Will update review pending service repair/replacement. Worked great, good brightness and even colour and very good for work and gaming. I love the monitor when it works. But that was when I was limited to a DP1.4 device and 120Hz. Just upgraded to an DP2.1 graphics card and certified 54GB cable and at first all seemed good but after the screen warms up there is a dimmed 2inch line down the centre of the screen when running 240Hz full resoltion 10Bit HDR. Line goes away when screen cools down, and reducing resoltion or refresh rate or switching to an laptop on HDMI does not get rid of it until the screen turns off and cools down first. Problem only showed up after I was able to finally run the monitor at it's full potential, so I highly recommend you have the ability to run it with an display port 2.1 device for a bit of a stress test to make sure it a works correct. Easily could have run under the radar and would not be good to find out down the road after the warranty expires. If you're will to test and deal with potential RMA till you get a good monitor, and have a powerful enough computer this is a good monitor when it goes on sale with one of its epic sales.

Been using this as a replacement for my 49" Samsung monitor for a couple weeks now and it has been pretty solid. The extra vertical screen was the want of getting the dual 4K monitor. The built in KVM makes switching between work and play without needing a couple keyboards.

I've been completely spoiled by this monitor and can't imagine upgrading to anything else in the next few years. Resolution, refresh rate, response time and color accuracy are all great, with deep blacks and brightness in HDR that reaches 1500 nits on my unit. I previously owned several OLED monitors, but prefer the peace of mind that comes with mini LED since I also use it for work.
I recommended this product.

Brilliant monitor for people who use their pc for both work and leisure. Super bright, fast refresh with great image quality and doesn't have to be babied like an OLED. Far superior to having dual monitors as you don't have your screens divided with monitor bezels in the middle of your field of view. My only critique is that it can kick out a lot of heat when in HDR mode. If you live in a hot country or have poor ventilation you will significantly heat up your room. I'd also highly recommend a wall arm mount as the included stand will take up your whole desk and desk mounted arms generally have issues supporting the weight of this thing.

With all the options and upgrades along with the size it would have been Awesome with just one addition. SOUND! Yes if it would have had it's own speakers installed it would have surpassed my expectations but it came in just short. You could just install your own sound system or computer speakers but for what you pay for this GREAT monitor it should have it all. Again all around excellent and my second curved monitor which it puts to shame of course it's 8 years old too. And for a monitor I would recommend this to anyone that is remotely interested just make sure you did look at it specs and pull the trigger.

I bought this as a Christmas present for myself and I got it delivered on 12/22. I already had the 49" on my pc and replaced with this new 57". In the beginning everything looked okay but after 30min, the screen started to tear and twitch. After a few minutes, it all became blurry and you can't see anything. For a respected world company like Samsung plus, paying premium for the top of line product, is it all we can get? this crap quality? I saw other reviews with same issues. What is Samsung QC doing? Don't buy this crap.

Before having two actual 32" I would only have two windows open at a time. Because it's a smooth transition now, I can have three windows open perfectly sized. It has a great looking picture and the refresh rate of course is awesome. The only drawback is pretty annoying. It does not recognize a different device powering on to auto switch to it. I have to manually turn on my monitor before turning the other device on or I've got to mess with the controls and switch inputs manually. Your cheapest of cheap monitors could do this perfectly while this extremely expensive monitor fails.

Now, everything I need can be accomplished faster without the need to switch acreens or programs. Drag and drops are faster and more efficient. No longer do I need to swirch over and over. (Of course running programs still need an efficient CPU and GPU which I also have, but that's beside the point.) As for gaming, Gaming is Life! I can see everything much more clearer and more vividly than before. Streaming is also easier because I can see everything that's happening and fixing technical aspects is a breeze compared to my previous monitor.

I have never had such a quality monitor in my life and on top of all the top notch features, being able to reduce my desk from 3 separate monitors to just 1 screen is amazing. Being able to have two separate PCs plugged in at the same time is insanely beneficial, basically works as a picture in picture feature like a TV. The built in KVM switch is a god-send, especially when you install a 3rd party seamless KVM switch application that automatically changes your keyboard and mouse to the appropriate PC just by knowing where your mouse location is!!

