I bought this fridge just over 5 years ago. The stainless drawer was replaced within 12 months as rusting from dripping ice maker. The fridge was then put in storage for 8 months. since then the fridge has rusted out on all drawers again (the fridge looks like it is 20 years old) The ice maker stopped working around 14 months ago and now the fridge has completely stopped cooling. I have another samsung which I purchased 14 years ago that looks newer and works perfectly (has water and ice). I would have thought it fair to expect more than 5 years out of a $3000 + fridge. I would strongly recommend not purchasing this technology.

Had the larger model but purchased this model in 2017 when we moved into an apartment. Layout is superb but had icemaker fail after 2022 years. Replacement cost $750 which included replacing the icebox at a cost of over $250. The serviceman said it was a common problem as the original drain pipe from the icemakergets clogged with dust etc at its outlet and it freezes up, backing up into the icemaker. No warranty assistance from Samsung on this design fault. The fridge also cannot maintain a safe temperature in the chiller section and the back section freezes up in high humidity Queensland summers. Stay away from this model and Samsung

Had so many problems with it. First the fan stopped working, then the water wasn't cold enough then the whole back of the fridge froze and had to clean off the ice to restart the fan and most recently found out that the pipes in the back have now corroded and it was leaking gas! I now have to purchase another fridge. We have only had this fridge for 6 years. This fridge should have been recalled!

I bought this fridge 6 years ago, it was working fine for 10 months and it stared rusting all over the door edges so we contacted Samsung they sent a technician and everything got fixed, after 3 months ice machine stopped working and got fixed. after sometime it was making very loud noise so contacted Samsung again technician came and fixed it. Lucky we got extended warranty, Its been giving trouble all the time, now my fridge temperature is gone up to 6 degrees and freezer temperature -20 degrees we are trying to look for a technician, so my advice is please don't waste your money

I purchased my Fridge in 2017 and it worked ok for the first two years. Then issues started happening....Firstly, the Plastic Shelfs started to crack and I managed to get some replacements under warranty although they tried to TELL me this may have happened through force on our behalf. Secondly, the Ice maker started freezing all the time and the fridge started making loud FAN noises as the back of the fridge. After two costly repairs I was told that there is Ice/Water in the Back panel and Un-repairable. Now the Fan has frozen over and fridge needs to be taken to the tip. I have read online about CLASS action in the USA about this product, we need to do the same here in Australia. Completely unacceptable product and the service at Samsung is terrible. Imagine the landfill disaster from all these fridges.

Yet another sad story. Love the design and features but the ice maker is a piece of garbage. We used to put tissues on the dispensing tray. We have a take away container on the tray just to stop the water dripping on the floor. the fridge section keeps building ice to the point of half the fan is frozen solid. I think the fan and ducts is half the size they ought to be. Constant frost buildup is not acceptable. $3000+ fridge should be smarter than this no matter what the settings are set to. Don't you check the new designs? Not going to buy samsung again. There's plenty of appliances in this price range that work.

We have had this fridge for 3 years now and the ice maker continually freezes up. Samsung finally came and replaced the seals on it. But the problem has started again after 1 year. The vege crisper drawers are also difficult to clean. Interior shelves and drawers are made from that fragile hard plastic that seems tough, until it breaks. The layout is excellent though.

I have had the Samsung SRF680CDLS for a few years now, and from about 18 months old we started experiencing problems with the icemaker continually freezing up. Samsung came out and fixed it, not even 6 months later started having the same problem, Samsung came out and replaced the parts inside the icemaker and we were good to go - but once again it was too good to be true, not even 6 months later and the exact same problem. Have given up on it by then,and figured it’s just a bad and poorly designed and made fridge. My question to Samsung is this - why even after obviously seeing all of these 1 star reviews (I’m sure they would be less if we could) and by the sounds of it the same service call out for the same issue, that being the icemaker - why haven’t you recalled this faulty product Samsung? We have literally paid a good amount of money for a product, with a feature we obviously wanted and it is faulty - again, and again, and again…not good enough Samsung.

