I purchased this washer 3 weeks ago. Cycles are not too long (compared to front loaders) I have been using the Cotton Cycle with soak and speed spray option and my clothes have never been cleaner! It's as simple as selecting these two options and letting the machine work out the rest. I have had front load washing machines for the last 15 years but decided to go back to top load as I really like the option to soak items (submerged in water for a period of time, no option on front loader for this) definitely feel my clothes etc.. are cleaner than the front load washers. High recommend! Loving the soft close lid xx

I purchased this machine on preorder 2 months ago together with a dryer. The dryer was shipped and delivered despite at purchase time saying they would both be shipped at the same time. I have a dryer but no washing machine now. There doesn't seem to be any progress on my order and customer support cannot give a time frame. Funny how local shops can get supply but purchasing early on online store gets nothing. I was offered a refund but am not interested in that as I purchased when there was a good deal on and purchased a matching washer/dryer pair at the time. Not happy to be without a washer for 2 months and no answers from customer support.

GREAT MACHINE FOR THE SHORT TIME IT WORKED. App is easy to use and the delayed end is awesome. That said I purchased this machine in March it arrived in June and worked for 4 months. Then the filter went error code 5C. Samsung is unable to repair or replace the machine because of our location and won’t give us a refund until some part is returned and then it will be around 21 days after that. So if you like not having a washing machine I strongly recommend it or you like using a laundromat I recommend it otherwise I’d suggest not purchasing this machine as it’s poor value for money for the amount of time it works. On the other hand the customer service is even worse. Took almost 2 weeks to even have someone contact us regarding the broken machine. So maybe in 4 months we might have some money back.

I brought my washing machine 3 months ago. Best thing i ever did. This is amazing, so simple to use with lots of different features. I can wash king sheets and quilts with a perfect clean result. Its so good at cleaning itself, after the clean its just like new and smells so fresh. Very energy efficient as well. Extremely quiet operation and no noisy vibrations. Best of all is the 14kg capacity. Im able to cut my washing time down from the time it used to take me. I highly reccomend this product. Im 60yrs old and its the best one ive ever had and ive had a lot of different washing machines. My home is all Samsung appliances and products. Ive never had any problems with anything Samsung.

A rubbish washing machine, please don't buy it! The inside (base) comes out during wash cycles. The machine buttons don't respond and have to switch the power off completely. I've had mine for less then a year, i bought my washing machine and came with no paper work. It's extremely difficult to talk to customer service, not to mention they lie and never email you back regarding your claims. A disgusting company, with a disgusting washing machine.

Replaced a 12yo LG machine. 100% better wash, 100% fits everything even bedding. Loses a star cause to just soak or spin you can't, well you can with many still needs a wash. Would be nice to step though like our old LG if you don't want a wash. Would be nice to soak without a wash. Would be nice to spin without a wash. Great machine, cleans 100% if you just need the typical (given) cycles. Oh it doesn't like rubber backed mats or anything heavy - need to set controls, stack well so it can. Do I regret my purchase, no but not user friendly to figure out the hows.

I have owned this 14kg top loader for about 2 years so I can speak from a lot of experience with it. It takes a huge load of washing which is great and it generally does a good job at cleaning it. I really like the amount of lint that is captured by the magic filters. My previous top loader generated a lot of lint, this doesn't. There are a couple of things that could be improved though: - Soak time cannot be set. It is a flat 20 minutes. This should be user adjustable up to 4 hours. - The machine does not handle sand well (think beach towels in the sand at the beach, or kids clothes after using the sandpit). The sand gets stuck in the bottom of the unit and keeps getting into subsequent washes unless you vacuum it out. 0/5 rating for handling sand - The magic filters are great, but they don't last and are very expensive to replace. If your filters last 12 months you are doing well.