It's great 50% of the time. But I have a 3080ti, and sometimes when I game I get horrible screen tearing down the center left hand side. I can sometimes turn the monitor off and on again to get it back to normal. Otherwise I have to restart. Before purchase, I was unaware most games don't actually support this wide of a screen, and to compensate, they just stretch the left and right sides. Its obvious and annoying. So, I'm not actually getting the peripheral advantage I thought I would when I ordered this monitor. P.S. - Samsung enabled AI to help users write reviews here, and as I write it tries to autofill what thinks I'm writing and keeps messing up! VERY ANNOYING!!!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and I have to say it's worth every penny. I got it on a hefty sale, but after owning it I would recommend it. I replaced the neo g9 49 inch with this monitor. The color and clarity rivals OLED. There is slight glow around white text on a pitch black background (had to test) but is not noticeable during normal use. There are a lot of settings to play with, and took a while to set up to my liking. Out of the box it looked really good. The only thing I would say is if purchasing make sure to buy a good quality 16k or 8k display port cable because the supplied one is very short.

Most of the time it is fine but sometimes there would be issues ranging from flickering if the entire screen to lines on the screen, always on the right half, to a white screen to a screen rotating between red, green, and blue. Most times a power cycle of the monitor would fix the problem but sometimes the HDMI cables needs to be unplugged and replugged back in to fix. This happens with my first video card, a 4090, which died within a week of connecting to this monitor, my work labtop, and my replacement 4090. Not sure if this is unique to my monitor or not.

The immersion is unreal, and having so much screen real estate boosts my productivity immensely – I can have multiple apps open side-by-side without feeling cramped. Games look stunning with the detail and colors. However, it's a beast! Make sure you have a deep desk. Getting it to run at its full potential (240Hz at 7680x2160) required some fiddling with cables and my graphics card. It definitely pushes my system to its limits in demanding games. While the curve is great for immersion, the extreme edges can have a slight color shift. Overall, if you have the space and a powerful PC, it's a fantastic, albeit expensive, piece of tech.

Upon call to one of their repair shops I heard them saying good luck fixing your monitor as they look for all excuse not to take care of their customers!!! It has made editing videos easier for me and has improved my gaming experience. Working in editing is wonderful, making everything easier. I have a large workspace, I can have all the applications on the same screen and well organized. The image quality is too good, it falls into the excellent. I highly recommend it for working in video editing, for working in any editing program. Your editing experience will no longer be the same after having tried this immense screen. Video chats etc. The monitor seems to be on all the time, but the refresh rate is always very good. The FPS is great and I don't deal with any lag. To be able to game Split screen on such a large monitor has always been a goal of mine & with this Odyssey, Samsung has made that dream a reality. I wouldn't change this monitor for any other monitor on the market. I've personally helped fund my friends monitor purchases just so that they can experience no less than this greatness.

This monitor has been a huge boost to my productivity, being able to have 4, 5 and sometimes 6 windows open simultaneously and be easily readable has saved me a lot of valuable time. The curve and built in eye care features make it comfortable to use for 10+ hours straight, and I tend to be sensitive to eye strain. All things considered, if this monitor is within your budget, I would certainly recommend giving it some serious consideration.

It is an adjustment to get used to the size and how everything is stretched out when gaming, but after a while you do not notice it. The best part is that you can play side by side with another person with their own device as this monitor can display two devices at the same time through HDMI. It is like two great monitors built in one! If you have some extra cash and are looking to enjoy your gaming or computer experience a bit more than I recommend this monitor.

I'll forego the positives—they're well documented in the product details. I purchased this monitor, and it failed just after 1.5 years, slightly past its 1-year warranty period. It wasn't overused or exposed to damaging conditions; it simply ceased to function. The monitor was plagued with several irritating issues: the colors would suddenly distort, requiring a power reset, it frequently failed to recognize video inputs necessitating multiple plug-ins and outs, and the screen would intermittently go blank only to return seconds later. Additionally, the user interface and controls were poorly designed, offering no insight into what might be wrong unless the display was already functioning correctly. While I understand that electronics can occasionally be defective, I have older, less expensive monitors that continue to operate without issue decades later. Considering the premium cost and recent manufacture of this monitor, one would expect it to be devoid of such flaws and to have a longer operational lifespan. After reaching out to Samsung for assistance, their only solution was to direct me to a licensed repair shop, which would entail out-of-pocket expenses for repairs. My advice: consider alternative options or be prepared to invest in an extended warranty to avoid unforeseen costs.

