Hdmi arc will not connect to tv. Using bluetooth disconnects the tv sound even if I can use 2 external bluetooth speakers simultaneously on my tv. I have several cheap bluetooth headphones and speakers from 20$ to 60$ that all have a better sound. sound. My new crystal samsung 4k TV has a better sound than this b400 soundbar which they recommended at checkout. Wonderboom and boomerang petite are much better options for less than half the price. Purchased a few weeks ago and would not recommend.

Don't expect much from the woofer, it's basically useless - 0 is terrible, 6 is a crime to call it 'deep and rich bass'. I was expecting more with the built in woofer. Build quality feels very light and cheap (lower quality materials used perhaps), audio also sounds like it's coming from a tin can. USB port isn't even straight/aligned and feels loose. It gets loud and volume has to be set high to hear voices but the weird thing is that some dialogue is louder than others (for example different characters voices in the same scene in Netflix or Prime). It was meant to replace a 7 yr old Bose solo soundbar which had deeper / better sound but it's being returned and I'll save my money.

Have a Samsung TV so I figured that I would buy this to only have a single remote and thought it would improve my experience. This was replacing my current Bose soundbar. Bought this thinking that it would be a step up from my Bose soundbar. Was I ever wrong. Audio sounds like it is a tin can. Spent multiple times with service techs. Try to update the sounds bar they said. Nope. Try and connect it through different connections. Tried this with a variety of connections, optical, HDMI, Bluetooth, still no better. Went through so May different variations, no luck. Tried all the online solutions available. Still no better. Spoke with so many different customer service representatives who said they would solve the issue. Stayed like this until the return window was closed. Now I’m stuck with a soundbar that I have to turn up to about 30 in order to hear background effects. No bass at all. Clarity sucks. Stay away from this soundbar. $200 down the drain. If I could give this and my experience with customer service negative stars I certainly would.

I purchased this shortly after purchasing a new TV. I did the research based on feedback from friends, colleagues and reviewers on YouTube. Very happy with my purchase and appropriate for my small apartment. Very easy to set up and use. Completely transforms my audio visual experience watching movies, watching video games or even listening to Spotify.