I have had this fridge for about 5 years. In that time it has been repaired under manufacturer warranty and extended warranty (who said they are a waste of money?). We have had the repairer out at least 6 times for ice-maker problems, frozen ducting in fridge area and a broken spring on the door flap. I would not recommend this fridge. When it is working properly (not often) it works fine although the water dispenser does not actually chill the water which I found interesting. Ice is required for a cold drink (great when the ice-maker isn't jammed/frozen). The only redeeming feature is the drawer as it kept my beer icy cold and I could fit 50ish cans in when stored upright.

I bought this fridge about 5 years ago and have been having non stop problems, with ICE Maker not working Always the ice will get stuck in the ice maker then stop the ice from being made. I have called samsung to fix the fridge 3 times (without charge) and this time is the 4th time the fan continues to make very loud noises caused by the ice being stuck on the fan and I have already spoken to Samsung about this problem and they Refused to fix it without charge. I don't recommend this product to anyone. as It has been having ongoing problems And you will have to keep paying to fix this same problems in your own cost which is not fair. As very Obvious This is faulty Product.

We bought this fridge 5 years ago and the ice maker has been a problem for a couple of years - we have to use a hair drier to defrost it and then less than a week later we have the same problem so have given up. Also around the ice maker has bubbles and has rusted and looks terrible finally the stainless is so thin my kids just have to look at the fridge and a dent appears. Really disappointed overall.

I recently needed to purchase a new microwave. The only problem was that it needed to fit into a trim kit from my previous Microwave (the manufacturer of that model does not make one that size anymore). The Samsung 1000w microwave fit the bill. It fitted as close as I could get it, and we have all found the features to be much better than our previous model. We particularly like the 1 minute button for a fast cook, as well as the quick heat functions for various foods. One down side is that the window is very dark and, even with the interior light, it is virtually impossible to see inside whilst cooking. Also not a great fan of the look of the enamel interior, but it cleans well.
I recommended this product.

Icemaker stopped working and now fridge stopped working all food going off. Samsung said no problem sent out technician who said couldn't fix it and refer back to Samsung.. Samsung said too bad so sad - but her have 15% off your next appliance . I don't think so. Way to go samsung.

I bought this 7 yrs ago. It’s freezes up in the back of the fridge all the time!! I rang Samsung hoping they would send someone out free of charge as this seems to be a known issue. No they won’t. We gave away our previous fridge which was a Fischer and paykel and it’s still going!! I will never buy another Samsung product nor recommend. Horrible. If it’s a known issue (reading all the other reviews it is) then they should be fixing the issue.

Plenty of room. The shelf inside that slides in for tall items such a a full watermelon is so useful. The middle drawer which we use for dairy leaves so much more room in the fridge for other items. There is plenty of room to be be able to keep large trays and bowls when I entertain. The freezer holds so much compared to the freezer I had in my 2 door side by side. I now can store large containers and have plenty of room for the frozen sauces and fruits I like to make. I am so glad with this purchase. My only criticism would be that there is not a lot of room for larger bottles on the doors.

I bought this fridge approximately 5 years ago. Not at all happy with its performance..During last two years, the ice machine stopped working, the defrost system probably is not working s the upper and middle part is the cooling up properly. Water dripping in my vegetable trays. Couldn't put my vegetables in. Now finally the door came out. the hinge on one side broken. The other side is perfectly alright. Its our worst night mare. Usually fridges worked more than 10-15 years but this one I have worst experience.

We purchased this fridge 5 yrs ago (& except for a poor ice-maker), it has been great. When it stopped working recently, we thought because of its age, our only option was to replace it. However Samsung customer service believed our fridge had suffered from a known fault & so repaired it for free. They also fixed our ice-maker & replaced the freezer door which had a small section of bubbling indicating rust. Now we have a completely rejuvenated fridge which will hopefully give us another 5+ good years.

We have had this fridge now for about two months and if you want a huge fridge, where you can see EVERYTHING inside it (no more throwing out food), this is the one for you. It is so quiet (except when ice drops every now and then) you don't even know it is on. The middle drawer is great for parties as we used it recently and great for getting out food quickly. We were a little worried about the door drawers as there did not look like much room, but they are deep enough to fit in twice the amount as a normal fridge door drawer. Freezer is easy to get in and out and the drawer works a treat. Ice and cold water - how dod we do without for so long, especially in Brisbane. Overall, BEST FRIDGE EVER, highly recommend.

