I purchased this fridge in March and it was a large improvement on our previous fridge that we had got second hand and was c. 15 years old. The space is good, the veggies and fruit seem to keep for longer than they did in our old fridge, it doesn’t have a specific meat drawer which I miss. I’ve had an issue with one of the shelves where the plastic has cracked however I contacted Samsung and they are going to send me a new shelf and they were very good to deal with on this matter. The kids love the water dispenser (no plumbing required just a person that regularly fills up) and the ice tray in the freezer is very easy to use which I love. Is it my perfect fridge - no, but I was limited with size due to the cavity/space and it is a big improvement on what we had plus it also looks great in our kitchen. And it also wasn’t expensive when you compare to what you can pay if you don’t have constraints with space etc. So I would definitely recommend this fridge.

Bought this fridge about a month ago now, and it’s great. Good capacity in the fridge for a family, veggie crisper is keeping my veg quality 5star. Water dispenser is gravity fed so not super fast but is easy to dismantle and clean out when required. Freezer space is a little bigger than standard bottom mount freezer which is what we were looking for, easy accessible draws and can see everything inside. Temperature controlled through an app, and can check on the performance of the fridge, can change fridge tones and lighting also within the app

I’ve been using this fridge for a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier with my choice. It’s incredibly spacious inside while still having a sleek, modern look on the outside. The bottom-mount freezer makes access super convenient, and the water dispenser is a game-changer for daily use. My previous fridge was too small. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and keeps fruits and veggies fresh for much longer than my previous fridge. Highly recommended for families looking for both style and performance!

Very happy with this fridge. I was already interested in it to purchase for my new place, and when I saw a sale that took $600 off the price, it was a no-brainer. It's extremely stylish and has plenty of space. My only small gripe is that the manual ice cube maker is a little finicky to fill without getting excess water in the joins and then the mechanism freezing and being difficult to dislodge. But apart from that small gripe, I literally can't think of any issue with it - love it!

This fridge was bought to replace a12-Year-old Samsung fridge of similar size. There is a major improvement in the technology giving very quiet running, nearly half the power consumption and no radiating heat from the outer casing. The fridge part has 3 shelves and no meat keeper, 3 levels of cold air induction and a huge vegie drawer, the water dispenser (3 .5 litre capacity) is on the outside, no need to open the door. The fridge can connect to the Samsung Hub App via Wi-Fi, (if it will not connect on first try reset the modem). You can set and check the temperatures for both the fridge and freezer with the App or manually using the panel inside. It has an eco-mode to optimise power usage which does work. (3 weeks so far). The freezer has 3 levels, one open level and two closed drawers, plenty of space.

Bought it on Black Friday Sales! Always wanted a luscious and effective new fridge with a water dispenser on the door. It truly is Beautiful and Spacious, really great so far for our home usage, the space in the freezer is something I am not used to, so I just filled it with pizzas and ice cream just for the sake of it. Although the water tank was leaking a little, I got connected to assistance and everything is running smoothly, like normally goes whenever I need Assistance with other appliances (I also have a Wash and Dry for over 8 years and that baby is amazing), quick and sorted without any dramas. The kind of security its worth investing, particularly with a important appliance like refrigerator. I am very satisfied. The delivery dude on the other hand wasn't a flower, but the excitement to get this baby was bigger!

Love the fridge… BUT… No clear (and contradicting) instructions on how to use or clean the water tank (if we should take it out or not). Even customer service can’t seem to know the answer. I have my fridge for more than a week but still afraid to use ithe water tank.

I was really excited to receive my new Samsung fridge last month. The model has all the features I was looking for, and I spent a lot of time choosing the right one for my kitchen. Functionally, the fridge is fantastic. It cools quickly, it's spacious, and the layout is very practical for my family's needs. However, my excitement turned to disappointment when we unwrapped it and I immediately noticed a small but very visible dent on the front door. It's not huge, but it's in a spot you see every time you walk into the kitchen, and it takes away from the clean, new look you expect when you buy a brand-new appliance. While the fridge itself works perfectly, the experience has been soured by the fact that it arrived damaged. I'm currently in contact with customer service to see what can be done, but it's a hassle you just don't anticipate when making such a large purchase. I'd advise anyone buying a new appliance to inspect it very carefully before the delivery team leaves. The product itself is great, but the delivery and handling left something to be desired.
