We are saddened to know that there are things that need work on, like, the fingerprints on the refrigerator and the ice maker. Your feedback helps us to understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service. The refrigerator is fingerprint resistant and can successfully reduce or minimize how you clean it; however, with the usage or traffic with the refrigerator a regular clean should still be needed. These finger prints can also be caused by sweaty hands or wet hands. I have shared below a Samsung link that can help with exterior cleaning of the refrigerator. It sounds like your Samsung Ice maker is making too much ice, hence, gives you issues when you open the drawer/bucket.
