact remote is amazing and does so many tasks without the myriad buttons that proliferate on most remotes. Love the 'green' no batteries feature. Well done Samsung. Bought the HW-S60B/XY sound-bar as well to enhance the sound. Great combination for our medium-sized apartment. Highly recommend all round.

Getting rid of the cable equipment and relying on the monitor as the streaming sources client and manager. Samsung designed the user interface well. Easy to use. Quick set-up. Smart assist in steam service download that needed to be loaded for live TV programs. All other popular streaming services were already available in the Hub. Accounts just needed to be accessed with credentials. Have gigabit bandwidth and works flawlessly for past 30-days of ownership and use. All wi-if access. No hardwire connections. Samsung wireless works flawlessly - so far. Hope it continues over time with no memory or buffer issues. It’s still new. Beautiful screen image. Very pleased!

I bought this TV about 4 weeks ago and to say I'm happy is an understatement. This would have to be one of the best TV's that I've ever owned or viewed. The picture is unbelievable and whilst watching some recent live sports events, I felt I could reach into the screen to touch the water or grass. As for the sound, combined with my Samsung Sound bar, it is sensational. Would not hesitate to recommend this TV at all. My family and friends were blown away when they saw and heard it. Do yourself a favour and get out and buy this TV.

I love the fact that I can immediately connect to Netflix, Youtube Prome, using my new remote. Speaking of remote, it's amazing in that it charges when in the light. No need for new batteries. I have nothing but good to say about the TV, ease of changing the settings and so on. Slight trouble with picking channels using the remote but I confess to not having read the instructions yet

Large screen but thin enough and light weight enough that it could easily go down stairs for home theater in the basement. Colors and clarity are wonderful. Easy to unpack to put together. Although a large TV two people can easily tackle setup and placement. Easy setup with Samsung accessories like soundbar and sub which my family member did and they too now feel like they are at the theater.

Movies have never been so immersing, and the Fall sports are incredibly real like you are at the game or race! I had a 60" 4K TV which took a backseat to the primary bedroom. Beyond the obvious size difference, the picture quality is no comparison! We have a wide living room, and every angle is pure like sitting right in front. My only wish is that this model learned my receiver to control it. I briefly had a 75" Neo QLED (2021). It recognized the equipment and owned control of it quickly. This doesn't diminish this fine product in any way. Looking forward to many years of joy from this fine Samsung device! I see every reason to recommend this to my friends and customers.

I was placing the TV in a bright room, so I was worried OLEDs would not cut it. I read the reviews on this TV and its peak brightness and I can say they were not wrong. The brightness, color saturation and deep blacks all outperformed my expectations. Many days I find myself watching this TV over my other OLEDs because of its brightness and color pops. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure if it is the operator or the equipment but i have several issues going on that i'm not happy about. I decided to go with spectrum as a tv provider and every time i turn on the tv i have to do a search for spectrum to pull it up which takes about three minutes of my time. (it doesn't give me a option to make it a favorite?) 2nd thing is my sound bar and subwoofer worked when i originally installed it about a month ago and now it doesn't? I have checked and it is still installed on the tv but no sound comes out anymore?

So going from a 50" to 75" was a huge huge difference. It's like having a huge projector screen on the wall. The resolution is amazing. The best buy rep gave me some great info about all the different models. Now I can't wait to watch college football on this big screen! I got the Samsung TV because all my devices are Samsung. Much easier to connect too. Now I just need to get a nice entertainment center for this tv.

I did tons of research before purchasing and I do not regret going with this model. There’s tons of features and benefits it offers that I didn’t even know were available. We have all smart appliances and as we were watching tv upstairs a notification appeared on the screen saying your oven is now done preheating. My wife and I were shocked lol we thought it was cool. There’s tons of other smart features too. Well worth it.

This is my second time purchasing this TV. The first time it took 3 months to get my original one, and it was broken then Customer Support and the way they contract out the deliveries is what made it a bad experience. They sent me a replacement for the original but it was clearly labeled "non-functional". Eventually I was offered a refund, and I am still a customer but this is why I will wait on giving it a 5 star. I want to make sure this TV functions for awhile. Other than that debacle, I enjoy Samsung and their products.

I upgraded from a 55 inch to a 85 inch and what a difference! The colours come through, the details make the picture come to life. It does take some time to get used to, the functions are numerous to mention, I do like that the majority of the pay tv selections are now a menu item, no longer do I need to pick a seperate remote! The remote while having less buttons than the previous tv, far exceeds the capability than anything I have used previously. I do like that I can talk to the remote to elect what I want to watch.

Upgraded my old 55 inch to the QN90B 75 inch and haven’t regretted the decision. TV does looks great with HD / UHD content and does a good job displaying SD content too. As standard the audio is clear and crisp and would only be enhanced by adding a soundbar. Has an abundance of features which only add value. Awesome TV and looks sleek!

