Samsung Australia clearly do not have the white variant in stock but are still happy to list it on their website, take your money and make you wait 2 months for delivery before you finally give up and ask for a refund (which will probably take another 1-2 months to process). There was absolutely zero transparency about the delivery status and I'm fairly certain their support staff are trained to lie and say 'it's between warehouses' and 'it's booked in for delivery'. I'm sure it's a decent product but I feel like I need to warn others so nobody has to waste their time like I did. Buy from another retailer, or at least avoid getting it in white.

We recently purchased two of these units, one for our lounge area and one for our bedroom, we run the unit overnight (bonus, it's like a white-noise machine) and love the convenience of having it connect via SmartThings on our mobile devices Prior to purchase I would wake up with horrible allergies from dust/pollen, now those mornings are fewer and fewer! Bought during a promotion period, so the value was exceptionally good! Only complaint would be that, in spite of having a 'night mode' it has a bright LED indicator on the top panel which lights up the room -- we've taken to covering the lights whilst we sleep

I bought an A32 a couple of weeks ago. Being asthmatic I was continually waking at night requiring medication. I also found I was very tired when waking in the morning. Since using the A32 I no longer require additional medication in the night and wake up brighter in the morning.

This is a great medium sized air purifier that makes a very noticeable difference in our living environment. We purchased two of these devices; one for upstairs and one for down. No more allergy related symptoms and a much better sleep. What would make this a fabulous device is improving manoeuvrability. We move our purifiers from room to room and the design makes it awkward to move them. There is one indent in the rear for lifting, that makes the purifier tilt when lifted and needs to be held against your body to carry it. It really needs an indent either side of the device so that it can be lifted and carried more easily. Castors for wheeling would be even better. The lights would be better if they were dimmer and could be manually switched off (with an override for warning lights). The beeping tune with every setting change and upon connecting to power and then when switching on is beyond irritating - needs to be an overridable setting. The App requires rooms rather than purifiers which is clumsy. After wasting far too much time on the App, we just don’t use it. Overall, it appears to be a quality product and we are very happy with the improvement it has made to our environment.

It's a littler bigger than I expected but it's cleaning the air well. In night mode, it's very quiet, and the lights do dim, but you must put it into night mode manually each time. Without doing that, it lights up our whole bedroom which is crazy. I wouldn't but it again for that reason unfortunately.

Hi there! I recently bought 3 AX 32’s and 90…the 90 is in lounge and 32’s in each bedroom. We all suffer from allergies unfortunately but these air purifiers have made our lives so much better. Cleaner air and our congested noses are becoming less and less. As soon as you switch on any of the purifiers they go to work to clear the air. We also recently bought a dog and the purifiers make it a breeze to live around.

I bought this product nine months ago and it clears the air in our living areas. Easy to operate and has a range of good features. I would has given it a 5 except the gas indicator is too sensitive and picks up women's perfumes as a problem.
