I think my favorite feature is the top rack - In my experience things on the top rack have to go in clean to come out clean. However, with this dishwasher having an extra spray arm on the top AND having specialty jets for glasses - It does a perfect job every time. A good top rack provides an incredible amount of space - I am running the dishwasher less frequently than my last one. As a Smartthings user for a long time, it is also great that this integrates into my smart home - including alerting me to when the dishwasher is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this dishwasher. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but I love the way it works. It almost immediately connected to the SmartThings app, which makes it super easy to use. I love that it has its own self-clean feature as well! With it being so quiet, I love the little light that shines under the handle so everyone knows that it is running. It does a great drying cycle before opening the door and continuing to allow the dishes to dry. The only thing I really do not like is the top row, as glasses do not easily stay put by the jets, they tend to slide around which is not ideal. I would love some extra tongs in there to hold them in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mum of kids who always have dirty dishes, this has been such a great Device that I wonder why I didn’t get it sooner or why it wasn’t made sooner from the easy capabilities from the phone the third rack where you’re able to just put all of the utensils and the efficient cleaning that comes out of. It is chefs kiss if you’re thinking about getting it, don’t think just get it will save your life time and time again and especially with your kids. It would just be easy enough to get in and get out. They can load it and then by the time that it’s dry, they could just pull it out. The ease of use is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

This dishwasher sucks. Some cap for the filter was not clicked in correctly and it starting throwing a leak control error. It’s a sensor problem cuz there isn’t a leak! Will start a cycle and then spirals and I cannot get this thing to work normal anymore. This is not a premium dishwasher. This was the second one I had delivered, as the first one wouldn’t work once installed. Overall the design is cheap and apparently the parts are too. Not sure where bowls are intended to go??? Can you only wash one bowl at a time? What is supposed to go on the third rack? Where do you wash stemmed glasses? It’s a no for me, dawg.

With two kids we have dishes piling up every day. The dishwasher makes keeping up easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes and the top rack is perfect for cups and cooking utensils. The Auto Release Door is great. This dishwasher makes sure we get a dry load every time. Also I love how quiet it is! It hard to tell it’s running. We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things App. It allows me to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we absolutely love our new dishwasher.

The WaterWall seemed like a good idea to get all four corners of the bottom of the dishwasher. This part of my dishwasher fails continuously, however. The dishwasher also seems to have no idea that this is failing resulting in having to run the load again after fixing the problem. I was going this for a year or so where it would fail about every couple weeks, but now it won’t move at all on the track. Very disappointed that my two year old dishwasher is basically useless. Will see what servicing costs. Also disappointed that the paint inside the handle portion of the dishwasher chips incredibly easy and they don’t offer any touch-up paint. Looks cheap, performs cheap.

Even the greasy pans come out clean without scrubbing. The 3rd rack is a game-changer for utensils and smaller items frees up a lot of space below. It’s super quiet. I can watch TV in the next room and forget it’s even running. SmartThings app is a cool bonus. I didn’t think I’d use it, but it’s handy to check status or get alerts.I’m honestly impressed. It works better than expected, uses less water and energy, and takes no effort to use. If you’re on the fence go for it.

We have used the AI Wash cycle every time and it has cleaned the dishes perfectly each time and the auto open feature helps with drying the dishes SOOO much. As you can see in the pictures I still have to put in some inserts as the space was bigger than the dishwasher, but even with the space being open you can barely hear it when running while in the kitchen with it so the noise rating is definitely accurate. Overall, a great dishwasher and I don't regret going with this over some of the other options I considered like Bosch and Miele.

The 3rd rack washing system gives me a great place drinkware and cleans the insides really well. The SmartDry with AutoRelease makes sure everything is dry by morning so all items can be put away. I don't have to pre-rinse any dishes since the AI wash system ensures all stubborn food and dirt is cleaned off. The Stormwash+ also does an incredible job cleaning all sides of every item I put in. I really like how quiet the washer is since its close to our living room - never disturbs my family.

Thought this would be nice with 3 racks but tall glasses have to be placed on one side on the second rack and large coffee mugs hit the sprayer on the top rack. The door does not open flat and has to be pushed down or the bottom rack will slide back in when pulled out. The controls are not intuitive and there is just too much going on. It seems like it takes twice as long to wash dishes as our old one. If you select the door open once complete option on the drying the door will open and everything is still wet. For drying you have to choose high or max to get anything close to dry. Too much going on. Won't buy this or any Samsung products in the future. It is quite though.

Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre washing dishes prior putting them in- they come out dirty. Wish I would never have spend my money on it!

There is a separate rack for glasses and cups which frees up space in the middle rack for bowls and smaller items . The racks are spacious and have enough clearance where the wash arm does not hit the dishes as it spins during the cleaning cycle. The center rack can raise up and down to support larger pans and dishes. It has several cleaning cycles and uses AI to assist in the cleaning. I love the fact that it doesn't show fingerprints, and even the buttons are hidden away at the top. It also cleans very well - everything comes out sparkling. Lastly, I am extremely impressed by how large it is on the inside! There is so much room to store pots and pans, dishes, and then the silverware portion at the top is an added bonus. It's perfect for a family or after a large gathering. It's so quite when running, I truly didn't know it was on.

It’s very easy to load and I like the different cycle options depending on how much I need to wash. The three racks make it easier to separate large and small dishes and fit a lot more in efficiently I like the top rack and the basket to wash cutlery, utensils and serve ware with ease. It’s very quiet and I really don’t hear it running so I can even run it at night without having any disturbances. I love that it is fingerprint resistant which is very helpful with two toddlers in the house. There is so much room inside especially with the 3rd rack. This makes cleaning up so much easier. I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The top rack wash does an amazing job with glasses and cutlery - something I struggled with - in our old dishwasher. The other racks are great too, with options for dishes, pots, storm wash - everything we put in has come out completely clean. The middle rack also has multiple height settings, providing enough room to get everything in. While we have tried all of the clean settings, the AI one works great and adapts to the items in the dishwasher (I have no idea how they do that!).

After a few months of use, here are my thoughts. This is hands down the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Glass front makes cleaning a breeze, unit looks fantastic. Inside, the 3rd rack is actually useful for oversized serving spoons and knives. Wash options galore, sparkling clean load, 100% dry, no water stains anywhere. Had no idea a dishwasher could be this quiet let alone this good. Connected to the app no problem. My go to setting is Normal - SmartDry Low. If you’re looking for the best dishwasher, after all my research and use, this is the one.

In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I wouldn’t recommend buying if your dishwasher is not located directly next to where your dishwasher drains. The drain hose is connected inside the dishwasher at an angle so you can’t use an aftermarket hose, the only option if your drain is over 5’ away is to use an extension which is a high failure point. Samsung doesn’t sell a longer hose like their competitors so the only option is to use an extension. Their part website has a hose for this model of dishwasher but it says it’s for a refrigerator, lol, and it doesn’t list how long it is.

This dishwasher has ton of space and the third rack with the cup washing is great! The machine consistently produces clean dish loads and is so quiet I have to check that it’s even on! The 60 minute cycle is so fast and even though it’s fast the dishes come out clean and dry each time. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher as it always does the job and cleans precisely as advertised each time.

I bought this as a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher. The technology is out of this world! Unbelievably quiet as well, you can't tell it's running. The only slight pain is the doormopens with the lightest touch. If you're standing at the counter and your knee brushes against it, the door opens. So I have to keep the child lock on in the app until im ready to load.

We purchased the whole kitchen Samsung set. The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the over the stove microwave I told my wife I wouldn't do it we have eight flip phones Galaxy ones from 56 8 of them that don't work because of the screens and Samsung won't even back those up I told her not to buy it she did and I'm going to tell you a few disappointments and some good stuff, I have 8 flip phones that don't work & Samsung won't back and now 4 appliances I feel are less than up to par for the price. It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

The third row rack is I awesome! I love how it has a little spots for the glasses especially. Another added feature is the light inside. I never really thought that I needed a light in my dishwasher but it turns out it really helps! The other feature that is great is the fact that the door automatically opens when the cycle is done to help drying. I haven't yet figured out how to get the dishes all the way dry though, but I've only had it for a little bit so I'm still getting used to it. Last but not least the stainless steel matches all of my decor and existing appliances perfectly! I definitely recommend this dishwasher to anybody looking for one!

I really appreciate the AI cleaning mode as it truly optimizes its cleaning. Another really cool feature is bixby and the smart things app. I always start my dishwasher then forget to unload when its done.. not anymore! The smart things app sends me a notification when the cycle is completed. Honestly, I love everything about my new dishwasher. It is perfect in every shape of the word. Highly recommend.