When I first fired this beauty up I was blow away at the shear quality of the amazing picture of this tv. From ease of set up to use, this tv is far beyond my expectations and I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. I did alot of research before buying and I feel that is hands down the finest 75" tv that can be had. The price I paid is more than reasonable for what you get. In addition I absolutely love the solar rechargeable remote and quick buttons for your favorite apps. I highly recommend this Samsung tv.

I have never seen such black blacks or bright colors. viewing some of the youtube 4k hdr demo videos shows what this thing can really do! there is one video of a sunrise that is just breathtaking. the sun comes up and is so bright, I actually find myself squinting as if it was a real sunrise. and viewing a brightly lit object against a black background almost appears three dimensional. hdr content is so realistic I feel I am "in" the movie.

received the tv and the left side has what appears to be a drill hole. this was under the plastic wrap, which suggests it was done during manufacturing and still allowed to be shipped to the consumer (me). also, the full screen samsung experience looks more like a firetv setup. no way to minimize or reduce its full screen appearance. you also cannot remove preset apps, even if you do not plan to use them. after spending months researching what i wanted in my next tv, very disappointed in the product i received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like everything Samsung suffers from translation issues, just like the request for this review where you cannot pick your correct TV model. However, my 50 inch QLED has a great picture, works quickly (most of the time) and has been a big improvement over not having a smart TV. It does have some software issues (bugs) which are frustrating. The ARC control system is not reliable when pared with my Yamaha receiver in that it only starts the receiver about 50% of the time. Every now and then, it also stops responding or just spins for a long time (it is not the internet since all other connected devices are functional). I have even had to unplug it to perform the old "hard reboot" routine to get it to function again. It makes me nervous about the longevity of this TV.

I've had this TV for two months now and it has been a joy. The remote is fantastic once adapting to the need to NOT have a tonne of unnecessary buttons! The screen is great and I have enjoyed rewatching GoT and being able to see the dark scenes a little clearer! The sound is great, to the point that I have held off on purchasing a sound bar. Switching between apps is easy and streamlined. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, though I wouldn't pay full price for it (thankfully it's on sale quite frequently).

The quality is amazing great picture bright vibrant colors. It has different modes for the picture the sound is also great but I just love the quality and picture look so clear and realistic. I have always love Samsung products they last, I choose Samsung because my mom is had her tc for 20 years and no problems and it’s still a great picture but she is going to upgrade soon as well.

Picture quality is very good. I upgraded to the 65" Q90B from a 65" Q8F and the 90B is better except in one area which is why I scored the set 4/5. 1 star off because there is minor motion blur which the 4 year older Q8F did not have. As the TV was bought for gaming the motion blur is disappointing - especially as mentioned that the older set was motion blur free. That being said the QN90B provides good customization. I'm running my PC on the TV in Blu ray player mode which provides the best quality colour, blacks and overall picture compared to using the TV in PC mode. It's good that the customer is able to set different modes and see what they like best. Would like to say a special "Thank You" to Chachi from Samsung for his help during the buying process. He was very helpful and went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Good to see that Samsung continue to improve there QLED lineup. Hope the constructive criticism regarding motion blur is taken positively and newer models have no issues with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing TV. Light weight yet sturdy. The picture quality is amazing. Colors are vibrant. This makes all other TVs at home inferior. WiFi set up was easy. It has not disconnected from WiFi. No lags, no slow speed. All the essential apps are available and serve the purpose. Sounds is not that great. I had to buy a sound bar. Remote is awesome. It has rechargable batteries, which can be recharge with type c cable or even has a solar panel to charge with sunlight. I am happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming, DVD's and even an old VHS (I had a cable box on it but discontinued that service). It has plenty of accessory ports to cover my needs plus some left over. Being a smart TV, it was easy to integrate and put into service. I followed the written and onscreen instructions for installation and setup without any issues. I even adapted a universal remote app from my Samsung Galaxy as a backup remote. I really like the QLED technology and limited 4K resolution. I reviewed pretty extensively before purchasing and am not disappointed. There is a "brown spot" in the lower left of the screen. It becomes most apparent with lighter and white colors. When I reviewed QLED, this was listed as one of the potential drawbacks. So, I knew it could happen going in am ok with it.

Bought this TV a couple of weeks ago. Great viewing screen which is easy on the eyes and doesn’t seem to reflect lights when watching at night. Not being used to Samsung it takes a bit of getting used to navigating the screen to different sections. The eco friendly one-remote is great with its solar powering. Only downside was no printed manual for when first trying to use such as how to get capital letters when doing passwords and just simple instructions on how to navigate. Overall a great tv

I have akwats been a Samsung fan, but the Neo Quad series is another level. The price point is high for this model, but if you want movie style quality in your home, this is the television to splurge on. Now for DIY's, the larger televisions and base are heavy. Have installers put it together and mount in wall, or have someone else with you to assemble and place on a stand. Wouldn't recommend one person for 85-90" model set up.

good picture in HD only, otherwise very poor. Advertised features non existant -upscaling, self adjusting to changing intensity of picture or sound level. Very poor picture if watching on angle from the side. Pushing to use paid channels annoying.