It allows you to have multiple inputs and essentially split the screen into two full 32" screens Which makes work a breeze, And you can even put small side windows on the edge.Great for the microsoft apps. And then switch it to a single screen for gaming, and it's a no brainer. I also only use my LG OLED for Playstation Pro now. I used to use it on both my PC and PS5. Then I went and tried like 10 different top end Monitors and the picture sucked and the in tunnels of a game the OLED Monitors were too dark. I fell in love with this monitor. The only down side is it gets pretty warm. I run a cheap little air purifier behind it because I have this wall mounted in a corner. This helps keep the air flowing behind it.

I wasn't sure this would be worth the $$$ but it didn't disappoint. The picture quality and the curve makes it such a powerful combo. It's perfect for my super bright room and it can fit 3 screens of content comfortably. If i were to criticize anything it would be the heat that this monitor gives off. At high brightness it's insane how much heat this thing emits! You can put it in eco mode, but then you might as well have a mid-level cheap monitor as the brightness and clarity is out the window. With all that said it's definitely a top-tier monitor.

I initially intended to return the product to Samsung, but unfortunately, that’s not possible as they don’t accept returns for items purchased online once delivered—contrary to what was advertised. At full resolution, the product cannot achieve 240Hz, and it struggles even to reach 60Hz. While it does support 240Hz at a lower resolution of 5120x1440, I didn’t buy it to use at reduced resolutions. The controls feel outdated, especially when compared to the 49” G9, which costs half the price. Additionally, the inputs are unreliable—sometimes failing to detect a newly connected device or not responding to an already connected one. This issue has also been reported by others. It does not even have speakers build in. NOT WORTH BUYING.

About a quarter of the time is playing full screen games: RTS (StarCraft, Homeworld and C&C), TBS (Civilization), RPG (Diablo, Elder Scrolls, and Witcher), and Simulator (Elite Dangerous and Space Engineers). The remaining amount is taking care of actual work activities. Having multiple windows open makes it quick for me to do my work. I use Microsoft PowerToys to handle all of the window sizes.

I really enjoy using ultrawide monitors but the lack of vertical space and ability to watch 4k was always a hindrance. This monitor fixes that issue. Plenty of area to open programs. I have gone from 34 in to 49 in monitors and screen real a state was fine. But now I can have four or more windows open plus still see my icons on my desktop. It's one of those things you didn't realize was a necessity until you experience it. Sharpness of text and images. My 49 in was good but at times the DPI was almost not good enough. But now text and images are much sharper due to the 140dpi compared to the 108 of before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have actually owned two of these monitors and decided to expand to create a 171’ Ultra-Ultra-Wide setup. There isn’t anything else on the market that comes close to this in terms of size and spectacle. Monitor works as intended and is a truly impressive setup especially for racing and flying applications. Just remember that his is now an older monitor and has refresh rate limitations. I play at 120Hz so it works for me. Need to have the right PC to take full advantage of this so be sure you plan out your setup before diving deep!

If you want to run two of this monitor for gaming with nvidia surround , it not that good because the monitor bezel very thick , i hope next version will has smaller bezel , remove the rgb, why we even need those rgb strip since it only add more thickness on the monitor bezel and put the menu button on the side of the monitor , for someone who wonder why not flip the top monitor for less bazel thickness ? it won't work on nvidia surround since it doesn't allow you to rotate individual screen , you need nvidia mosaic for that which only support on workstation card like RTX 5000 or 6000 pro. Overall amazing monitor but you need powerful gpu like 5080 or 5090 to get full 240 hz out of this monitor but i recomended 5090 since 5080 performance not good enough.

Came with about 10 bad pixels all placed at less that a 10th of a square inch. I have the QN90A flagship from 2021 and the F8000 from 2024 and it seems that Samsung screens have horrible yield regarding bad pixels. Image quality and brightness are unquestionable, but local dimming is having trouble supporting professional work of thin bright lines over a black background. This is the most expensive screen one can buy....... but Samsung is too big to care. Not even possible to add the images to this review for some reason.

Never had the chance to try it with HDMI. But games that support the native resolution is beautiful and so immersive! The monitor does produce significant heat and does not seem to work with g-sync or at least it didn't seem too. Works incredible as a business monitor as well. Remote sessions can have multiple screens open and no need for secondary screen. Highly recommended!