I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

I already have it more then a month and I am truly impressed with this dishwasher I owned Ge brands before ,but this one is one of the best on the market, you can't tell that is running so quiet, clean dishes extremely well they coming out clean and dry, AI cycle will detect how dirty dishes are and amount of detergent and will adjust cycle accordingly, the fact that you can remotely start dishwasher using smart things it is great as well, state of the art, buy it you won't regret it

We absolutely love this Samsung dishwasher. The biggest surprise is how incredibly quiet it is — you honestly can’t tell if it’s running unless you look for the indicator light. Cleaning performance has been excellent so far. Dishes come out spotless, even with heavier loads, and the drying cycle does a solid job. The interior layout is also well designed and makes loading easy. Overall, it feels modern, efficient, and premium. Definitely one of the best upgrades in our kitchen.

The reason I would say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still am not 100% sure how to properly load it, since the manual that comes with it doesn't give any tips on how to load it for the best use. I still haven't tried all it's modes yet (because it has lots, which is a good thing!). We feel overall besides washing everything well, it also seems to fit more things than our older dishwasher. The main cycle we have been using is the AI one, which takes 2 hours to complete and once it's done, things are always clean, dry and not super hot to use immediately. Overall I have no complaints and believe if if came with more practical manual explaining how to make the best use it has the potential to be considered a 5 star dishwasher.

Not once has any dishes come out partially cleaned, so the precision cleaning is great. The capacity is alright, there is some learning curve to it as there is a point where the dishwasher leaks with too much load. It is very good at cleaning, you don't actually need the whole cycle for the dishes to be clean, making it more water efficient.

From the deep slare black color, to the lighted interior, Samsung has done it again. The recessed handle is very comfortable, and the control panel is smooth and placed in such a way that there are no accidental touches. The third rack is something that just works! My long handled utensils fit perfectly on the top rack, and we're cleaned easily, without being close to the water jets. It's the first time ever that I didn't have to rinse or re-wash them. The cleaning power is unmatched. And with this dishwasher, silence is golden. Yes-the dishwasher is so quiet, that I can't tell it's even running! I had to bend down and put my ear near it to confirm it was running. This is such a beautiful and efficient addition to my kitchen. It fit easily in the designated space and learning the controls was very easy.

We took the leap because we love the features and looks of this dishwasher. I’ve always been wary of Samsung appliances from old stigmas but bespoke is highly rated and thought we would try. Unfortunately for us after one use a bright orange light appeared in the top of the control panel. We feel that this is a bad sign of what’s ahead having a problem so soon and are trying to figure out what to do.

We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.

This one is decent overall, but the cleaning performance on the third (top) rack is practically useless—it doesn’t clean anything up there. It’s definitely quiet, which is nice, but cleaning is the main purpose, and it doesn’t deliver considering the premium price. After 10 days of daily use, here are the pros and cons: Pros: Ultra-quiet operation Door opens automatically after the cycle is completed, which helps dry the dishes Cons: Steep learning curve for arranging dishes; I am still struggling with this In almost every load, one or two bowls or cups have residue left. This is surprising, as my old dishwasher performed better in this regard.

Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

But not only is it nice sleek and white but it leaves my dishes nice and clean. I feel like my dishes are way cleaner than in my previous unit. I also love the auto open feature so it can air out once it's done. The dishwasher does have 3 racks, which is perfect for me. I like to use the 3rd rack for smaller items such as lids from thermos, cup lids, small bowls, etc. It has like a basket for that so it won't fall down. Did I mention how quiet it is when it is running? I can barely notice it, and even though it runs quietly, it cleans very thoroughly. The smart things app is also another great feature that comes with the dishwasher. You can change the settings and set different cleaning options because there are several, and get notifications on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

Purchased the White Glass Bespoke 38db dishwasher and it has leaked ever since we got it. Samsung's third party repair vendor (this is in Florida) cannot seem to fix it. And, when you call them, it takes forever for them to come out to do the service repair. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and get the Bosche. I wish I had.

With two young boys they seem to dirty a dish every second and the three racks make it where I do not have to run it twice on some days. Also, it is QUITE! With an open concept I had to wait to run my last washer, now I can run it right after dinner. You cannot hear it run. This is my husbands favorite feature. Not only is it almost silent, it actually cleans well. You don’t have to prewash like I had with my last dishwasher. I didn’t think I would use the wireless feature, but I set it up, and it is nice. I get a notification when it is done, so I can text the kids and let them know to unload. The dishwasher also opens itself slightly when it is done for drying purposes. This is convenient also, something I did not know I wanted. Long story short, this is one of the best purchases I have made in awhile. My husband says to mention again it is super quiet!