Love it. It's quiet, discreet, handsome and works beautifully. I love the design inside - well lit and spacious. The drawers all slide out smoothly. I love the middle drawer - so handy and versatile for entertaining or just to store deli items. Unlike other fridges the freezer isn't just one huge chasm but has levels that are easy to access and even a door shelf. Brilliant. We don't have the water and ice dispenser plumbed in yet but looking forward to that feature too. I wish it had a better Energy rating - 2 and a half stars out of 6 - but that is all I would improve.

The Samsung 32 litre 1000W microwave has been the most efficient microwave for a family that we’ve had yet. With a capacity that’s generous you are able to heat larger quantities of food at one time. I also really like the adjustable settings that are linked to the temperature and time to match individual cooking needs. Best of all for me (and all other not so average cooks) is that this microwave has sensors that automatically kick in to prevent overcooking or burning of foods – lucky for me!! Lastly, it simply looks good with a nice finish that is worth investing in.

Ice maker failed twice and was repaired under warranty. Later discovered area behind cooling tower was freezing apparently because the earlier repairs created cracks in the fridge internal housing. Unable to be economically repaired and Samsung unwilling to assist in any way whatsoever.

I think Samsung should recall this model as it is faulty model. That what we were told by sales person. Ice maker stopped working just after warranty expired and the fan keeps getting frozen and I don’t know how many times I had to defrost it. It’s defrosting right now.

Like all other reviews, we purchased this fridge about 5 years ago (I wish there was reviews at the time as would never have purchased this junk). Just after it was out of warranty, 2months to be exact we started experiencing the loud noise and ice freezing at back of the fridge. Samsung would not come out to fix and therefore we had to pay to get repaired. It lasted maybe 3 months before same issue. We have defrosted our fridge about 8 times in the last 2 years. I then had enough and got the whole back unit replaced and within 6months it's gone again. This time its an issue with temperature. Fridge is getting to above 20'c and freezer, well that's completely stopped. I am so disappointed in Samsung with their service and products after spending so much on this fridge. I will never purchase another Samsung again. Should have known better after the first one failed but gave Samsun benefit of doubt and now we are set to fork out another few thousand for a new fridge. Do not buy a Samsung Fridge and do your research.

When my fridge went on the fritz, I read a lot of these other reviews, and that left me concerned that I would be banging my head up against the wall. However, on contacting Samsung Australia through the messenger link, even though the manufacturers warranty had lapsed, they still complied with ACL. Having sent out a very knowledgeable tradesperson who listened to the signs and symptoms, having gone through a logical fault finding process, all the faulty bits were replaced and the fridge is working better than ever. Yes that model has some inherent design problems, but my experience has been Samsung was very responsive and didn't shirk their legal responsibilities, and I have wound up with a working fridge all very quickly.

This fridge has required 4 service calls because it stops making ice and freezes up - which requires the technician to use a steamer to thaw out the ice in the back panel and the ice-maker. The ice-maker keeps icing up and has been replaced twice. It still kept failing so the main board was replaced over a week ago and the ice maker is still not working. They sent a technician out for the FOURTH time and he found a fault in the main board, yet he did not repair or replace it. We have not heard from Samsung since and are still waiting for the fridge to be repaired. AND metal parts had to be replaced as they were rusting. AND the plastic shelving has all cracked (not replaced) PATHETIC SERVICE AND A POOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

We have had our fridge for 15 months and have had issues with it freezing items in the fridge and now issues with the ice maker. The items freezing in the fridge needed a service call to fix which worked for a couple of months but has now started happening again, so back to the warranty department we go. The ice maker has now started making a lot less ice for some reason, have done the restart steps but keeps happening as well so will add that to the list for my next call to Samsung. Apart from those 2 things it has been fine but obviously it is frustrating when you open your fridge and everything in it is frozen. Understand it happening once but to happen twice after a part was replaced doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the fridge.

I bought this fridge/freezer a few years back and have had so much trouble with it the last 12 months. Ice cube compartment over freezing and the back of fridge also freezing over. Samsung sent out a repairman in August 2021 and replaced some parts. January 2022 the same issue again, Samsung repairs again and within 10days the issues are back. Samsung refused to send out a repairer at there cost. Now we are still waiting for them to respond to an email we sent them. Terrible customer service...