Great for streaming because it allows you to partition the screen for multiple inputs being simultaneous.Ive use this monitor different ways and have not been dissappointed Depening on the game, the monitor can use multiple Aspect Ratio's - 4:3, 19:9, 21:9 and 32:9. See photos below....I would suggest getting a L-shap desk and monitor in the corner so it curves with the design of the desk...This will allow you to put distance between you for FULL SCREEN games

Only CONS: DPI cable that came with it was too short to reach my PC even though it's literally right next to the monitor on my desk; and it completely stopped working shortly after my 1yr warranty is up. A bit disappointed that it just up and died, especially when it had a lot less use on it then my other Samsung ultra wide screen monitors, but I'll probably buy another if the price drops lower.

I just bought this screen a week ago and I am really surprised that the monitor does not work as expected. The screen flickers when I turn it on. When I play a game and close out the game, the screen goes black and does not come back on. I click on the remote home button the monitor stays black. I have to hard reset the PC in oder to use the monitor again. I have various Samsung devices and I have not had issues before. I would think a monitor like this would work better. This monitor did not meet my expectations.

I bought this when it came out. When using display port and HDMI 3 for 8k 120hz via dual 4k surround mode on a 2070 super. When I leave and my display turns off and come back after 15 minutes n move the mouse, the screen turns on butttt right side HDMI 3 loads properly and left side display port shows static noise. I have to turn off my display and back on again for it to work properly. Colors r great, it runs fast and everything else is epic. Perfect for gaming and programming. Just yeah connectivity issues

If you have no experienced an ultrawide, you are missing out on a crazily immersive, peripheral filling experience. I use this monitor mostly for gaming (75%) and partially for work (25%). The updates to the dimming zones, and the brightness of this monitor are 2nd to none. Now you will need atleast a rtx4090 to really drive good frames, but man is this beautiful to be in front of. If you have an original odyssey g9, it is still worth the upgrade (wish they ran a trade in program :( ). The additional 2" of vertical real estate really take away the 'envelope' feel of the original. Also the dimming zones are fantastic for high contrast situations. You will not be disappointed!

Monitor was incredible then it died for no reason. The screen is black. I can see the screensaver in the background but it is not lit up. Changed cables, unplugging everything and same issue. OSD menu cannot be seen unless i unplug all cables. Tried different monitor no issue. I am so disappointed to pay this kind of money and it dies in a matter of a few days. What do i do? If it died this quickly how long will this product last when it is replaced? Ruined my holiday weekend of gaming i had planned..

From the initial delivery I was thinking, wow this thing is enormous. I hooked up my MacBook and decided to watch a movie. Unbelievable picture quality, crisp and clear. It felt as if I was in the film, or maybe because of the thousands of smaller LED’s that are hanging around. With the PIP/PBP mode I can work with both systems and still have a large screen size. To be honest I love that feature for this size of a monitor. It makes me feel really productive. Gaming with this is an understatement. I really can’t put it into words except for you have to try it for yourself and I hope that you get to feel what I feel when you do so. You really can tell the difference with the 240Hz refresh rate.

I do wish that it came with speakers in the monitor. That is my only complaint. Setup was easy, but the manual could be much better. I love that you can tilt and move the monitor up and down for adjusting. The quality is amazing. When gaming, it feels like you're truly in the game, making it that much more fun. The graphics are crystal clear and of high quality, so you'll be able to see everything. Besides gaming, you can use your regular PC, IPad and phone connected to it. I was able to split the screen in 3. Very nice option for other things, such as business. The screen is very versatile and can be used in various ways. I highly recommend it.

Basically making two 32” seamless view of different computers. It does take a decent portion of the width of the desk. I plan on wall mounting it to free up the space occupied by the base. The refresh rate of 240Hz makes it great for gamers. The only con i can see if there’s not a usb c connection for laptop connection or powering a laptop when using the dual screen capability.

However, the local dimming on high or any other setting other than low or off present some issues with pixel, Halo and darker areas that surround brighter areas. I have said this too low for my purposes to mitigate this, however it does not completely eliminate it. Additionally, some of the multiple input settings for configuring monitor areas is a little clunky be can be cumbersome to set up.

