If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.

i)        Purchase either two) or more Samsung Products from different Eligible Categories, in the same transaction, from a participating retailer, in-store or online, between January 1st, 2026 and March 31st, 2026, and save your receipt.

ii)     Submit an on-line offer claim between January 1st, 2026, and April 31st, 2026, visit samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/bmsm-2026-1 to access the online Offer claim form.

iii)   Complete and submit the Offer claim form between 12:00 PM January 1st, 2026, and 11:59:59 PM April 31st, 2026, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth.  Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting 

iv)    Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, including the model number and serial number.  The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PDF., .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.

v)     Upon completion of your online claim, allow 2-5 weeks of processing and check your email (including Spam/Junk folders) for updates and instructions on receiving your prepaid card.

i)     Serial codes are listed on a sticker on the door jam and the back of your Samsung appliance, serial numbers are 14-15 characters long.

a.     No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