We got this microwave for the house we built. It has so many handy features but i didn't get to use them all, before we had to sell our home. But when we did use it the microwave suited us well and worked amazingly. The non stick inside made it very easy to clean. The power defrost is a great feature and we used it often. The microwave always cooked our meals we needed well. I would of liked to have tryed the 16 pre set cooking modes but never needed too. I highly recommend this microwave and we will be getting another one very shortly.

I bought this fridge back in June 2014 for a hefty $3k price. Fridge is showing +20 degrees now for both fridge and freezer section. I tried to defrost this for 1.5 day and nothing changed. The ice maker box cannot be opened too! Such a big waste of money given the price of this refrigerator which should typically work 12-13 years.

Great fridge until it wasn't. After 3 service calls to fix thermostats and ice maker within the warranty period, I was given the option of a new fridge, which I took. As a replacement, it was not covered by warranty. I have to replace the ice maker once and now it has failed again, is stuck and cannot be replaced and is slowly but terminally icing the fridge up. Repairer said it is a throwaway. So that is 2 fridges that didn't make it to 9 years old in total. Where are the fridges that last 20+ years gone?

Had this fridge about a month now. Read all the complaints prior to purchase. Can't validate any of them. I agree with the guy who said complaints are the 1%ers, you don't hear from the 99% of happy customers.cos their enjoying life with this great fridge. The ice maker is not loud at all, the fridge is effectively silent, and the space is incredible at the right height with great lighting and fast pack away of the shopping. As long as it suits your needs, and you can afford it then go for it. Wife can't fault it, so you know it's good. Appliances Online Delivery guys were Fantastic! MAKE SURE you have the right connector for the water supply, or you get the $2 converter from Bunnings before they delivery and install, or they have to return like in my case. (no extra charge for this).

Very happy with our stylish Samsung 1000W microwave. Delighted that we could make it work so easily! It does everything we need it to and I`ve even explored a few of the more fancy options. I`m particularly impressed that the power levels and timer are so accurate - perfect butter softening every time! Very easy to clean. Reasonably priced. Good size. Looks good. Worth noting that the selection buttons require some strength to make work so anyone with arthritis should look at another model.

Paid $3999 for this SRF680CDLS refrigerator back in December 2013. Since that time it's had more service calls than I've ever had with any product, ranging from the thermostat, ice maker, 3 times and heating element as well as replacing the computer mainboard as late as November 2019. Now, the freezer won't cool properly as well as the middle drawer not cooling at all. Have placed a service call with Samsung just last Friday 13th Mar 2020. Even though the mainboard was replaced a mere 3.5 months ago Samsung have informed me that I will have to pay for a repair, however, they will get back to me with a decision regarding a service call within 24hrs. It's quite obvious the mainboard is very possibly the issue and would hope that it will be covered under warranty. In fairness, I must commend Samsung regarding the previous service calls have been covered under goodwill, which I dearly appreciate. In closing, I have to admit that my household is littered with many Samsung products, all of which have never posed as a problem. Hopefully Samsung can assist me with this fridge as my pension doesn't hold a lot out of pocket expensive ongoing product repairs.

We love the configuration. The main unexpected feature is that the hot air from the motor sucks air from behind and blows it out the front at floor level. As we live in Qld. this isn't great as the hot air ducting in the cabinetry above can;t be utilised with this fridge. Also, the fridge sits forward around 100mm for door swing room compared to the fridge it replaced. (also a french door unit) It seems to have a different hinge point and thicker doors.

Purchased a couple of months back to replace our Amana double door fridge, which lasted over 20 years! We love the silent running and the convenience of the self-changing water filter. Appliances Online (Winnings) did a great job to install and set up. We took out the 5 year option on parts and labour. Most of our kitchen appliances come from either Winnings or Appliances Online. Only time will tell on eventual reliability but extremely happy so far.