This monitor replaced my 49" Odyssey which I put on an arm mount to use side by side or vertical. The greatest part is the pleasure to use the best monitor ever. If that's not enough, I have the Ark monitor above that that I will game on or stream utube. The only issue I have is that not every game supports ultra wide. Thanks Samsung for the great monitors.

Working on this monitor is heaven, so much screen space that I can watch a movie, a YouTube video, play a game, and type up a text document at the same time. Literally, for studying, it's amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the monitor. Only one con, aura. Avoid black background for the crispest look and feel. You honestly become blind to the little bit of aura that the screen has and you can only really see it during very dark screens. Even gaming in a dark part of the game doesn't bleed light or color. I came across the Odyssey G9 and solved multiple problems for me. 1.) trying to match resolutions on multiple monitors was eliminated by using 1 widescreen 2.) having a clean cable management with multiple attachments was solved by only needing 1 access port to attach to the laptop. No more spaghetti dangling behind the desk. 3.) The resolution is Top Tier. By running a DPI cable your able to get the max resolution. I find myself watching more TV on my G9 than the living room TV. It's become multifunctional for Gaming, Work, and Entertainment. Paired it up with a Bose speaker and i'm in heaven. It's been over 3 years since investing on this monitor unit and still highly satisfied with the purchase.

My work laptop drives it in 4k, but not full resolution. I mostly use it for productivity but my work laptop has a much of vpns, so I can't download the app for snapping. It's still pretty nice. Display wouldn't fit with stand under my hutch, so I took the doors off. I may cut 1-2" so it fits but the dang legs take up too much space, poor design. See photo.

This monitor DOES NOT support 240Hz at native resolution! (5120x1440) The hardware ONLY supports 60Hz at native resolution. COMPLETE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know when you say that you wish your monitor was as big as a TV screen? THIS IS IT. Plug in a Dvi cable if you want the extra fps. I own the 49 inch neo g9 as well. This is night and day. This monitor is insanely bright (of course I turned it down but its scale from dark to bright is insanely good!), incredibly fast and not one issue with this monitor in over 2 months. Aside from how big it is. I placed mines on a secretlab's magnus arm to my desk. IT WORKS! I have to move my monitor to the side every night. it moves fluidly and has stayed tight the entire time. This is 100 percent worth the investment if you are into "Balling out Big". Got that Bob goin. Definitely Immersive from the brightness of the screen to its acentuating lights in the back of the monitor. You are in the action.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased Samsung Samsung 57” Odyssey Neo G9 monitor and it’s an amazing product. Starting with a sleek design and minimalistic frame and ending with a customizable RGB LED in the back. The monitor itself is massive in size and that’s a plus, since it can handle dual 4K resolution. In terms of performance this beast can handle 240Hz, more than enough for gaming to achieve perfect smoothness in motion. You can’t ask for more, and there isn’t another one like this one. I like the built-in USB hub, that allows me to switch between computers and use the same keyboard and mouse without switching the wireless dongle. Colors are eye-popping and very accurate, including blacks thanks to local micro dimming and QLED. Overall this monitor is top-of-the-line workhorse, highly recommended for gamers.

I’ve heard people have compatibility issues with this monitor- my two year old Dell business laptop is able to run native resolution at 60hz comfortably via DP 1.4 (DSC enabled) - just make sure you get a good TB4 to DP adapter or a good quality DP40 certified cable. I also use it with my MacBook Pro and it works just fine in picture-by-picture mode. No complaints so far. It’s really elevated my productivity set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor for everyday activities such as browsing the internet, high action/fast paced type gaming that has quite a bit of intense colors, and I watch some occasional TV & movies. All of which this monitor is more than sufficient but far surpasses any other monitor I've ever owned to date. The graphics and lag time are second to none and I'd further add that the adjustments to the contrasts and more extend to your abilities at personalization of the monitor as well.

For gaming the resolution, refresh rate and colors are Amazing. It works excellent with no lag. For work I usually have 6 windows open and it allows me to see each of them crystal clear. Everyone who see them are amazed by the clarity. Even people with bad vision comment how they can read them without glasses. This is an excellent monitor and I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got this bad boy set up taking advantage of the 2.1 display port. Unfortunately the cable that comes standard in box is way short , no way for me to route it using the cable shroud in the back, it's less than 3 ft long. Monitor looks great on my desk. I tried using a third party 2.1 DP cable that was slightly longer but resulted in major flickering when displaying at 240mhz. So use the factory cable, make it work with your tower close by and you'll be happy.

