It has been very useful and convenient for me and my partner. Since we have a small apartment, we needed a compact but multifunctional washer dryer combo already. Since we are both working all the time, it is very easy for us to use the wash + dry function when we leave for work and will come home to clean and fresh laundry. It has multiple functions as well, so with small batches of laundry we can just use the wash function and hang the clothes to dry. I just cant set up the smart function on my phone since the laundry area is very far to our router and cant connect to our wifi for the smart functions. But so far a very recommended product!

At the time I bought this washer/dryer I was bit hesitant as it has little to no reviews. Being combo washer and dryer, I was afraid it would do a bad job at both. I pulled the trigger after researching other Samsung washers/dryers and they had positive feedback. Thankfully I pleasantly surprised, it delivered what it promised. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the long cycle times especially when it comes to the dryer. I can see an option for the washer to configure a lighter load but not the dryer. It is perfect for a couple using the dryer function on occasion. Having two in one machine has saved much space in a tiny apartment laundry.

I received my order yesterday...I was promised with free installation but was not provided. I confirmed day before delivery with them via online chatting and it was confirmed that my order do have free installation included but delivery people refused. When I talked to samsung they said it was not mentioned on invoice . It was their system error but I suffered. Later they said because I had trade in so it removed free installation...they were just escaping their responsibility..My advice what you order make sure it's on final invoice...DON'T BELIEVE IN THEIR WORDS....I have all snapshots as proof...that 1 star is for customer service experience...I haven't used the machine yet so can't say ...

I’ve been very impressed with the Samsung all-in-one washer dryer. Having both washing and drying in one machine makes laundry much simpler and saves a lot of space. The washing performance is strong, with clothes coming out clean, and the controls are easy to use. The drying function is also very convenient for running a full cycle without needing to move clothes between machines. Managed to get this on a fairly discounted price and wow, it is AMAZING. I've only had it for a few months so far but i LOVE it. The convenience of running the whole cycle, wash and dry in one machine and once it's ready the door is opened for you is so amazing, I've also set up a notification that plays across my samsung speakers to let me know when the cycle has finished. It's also recently had a firmware update which has vastly improved the software of the display which is now very fast and looks fantastic. Could not recommend this machine enough.....if you can get it for a good price.

Similar to other reviews, I bought the Samsung Washer Dryer AI Wash 9kg + 6kg (WD90HG6U94BESA) at a time when there were minimal reviews so I was initially a bit hesitant. After researching and comparing different brands and models, I finally decided on this one - and I am SO glad I did. The machine is easy to operate, runs smoothly, compact and relatively quiet. Love the variety of features and cycles. I would recommend choosing the correct cycle for the specific laundry load for the best results. Laundry comes out dry, clean and fresh smelling. My family has nothing but good things to say about it (which is always a good sign)! I’m genuinely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The vibration is not a problem on my polished concrete floor and the dryer was surprised me that can really dry as I love. This is my first time for washer dryer combo and this model is amazing great.

The Samsung AI Washer & Dryer is a game changer. I no longer need to use clothes hangers for drying, which saves a lot of time and effort. Even during the drying cycle, it’s surprisingly quiet and barely makes any noise. The convenience, performance, and low noise level have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The only downside was the delivery service. The delivery team even joked about why I had bought such a heavy machine, then simply dropped it off without unboxing it or assisting with setup. Considering the unit weighs over 160kg, expecting customers to unbox and move it themselves is unreasonable, even for most adults. This part of the experience fell well short of the quality of the product itself.

We replaced our old separate washer and dryer with this and it has been fantastic. The Super Speed cycle cleans really well and the drying actually works, clothes come out dry and fresh. Fits our king quilt easily and the AI Wash is so convenient for daily loads.

Auto dispensing detergent, can set up two types. Spin is quiet, drier is very quiet. Several different cycles but have used many of them yet. Product also reminds you to run a clean cycle.

It has been two weeks since we bought this for our housrhold, experience has been positive so far. The machine is super silent and very easy to operate. Best feature is connectivity to Smart things app on my phone, with that I can control monitor every cycle. I can customise cycle on the go and send it to machine remotely - how good is that !

