Very modern and premium washer. Make sure you have enough space for proper installation given this is a big washer. Definitely recommend to read through the manual before use to understand the full extent of the smart features. Although a short learning curve is there in the beginning (esp coming from a non-smart washing machine), it is definitely worth it once you understand the capabilities of taking out all the guess work from water levels and detergent given its AI capabilities. Overall highly recommended if you need to have a huge capacity.

This washing machine is loaded with tech features, it has a touch screen with phone connectivity. It can work out the optimum amount of water and washing liquid to use based on how many clothes you put in which is really useful. It can fit all my weeks worth of washing in one load and has a good variety of washing options (if you want to make sure you are doing the right washing cycle for specific materials). Overall good machine and relatively quiet for its size.

Ultra large capacity front load washer that I'd recommend for you as well if you have a big family or just have big washing needs like we do. This washer can handle quite a few blankets and your normal washing needs at the same time. Still getting over the fact that I don't need to measure washing liquid anymore and that this AI washer can figure out just how much of the liquid is needed. Still lots for me to learn with all the functionalities.

Dramatically reduced the amount of washes I needed to do weekly. 19.5KG was perfect for me with. Washer has really good spin cycle where it feels almost dry when it's time to hang. Be aware that some of the advanced wash and steam cycles may take longer than the basic washes. Does take time figuring out how to use the app integration and how necessary it is .. but still quite handy and probably just takes time for me to get used to.

Good washer with new smart tech features. This has huge capacity and can do a lot of the things I'd normally scratch my head at when my wife asks me to take care of the laundry. I can leave it up to AI to figure out how much water and detergent is needed for what I have put in. 19.5kg may have been a bit too big for our family of 3 ... but I guess I'm set for the future should our family continue to grow.

I've used my old Haier washing machine for 10 years, finally broke down. Using this Samsung washer feels like a night and day difference. Soo many tech upgrades, notably the AI detergent dispenser. So handy, now no need to be a rocket scientest to figure out the optimal liquid amounts. Clothes and blankets come up very fluffy. Really satisfied with this purchase.

I regret not upgrading to this washer sooner. It has huge capacity and even has AI functions integrated to provide smart wash cycles, and energy cycles that are making sure my clothes not only come out clean but also maintains its softness. As someone what gets anxiety over what specific temperature to wash certain clothes, this washer is a game changer.

The flat design looks really sharp, but it’s the AI cycle I actually use most. I threw in a heap of muddy gear last weekend and just let it do its thing it adjusted the wash time automatically and everything came out spotless. It’s super quiet, too. Just docking a star because the touch controls are a bit sensitive if you accidentally brush past them.

The AI weight detection feature is awesome. I just chuck in my laundry and it calculates the perfect amount of water and detergent no more waste. It's incredibly fast on the Quick Wash setting, too. The door opens automatically at the end of the cycle to let things air out, which is a nice touch. It's been faultless for my family's needs.

Good washer with lots of capacity - but its still a washer at the end of the day so make sure you don't over load it and important to run the occasional maintenance cycle. Although there is AI - best to just double check everything is running how it should the first few times. Overall good washer that doesn't is quiet for its size.

Honestly, the drum size is a lifesaver. I washed a massive load of towels yesterday and it barely made a sound no shaking or vibrating. The auto-dispense is great too I just fill it up and forget about it for weeks. Giving it 4 stars mainly because the app setup was a little finicky at first, but it's been smooth sailing since.

No need to split my loads into two or three anymore. I can fit so much into this 19.5kg Load Washer. Even though the drum size is so big, it runs quiet and smooth and doesn't shake the whole room. With AI, there's no longer a need to figure out which manual setting. I really enjoy the bespoke design and it looks very high-end.

Been using this washer for a few weeks now and honestly it’s a 5/5 from me. Chucks in massive family loads no worries and the AI stuff just sorta figures out the right cycle so I’m not standing there poking buttons forever. The big screen + auto door feel pretty fancy but also actually handy day to day, not just a gimmick.

As a full time ER nurse with two toddlers, this Samsung washer has changed my 2-3 time washing ritual to a simple weekly routine. I can wash all bedding, towels and clothes in one go. The future is here ... I can check the app and see the progress of my washing from the comfort of my room. Gone are the days where I need to keep checking every 5-10 minutes of the progress of my washing. It cleans clothes and simplifies daily life at the same time. Almost making the chore enjoyable... almost..

Pretty impressed with this washer overall. AI Wash has totally spoiled me I just throw everything in and let it sort out the settings, and it hasn’t missed a beat yet. It’s roomy enough for big loads and does a solid job on everyday grime, though the smart features take a bit of poking around to get used to.

As my bub is quite sensitive to allergens, knowing that this washer has a steam function to help reduce them was really one factor in me deciding to choose this washing machine giving me peace of mind on baby clothes, bedding and blankets. Love this washing machine. It has a fast washing cycle option which gets the clean done in around 30 minutes. It spins really fast and is already quite dry by the time you need to hang it. Controls are touch screen and ideal for those that have big loads.

I'm really happy with this washer so far. My clothes feel genuinely cleaner, and it runs so quietly I sometimes check to make sure it's on! The cycles are a bit longer than I'm used to, but it's not a big deal. It's been a great upgrade for us.

This is a great machine, the AI is great saving power and money and outstanding wash. And at 19.5 kg makes washing Queensize bedding easier without going to laundromat. Also quite enough to run at night without disturbing sleep
