The outdoor unit heat exchanger is made of corrosion-resistant material to help protect the heat exchanger coil from rusting, helping to maintain the optimal performance of the Heat Exchanger. Its corrosion-resistance was tested using the Salt Spray Test (SST) for 480 hours``.9