This is hands down one of the best dishwashers I’ve ever owned. The standout feature is the noise level—it is really quiet. I absolutely love that you can disable the annoying end-of-cycle melodies and just get a silent notification on your phone or Samsung TV instead. Performance: It’s a top-tier machine. It cleans well, integrates perfectly with the app, and even reminds you when it’s time to run a self-cleaning cycle. The "But": I have mixed feelings about the top (third) rack. It’s an interesting idea, but I wish it had more utility—specifically more room for silverware, ladles, or even the ability to slide a baking sheet up there. Right now, it’s mostly good for small espresso cups or long cooking utensils. Missed Opportunity: It would be a game-changer if Samsung added high-quality, interchangeable exterior panels like they have on the Bespoke refrigerators. It would allow for perfect kitchen matching and designers would go crazy for it.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and this modern looking dishwasher fits in nicely. 3 shelves means everything fits with no wasted space. The middle shelf raises and lowers to accommodate more items. I've never seen a light in a dishwasher before but I like it. Not sure it adds much functionality but it looks great. Plenty of settings for different wash cycles,and the screen on the door shows how long a cycle will take. I found it easier to use the SmartThings app but the door screen is more than adequate. There is a setting for plastics who's great-no more melted cups or food storage containers. Probably the best part of running this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I only hear the water running during fill parts of the cycle, never hear the actual washing. I'll admit that I've checked the door screen and the app a few time to make sure tmi turned it on!

It has a 2.25-inch LCD display showcasing its AI functions and 10 wash cycles. I have had several Samsung dishwashers over the last 5 years and this by far is the quieter of them all, I hardly knew it was on. It operates at a quiet 38 DBA sound level and includes auto release and smart dry features. I love the auto release because it allows air to circulate in order to dry the dishes. No more wiping down the dishes with a rag. They come out spotless when you use a rinse aid. It offers AI wash cycles for customizable timing and cleaning intensity. I used the 60 minute wash and it was quick and washed all dishes well. The stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish matches all of my other appliances. It's easy to keep clean and can be wiped down with ease. I am pleased with this purchase, it has exceeded my expectations.

It includes three racks for dishes, two of which have adjustable heights. This makes it easy to load and organize a wide variety of utensils, drinkware, and dishware. One feature I found especially innovative is the interior light. This is the first dishwasher I’ve owned with a light inside, and it really helps illuminate the back of the dishwasher, regardless of how well the kitchen is lit. This 38 dBA super quiet model works perfectly in my open concept space. It has an AI Wash feature where, thanks to smart sensors and machine learning, I don't even have to set the wash and rinse cycles; it DNA's what it needs to do (and how long it'll take) on its own and it doesn't require me pre-rinsing anything beforehand! Another great feature is the upgraded 3rd rack that makes it easy to access utensil and drink ware; with upgraded wash jets everything comes out clean and comes out nice without getting stuck anywhere. The StormWash+ is a separate jet feature for pots and pans to ensure every nook and cranny gets washed clean—even when stuck on food! It includes a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior or great looking on the outside at all times. The AutoRelease Door guarantees dry dishware every time. This effective appliance would be a great addition to anyone's home!

I LOVE this dishwasher! I haven’t had a dishwasher in years, but I was so impressed with this machine’s ability to clean stuck on messes, every-day messes and bottles with tiny openings. I do generally rinse off the dishes first, but if you don’t- this machine will still get things sparkling clean! It is so quiet, I sometimes do not know it is on. I only occasionally hear it drain. I’m enjoying the AI features and accessibility with my phone. It also connects with my Samsung TV, sending a notice when a cycle is complete. It automatically opens for the drying cycle, so more often than not, everything is completely dry! I did add rinse aid as initially the dishes were a little wet and spotty, but that seemed to help. I like the adjustability of the second rack, this allowed big pots and pans to fit on the bottom. The second rack is a little awkward for fitting bowls, but it works! Overall, I highly recommend this dishwasher and am happy with it. It looks beautiful in my space also.

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to be taken out. Im sure there may be a way to puzzle piece 10 1/2 inch plates and still use the 3rd rack, but hopefully you don't have kids that just shove stuff in the dishwasher. . Also, the silverware holder has only these tiny slots in the lid that no utensil of mine fits unless its a slim steak knife. It's quiet but definitely not whisper quiet, and there are only a few cyles that I can say are truly at 38db, as I measured it. Overall, my excitement was crushed when I finally went to use it.

Leaked non stop with first week. Three teams couldn't fix and advised it needs to be replaced. Samsung made the warranty and refund process very difficult. The process is designed to make you give up and take a loss. It was so bad I refuse to buy anything Samsung moving forward.