I bought this 3 weeks ago, and have mostly run wash cycles, the machine is quiet and wash cycles are good. Have run a couple of dry cycles and am impressed with how dry and warm the clothes come out. Bought this washer dryer to replace our old machine and it's been brilliant. The hygiene steam cycle gets towels properly fresh and school uniforms come out clean with stains gone. Drying a full load of bedding works well, no more clothesline juggling in winter. Runs fairly quiet, spin is louder but expected. Great value.

Replaced our old washer and dryer with this, brilliant upgrade. AI Wash senses the load perfectly and Super Speed is great for school uniforms. Bought this washer dryer to replace my old top loader. The AI Wash function adjusts for different fabrics and everything comes out clean. The dryer actually works well - clothes are properly dry after each cycle. Fits king size quilts easily. A bit loud during spin but the wash cycle is quiet enough. Great value overall.

We upgraded to this Bespoke combo last month and it has been fantastic for our family of five. Washes large loads easily, even king quilts, and the AI Wash gets everything properly clean. Bought this Super Speed washer dryer after our old machine gave up. The 9kg capacity handles our family laundry easily and drying actually works well so no more clothesline for us. I have used Samsung Washer/Dryers for years and have always found them to be a top performer. They are always very reliable and my new Washer/Dryer combo has proven to be an excellent choice. The AI was cycles make washing easier and along with the auto dispensing of the detergent it really is set and forget.

Bought this machine a month ago. Performance is okayish.. I wish the dryer was a bit more efficient. Clothes remain a bit damp even after running a full drying cycle which is disappointing. The smart things app is below average, being Samsung I was expecting the app to have more features and better interface.

We replaced our old washer with this Super Speed model and it has made laundry day so much easier. The quick cycle cleans well and the dryer finishes the job, so we rarely use the clothesline anymore. Old washer finally gave up so we picked the Super Speed model for our family. The 15 minute wash gets school uniforms properly clean, which I did not expect. Drying works well too, most loads come out dry enough to fold straight away. Fits big loads fine and is fairly quiet. Happy with it overall.

This laundry combo has been fantastic. The 19.5kg wash easily fits our king quilt and the 10kg dryer dries it completely. Love the AI Wash it senses the load and adjusts. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The quick wash is great for busy mornings. Energy bill seems lower than our old machine too.

Upgraded from a standalone washing machine and this combo is so much better. The hygiene steam really gets dirt out of clothes and the dryer actually dries properly. The digital inverter motor is quieter than my old machine on wash. Only downside is a bit tight with a king doona but I love it.

Bought this to replace our old washer that finally gave up. The super speed cycle is brilliant, does a full load in about an hour and clothes come out properly dry. Fits our king quilt easily and the AI wash sorts out the right settings. Quiet enough too. Really happy with it so far.

Had this washer dryer three months and the AI Wash feature works well. It senses load size and adjusts automatically. The dryer dries properly so no need hang clothes out. 9kg capacity handles family washing easy and quick wash is handy when in a rush. Gets bit noisy on spin though.

Replaced our old washer and dryer with this and its been great for our family of four. The super speed cycle finishes a full load in under an hour, so good for busy mornings. Handles our king quilt easily and the drying actually works, no more clothesline. Stains come out first go.

Upgraded from a 7kg top loader that was on its last legs. The AI Wash adjusts the cycle, whites come out cleaner and I have not needed the clothesline since we got it. Fits a king quilt easily and the quick wash is perfect for school uniforms. Noisy on spin but overall very happy.

We replaced our old separate washer and dryer with this combo and it has been brilliant. The Hygiene Steam cycle leaves towels and bedding really fresh, and it actually dries properly without needing the line. Big enough for family of four, super quiet on wash and efficient too.

Bought this washer dryer combo to replace our old machine. The AI Wash does a great job on school uniforms and towels come out actually dry, no clothesline needed most days. Fits a big load easily for our family of four. A bit noisy on spin, hence four stars, otherwise happy.
