a) Participants who purchase a promotional product from Samsung.com/uk or the Samsung shop App between 5th November 2025 and 2nd December 2025 and find the same product for sale online at selected retailers at a lower price between 5th November 2025 and 2nd December 2025 will be eligible to claim a Refund. Participants must claim their refund by 23:59 (GMT) 9th December 2025.

b) Participants using promotional discount codes (BF10, LC1, LC2, LC3, GALAXY100, PAYPAL, WEEKEND & BFWEEKEND) are eligible to take part in the Extended & Enhanced Price Promise Promotion and may claim a cashback amount equal to the difference between the actual purchase price of the product when purchased on Samsung.com (i.e. the amount paid for the product after the promotional discount code has been applied to the advertised price) and the advertised price online by the Selected Retailer.