We upgraded from a Samsung 10kg top loader unit to a 14kg one and this has been a great investment. We are a family of 4 and all our weekly laundry is completed in 2 runs.....and the clothes are much cleaner than ever. I was initially reluctant to buy a 14kg machine but its compact size, energy efficiency and overall performance has been most rewarding. So I recommend people to but this appliance as its a good asset and also 'AppliancesOnline" is a very good sales and customer care team. Thanks

We bought the samsung 14kg top loader washing machine two weeks ago, which replaced our 8 year old 10kg samsung top loader that we used every day, sometimes even twice or thrice a day. Hence, the quality of these machines are second to none. Being a family unit of 8, this new 14kg machine is able to do it all. From cleaning our super king beddings to delicately washing our newborns clothing. Whatever the case, you cannot beat the reliability, power, quality and value of a samsung top loader!

I purchased this machine and after just 17 days (2.5 weeks) it no longer drains and is giving me an error code (5C). Now I have to book it for a service and wait until someone can come look at it. As a single mum with 5 children, a reliable washing machine is essential and I had high hopes in this machine as I previously had a Samsung 13kg washer that lasted over 5yrs. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

I am so impressed with this washer. I’ve used it for bedding, towels and general washes for a family of 4. It washes very well. Love that it connects to an app through Samsungs ‘smart things’ and I can let my husband know when the washing is done and ready to hang….no more forgetting and having to rewash. The tub is deep, but expected for the size of the machine. Highly recommend if you’re after a big machine.

Brought this little over three weeks ago as a pre purchase prior to its release. it is a stunning machine and has many features. I especially like its smart sense feature for self-diagnosis and the ability to recalibrate the machine myself. It is very quiet when running and extremely water efficient. Highly recommend this to anyone after a new top loader or on the fence about a top loader or a front loader.

We got this 14kg Samsung to replace an 11kg LG. It doesnt really seem to hold more clothes than the 11kg LG, but the game changer is the "Magic Filter" which captures lint. It does an excellent job at removing lint from your wash. Now owning this, I would never go back to a washing machine without a lint filter. Appliances Online's pricing and service was excellent, as usual.

Great size for quilt cover, floor mats, towels especially during winter. The lint catcher is awesome, easy to clean as well. When its assessing the laundry size for water level takes a little longer, im dont mind with it. I was all time fisher paykel user due to its durability, hopefully this samsung works the same.

I do not mind it being black, is a lovely big washing machine just make sure you are tall enough to reach the bottom, no problem for me. Nice being able to monitor remotely via Wi-Fi and know when the job is finished. Great having it remind me when it needs to self clean.

This is amazing, works well, tells you when the cycle has finished, cleans itself, and also collects all the lint in the lint filters. Not sure why I didn't buy this appliance earlier. Appliances online are magnificent to deal with, would recommend them in a heart beat.

Have been using for over 8 months now. It's awesome. Great size, fits so much. Also like that it can be added to SmartThings - can't forget to put washing out - notification on phone when wash has been completed!! Choice of cycles is good too. Quick wash 30mins!

I bought the appliance a month ago and it works well - my only complaint is that the setting selection is not intuitive - eg there is no “normal” mode - you need to find out that normal mode is “cotton mode”- Also can’t get smartthings ro work

Have had it for a few hours, done 2 washes and already have regrets buying it. Drum rotation of the Samsung top loader is quite noisy, almost a rusty bearing/grinding sound compared with my 20 year old Fisher Paykel. Similar to unlubricated ball bearings in the motor. Significant limitations on the UI and poor programming. For Example, if soak is selected and in mid-cycle, if you want to take if off soak (shorten the time), a press of the soak button does not disable it, its locked in. A long press on the soak button will disable it, but it is set as a dual function and triggers the tub clean function automatically adding 2 hours to the wash. Note there is a tub clean option on the selector dial too, so not sure why its there twice. Not so Smart as You cannot undo anything selected without starting everything all over again. If you enable the child lock, if you pause the machine to open the lid (note: this requires a 3 second hold on the pause button) the child lock enables on the lid opening, and it cannot be switched off without powering off the entire device.

So far so good with this beast of a machine. Easy to use and surprisingly light compared to my last 14kg washer. The bedding setting is great and does a great job with my super king quilted bed cover.