I was using a two monitor setup before, but with this all your windows fit in one screen. The 1000R curve is a big plus, so you don’t have to take a uber to get from one side to other :). The only con I can say so far is, although not monitors fault, my MacBook font is too small to read when I am on the highest resolution which gives me an eye strain Thinking of going back to windows computer

I replaced my set of three 27-inch monitors and now use only this one, and I am very satisfied. Although this monitor uses a VA panel, the response time is good. The only downside is that it does not come with Tizen, so there is no remote control, and VA panels can show washed color gamut at different angles. Otherwise, it is an overall good monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 49" version on my new office setup. The 8" difference is so much more than you would expect. I ended up mounting it on an arm to save desktop space as the base is quite large. I like that the controls have moved to the bottom of the monitor and that the style of button changed, it feels better built than the 49". I don't feel like i am going to wear it the buttons when swapping inputs while using the very handy built in KVM. PBP works great, and with the assignable KVM input to source I can continue working while streaming content simultaneously. I will say that this monitor is very heavy, take that into account when setting it up and selecting mounts. Image quality is great with my current setup and I can wait to get my next generation graphics card to fully utilize what this minority can do.

The screen size is lots bigger, the resolution is a lot better, the color and picture quality is phenomenal and the gaming is better. I spend about half my time on home office productivity work and about half gaming (mostly FPS's). If you're a high-end productivity user or a high-end gamer, this monitor is definitely the route to go. As both, I've hit the jackpot!!

I was positively surprised by it size, it’s massive compared to my previous two 27” monitors. Resolution is great, double 4k. The refresh rate tops at 240Hz, but my graphic card was only able to handle 60Hz. Time for an upgrade. I was surprised to learn that the monitor has built-in RGB lighting in the back and two accent lights up front, this fits my red-accented PC perfectly, although besides onscreen options I didn’t find a way to sync it with the motherboard LEDs. The gaming experience is very immersive. The big size and it’s curvature, 7680×2160 resolution with 1ms response time and true-to-life colors make it an amazing monitor for gamers. In conclusion, the monitor is a 57” masterpiece that doesn’t have any competition.
I recommended this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with the positives then hit the negatives Colors look great, great contrast, the local dimming with mini leds make the blacks inky. This unit is very bright, I tested the brightness, and @ 100% white screen (which this panel was very uniform) shows as 1q52 nits with @50 bright setting (50 is 100%) that is a huge improvement over other monitors( such as neo g7/g8 which 100% drop to 350/400nits and suffer from some sort of abl.. Now to the negatives No update or fix yet for nvidia getting 240hz 4k full resolution (even though product page states) Edges of frame/corners flex/pull away from white casing.. Poppimg noises from left to right of the screen.. as this monitor does get very hot.. So im in a grey area right now . Probably not keeping it qnd maybe if issues are addressed and the price drops I may come back to it

The size and curved screen make every game feel more immersive, and the picture quality is amazing. It is a very large monitor, so setup is easier with two people, but I managed it solo without a problem. The screen real estate also makes multitasking smooth when I’m working. Overall, it’s the best monitor I’ve ever used for both gaming and daily use

Gaming is so immersive with 57 inc and even with RTX 2080TI I am able to play in full screen with upscale and FSR 3. I have also had the new 32 qd-oled Asus pg32ucdm display but I prefer this over it. Oled HDR doesn’t even come close to this. You will not regret buying this beast of a monitor. You will not need to worry about burn-in and great for productivity use.

After getting the Odyssey Neo G9 I feel more productive with the one Neo G9 monitor compared to the 3 monitors I used to have. The curve ratio is perfect. I also love how games, movies, and art design looks on the monitor. The only thing I don't like about the Neo G9 is the number of USB slots included. I also don't like that only 1 cable was included to connect my computers.

This monitor is amazing. I have seen some other reviewers saying that this monitor does not support it full native resolution at 240hrz. But it certainly does. Running it at 7680x2160 at 240hrz no issues. For this to work you need a good GPU- I'm using a RTX 5080 and a Display cable that can handle the data. One for 2.1b I recommend. Also I found I had to change the settings in the monitor to the 2.1 port manually as it does not do this automatically.