It's part of Samsung's 2022 lineup of Neo QLED TVs, which combine quantum dot color technology with a Mini LED backlight, allowing for higher brightness levels and finer control of the local dimming zones. It sits between the Samsung QN85B QLED, which offers similar performance with an ADS panel, and the Samsung QN95B QLED, which features Samsung's external One Connect box. Like other Samsung TVs, it uses Samsung's proprietary Tizen OS smart interface, which offers a large selection of apps and games. Samsung's main focus this year is on extra features, including support for Google Duo, which supports video calls with up to 32 people directly on your TV by connecting a supported webcam to the TV.

Not only was the picture unbelievably gorgeous, but the sound..........wow.......I did not even hook up the speaker system yet, and the sound was so awesome. Sounded like it was already hooked up to a speaker system. Trust me, I have a new love with Samsung now, and their TV's..........! I recommend Samsung, and I will always recommend their TV's. You will not be sorry.

For an 85 inch I am very impressed with the picture quality and the brightness of the TV. It has excellent motion when custom clarity settings are maxed out. If you like to watch sports, this is the TV for you! Only one hiccup I have had is that I am getting a slight judder every few seconds when playing movies from my PC. I'm sure the issue will be fixed with a update, but it's still one of a TV's you can buy today especially for the price! Way to go Samsung, you knocked this one out of the park.

I’ve been using the Samsung 65-inch QLED 4K TV for a while now, and I’m extremely impressed. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and detailed. The colors really pop, and the brightness makes a big difference in both dark and bright rooms. The smart features are easy to navigate, and streaming apps load quickly. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a thin TV, though pairing it with a soundbar takes it to the next level. Overall, this TV offers fantastic quality for the price. Highly recommend!

I purchased my QN90B almost two months ago and I couldn't be happier! It is perfect. The sound quality is first rate, even without a sound bar or additional speakers (which I have that brings it up to theater level quakes.) The picture quality is remarkable from any angle. I find myself binge streaming a lot more these days! Set up was easy (although I had pros come in and mount it, it was rather awkward and large) and it works well with my Amazon firestick. I'm glad I made this investment!

This is quite simply the best TV we've owned. The image is absolutely spectacular. The images are almost life like in that the colors and hues are rich and natural in appearance. We purchased it bundled with the Samsung soundbar that generates theatre quality sound. You can feel the image through theatre quality sound - Samsung's technology is simply the best. I will never purchase another product when it comes to home entertainment. Samsung has it dialed in when it comes to this technology.

It has performed well under all conditions, The remote is easy to understand and simple to use under each of the different programming sources. We will certainly entertain purchasing another when this one is no longer working. The only problems we ever had with it was due to operator (me) error. The service techs on call have always been helpful is solving the issues. Thank folks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is used daily for watching TV, movies and playing video games. It replaced an older model Samsung 75" that was about 10 years old. That TV was not 4k, yet seems like the picture was as good, if not better at times. Even watching 4k programming on this newer TV doesn't seem like the upgrade it should be. Settings have been adjusted to match our liking, and to match the opinion of professional reviewers, but still leaves something to be desired. TV has great features and easy connectivity to streaming content. Relatively lightweight given it's size, mounting on full motion mount is easy and makes reaching inputs simple. Sound isn't great, at least in a larger room, so a sound bar is definitely important. Solar charging remote is a nice touch, should save on some battery changes over the years.

The worst operating system this has, it always have some issues to open any app. It would need to restart the TV by holding the power button. That’s annoying when every time you have to see the message about network issue could not connect to internet etc. I have talked to customer support about they said they could replace it but it wall mounted and I paid a good amount to put it on wall and now up mount and mount the replaced model again would be a headache, so I am not sure what to do.

As usual, Samsung does not disappoint. I was hesitant on buying this model as I kept seeing poor reviews about a rainbow refraction glare across the screen due to the anti reflective/glare screen. I have had this TV for two months now so I feel I can give a fair review at this point. My living room gets rather bright and when the sun hits the front of the house it pours in the windows at a direct angle to the tv. This screen reduces the glare amazingly! I can at times see the rainbow glare, but it so very minor that you really have to look for it to notice it. Doesn’t bother me one bit and I hardly notice it. The anti glare far outweighs this very minor side effect. The color is crisp and clear, the blacks are dark, the picture is sharp, and even the sound is pretty good! Highly recommend!

Great TV. I have 3 issues. It’s difficult to mount, especially with the one connect box. The screen is supposed to be anti reflective but the thing is like a mirror. During the day I can barely see the screen when my blinds are open and at night you have to shut off all the lights in the room. Any light creates a rainbow effect across the screen. Unless you live in a dungeon, I don’t recommend this TV. Also, the TV is laggy and slow to respond to the remote. I’ll be returning this TV.

Have had the TV for a week and it’s awesome. The best solution for my needs. OLED wasn’t bright enough for our well lit lounge room. This is an awesome compromise. 95% as good as OLED.
