Do not buy a laptop from this company They are make with shoddy cheap material. The screens on them crack 9/10. Google Samsung screen crack and you will see all the issues. Numerous forumns. Complaints. There is even a fb group set up with hundreds of members. Mine is still under warranty. I've sent it to them and they claiming some small indents to the casing voids the warranty, despite no relation between the cracking of the green. See email. Avoid this company like the plauge. Taking this matter further legally . Dear Mrs Jones, Thank you for your email. I appreciate the comments you have made in your email however as there is indentations on the casing of the Laptop this would void your warranty. As the manufacturer we are obligated to provide a full repair and cannot do any partial repairs so this would require repairing to bring your product back into its warranty. Due to this we would need to stand by the repair that has been offered on a chargeable basis and would stand by this position. As you have escalated to the Presidential Team here at Samsung we would be the highest point for your complaint and your dissatisfaction has been logged. However we would need to stand by the chargeable repair that has been offered and this would remain our position. Kind regards. Martin
We are disheartened to see you are having issues with your Galaxy Book5 Pro. If your laptop has endured any sort of physical damage this voids the entire warranty of the laptop, and any repairs done will be chargeable. These repairs will need to be done to put your laptop back into warranty. This is in line with the Terms and Conditions of your warranty agreement. The screen spontaneously cracked. Apparently this is a known issue. BUT not covered under warranty as classed as non accidental damage. Although this a manufacturer design flaw, according to many pages and posts. I refuse to pay £200 for a repair that's not my fault and under UK consumer law is a defective product. Be aware before you purchase. I have everything Samsung but no longer. Escalated for a refund via the credit card company.

I'm incredibly disappointed in this laptop. It looks great, but never judge a book by its cover. It is very sluggish and freezes. I have had major freezing and glitch issues doing basic excel and losing hours of work! start up times are slow. In genreal this laptop is slow. I have a 6 year old laptop starts up in a 3rd of the time and is so much more capable than the Galaxy book 5. My advice is to avoid and that Samsung should stick to phones and washing machines.

Don’t Buy the Samsung Galaxy Book – Weak Screen The screen cracks easily, even just from closing the laptop. Many users have faced this issue, but Samsung won’t cover repairs. It’s not worth the risk—choose a more durable laptop!

I have been a life-long buyer of Samsung products, I've never received anything for free or get no incentives (unfortunately) but always trust the quality. It's a great upgrade from by Book2 Pro. I wish there were more exciting colours like previously but the 16" is not too big. I wouldn't take it around with me but its a great laptop to connect other devices too, like my samsung ultrawide screen.

The device is exactly what I'd hoped it would be. I can plug in an external DVD drive (needed in presentations), and the interaction with OneDrive is way more stable. I had issues displaying files in Parish Council meetings using the Tab10 Android Dex. I have added an external mouse for the ease of displaying Adobe documents. The display is so clear. Using it like a Touch-Sensitive mouse makes it so adaptive to the use I need. It is so thin, I almost cut myself on its sleekness ;). The fact that I haven't specifically commented on the onboard memory and processor is that they are not a negative drag in any of the functions I carry out. If I don't notice it, then it is more than sufficient for my needs...all positive

The design is ok however I find the laptop very sluggish and freezes. I am a big fan of Samsung but i don't believe this laptop its worth the money

Love this laptop. Very sleek and elegant. Performs well and responds fast. Screen quality is excellent. Sound quality is good. Integrates well within the Samsung ecosystem. Ocassionally have some issues with my Galaxy Buds Pro3 pairing with the laptop.

Just about Everything exceeds my expectations of this great device. Well specced, great functionaity, fast. I've worked in IT for a large part of my life, and the processor in this Notebook is the fastest of any device I've ever used outside of direct access to mainframe computing... back in the day! It's sleek, almost wafer thin, and has a good heft (weight) to it. The display is large and very clear to my ageing eyes and the memory is plentiful. I simply can't recommend this notebook enough!

It’s lovely but I don’t seem to be able to use it properly .maybe I’ve got so used to an I pad Im75 so maybe I’m getting to old for this new technology I love the Samsung brand but I just don’t seem to be able to get my head round it

I wanted to change my Macbook i have had for 8years and was torn between getting another Macbook or getting a Samsung book5Pro. Went instore and had an insightful chat with staff and saw how slim, light and sleek the book 5 pro looked, and loved it straight away. Display is bright and crisp with the option to tailor screen brightness. The backlit keyboard is a handy addition for studying at night. It is fast, responsive and the charge last approx. 8hours (using it all day in University)

Due to its undersized arrow keys, this notebook is unsuitable for tasks that require accurate cursor control, such as text editing an productivity. Its usability is limited to light activities like viewing reels.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