Owned for roughly a month at this point. Out of the box, the unit was plagued with an odd issue where the display would go dark for 3 seconds and come back. Would repeat randomly. Support chat, though pleaseant and accommodating, didn't net any results. Updated firmware, reset settings, nothing changed condition. I ended up putting a 600w UPS in place for the display and the issue hasn't resurfaced. I can't speak to color presentation since I have some issues with color differentiation. If it's not correct, I couldn't tell you either way. For gaming it's been great. Running it on a 4090 so only getting 120hz max on HDMI 2.1. Performance is smooth, and I'll play for hours on end without any real eye strain. Price point is ridiculous. Not fond of the menu button, I find it a bit clunky Overall though I really like it.

You would think that a 57" monitor would be a lot of head turning, but because of the 1000R curve, it looks as close to your eyes as if the monitor was a 27". Although my graphics card is incapable of pushing what this monitor has to offer because of the inputs available on my card. This monitor still does so much justice. The price is a hard pill to swallow, but once you have it, you will not think twice about your purchase.

Reviews seem to be for different models. This is for the 57" G95NC. + Absolutely love it. Productivity is fantastic, managing 5 slim or 4 full-fat windows. Gaming is ridiculous. The settings let you have it as bright and saturated as your eyes can handle. Clean, crisp images. - As people have mentioned, it's (impossible?) to run it at full resolution, 240Hz <right now> - as far as I know. The only cards with Displayport 2 don't have the power to game at that level, hence the 4 stars. (COME ON SAMSUNG - THERE MUST BE SOMETHING YOU CAN DO WITH HDMI 2.1 ??) I'd done lots of pre-reading before I bought it and was aware of that. I'm running it with a 4090 and things like Cyberpunk look outrageously good. People who complain about no speakers !? I can't believe you have this screen and don't have a decent set of speakers to complement it.

I have used 3 2560x1440 monitors to create ultra wide for gaming and work since before curved monitors existed. However being able to do it with a more vertical space and no horizontal screen division without any lost horizontal screen space is amazing. I really like the curve and its higher emersion. It also does not require as much power to get more than 120 FPS when before pushing tri monitors I would dip below. As an ultra wide gamer, I would suggest this monitor to anyone who wants to be immersed in their game or not miss the target just out of typical FOV. I also use it during my work day for multi tasking and utilize the picture in picture feature often or give my work laptop full control so I can open a large number of items and see them all at once.

You can be playing a game in 4k, then jump on your PC and do whatever, then jump on your work laptop and open/resize multiple windows to become a productivity hero. A friend asked me (to see if he should buy one too), "knowing what you know now, would you buy it again?" My answer: Abso-freakin'-lutly...YES!

It allows me to display emails, Quickbooks, spreadsheets and other windows all at once without having to switch between two monitors as I did in the past. It has great resolution and is very versatile. The only two things that it is missing is 1. a built-in webcam and 2. built-in speakers. Otherwise, it would be a complete dream monitor as it fits perfectly on my desk.

The picture quality is excellent and the screen curve is super immersive. I would also give this monitor a great recommendation for daily tasks or work due to its size. If you have two PCs to connect to this monitor then you absolutely do not want this monitor. You will have to manually switch between each PC every time. I know it says Auto Source Switch+, but don't let that fool you like it did for me. It does not work and I have tried many things to try to get it to work. You don't want to get stuck with a monitor that you need to manually change sources for the amount of time that you keep the monitor.

The immersion is fantastic and cinematic views I get in games are beautiful. Also, I am a fan of the mini led screen and that it does better compared to my old monitor at black levels. The only downside to the monitor is that things are still not quite optimized for it and it does not have eARC, but I have found ways to get around these issues.

I have my work computer and my personal desktop connected to it and I LOVE the pbp. To see 2 different machines with no line in boarder in the middle is the best. Only thing is, I wish it was OLED. My other 2 monitors were IPS panals and I can tell the difference, but overall, I can deal with it.

I always wanted to get the 49” Odyssey G9 but when the 57” Odyssey Neo G9 came out I couldn’t make up my mind.. Well I’m glad I made the choice to go with the 57” Odyssey Neo G9. I’m still in love with the display and how I can multi task in one screen. Opening multiple tabs without the need of multiple monitors. I would highly recommend it.