Generally speaking, I love this fridge. Good amount of space, love the middle drawer, and the sliding drawer in the freezer is a good option. Cons.... The water coming out of the fridge is cold for the first 500ml then it goes to more like room temp. WHich is a little annoying, but it makes plenty of ice and fast too so no shortage. The other annoying thing is you cant fully pull out the crispers, which makes packing and cleaning a bit annoying.

I purchased this fridge going off a friend’s recommendation what a mistake .Ice machine not working, need to get a hairdryer in it to melt the ice from the ice compartment to get it out .Stainless on the outside of the fridge in four positions with bubbles where it’s lifting the surface of the fridge, looks real nice in a new kitchen.Will never purchase a Samsung product again , buyers beware do not look at these appliances, read all the reviews.

We are now on to our second replacement fridge, freezer constantly defrosts and refreezes, fridge temp fluctuates from 4 to 7c. Have tried repairs and they have not worked, repair company report that this is known fault in this model and it happens to most of them. Tried to get a different model with the same features (draw etc which I really like!) but Samsung just continue to offer models that don't fit in our fridge space! Do not buy!!!

Within first 12 month had to have icemaker attended to as frosting up. Entire motherboard replacekd. Now fridge 32 months old has iced up in rear of fridge part causing fan to clunk and make noises. Now evaporator fan is shot. Fridge not cooling. Two other associates have same fridge and same issues. One has required attention 4 time in last 18/24 months. Also has issues with cleaning of crisper draws. For over $3000.00 totally not worth it.

As a goodwill gesture Samsung replaced the icemaker, however then the new one stopped working as well... Finally got around to phoning them this week (June 2025) and they have offered me a 40% discount on a new fridge. So i guess that's not too bad. I notice the ice maker is completely different now!

I bought this fridge about 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. The problems started about two years after purchase. The fridge firstly started freezing food in the crisper so I had it repaired. Two months later the same thing happened so we had it repaired again at our cost again minus the call out fee. Three months after that it happened again and the part was replaced at no cost to us. Five months later the icemaker broke and had to be repaired at our cost. Now 8 months later we're back to square one with the original problem of the rear of the fridge freezing. I thought maybe we had a lemon but now I see all the terrible reviews of this fridge it must be a lemon for everyone that bought it! I do like the design of the fridge but the performance is manifestly inadequate. Our decision now is whether to repair it or throw it out.

Parking the fact that the space used for the middle drawer might have been better as part of the fridge, the big complaint is that the ice maker has an inherent design fault. As it's inside the fridge, it has to work hard to keep the ice frozen, and any ice build up at the back causes it to stop working - ice does not stay frozen and goes to slush. That causes water to leak all over the place. Would not get another one.

this fridge is just 6 years old. have had endless problems with it freezing up and now the ice maker wont work. we have found out it was a common fault with these fridges. we have replaced parts only to find its cracked in the insulation which is a recalled fault on the fridges after we called another service agent. he said its a known fault and we had a recalled fridge with that and the icemaker fault as well. contact samsung. they want proof of purchase before they doing anything which i don't have. but i have the fridge. not happy jan. they sell me a faulty fridge then they want me to prove it and supply all this stuff. i have a documents to say the fridge cant be repaired and photos the serial number etc and the fridge. it sounds like a freight train and it freezes up all the time it a recalled fridge. fix it or replace it. you pay good money and expect a good product. Never ever again. warning to others don't buy this product its poor quality and the after sale service is disappointing. If i had have known it as a recalled product then i would have delt with ages ago looks like I have to find another brand to replace and spend another few thousand of dollars. thank you samsung for nothing. Don't be fooled people DONT do it . buy something else... ive tried adding photos show you but it wont let me for some reason. Happy to show people though.. the sad part is i really like the fridge its self it has everything i wanted pity it doesnt work properly.. and if the service was better i would have another.

I bought this fridge a month ago and can only say it is wonderful. Not only good looking but the lights are situated so I can see what's in the fridge. The deli drawer has everything at my fingertips and fish and meat can be separated but easy to get to. The drawers in the freezer I use for immediate frozen goods, ice blocks, frozen veges and the bottom compartment provides plenty of space for long term frozen goods.

We have had our Samsung French door fridge for just over 5 years. Just before Christmas the freezer section just stopped working, the ice maker is not working and the crisper draw is not working. Previous to this, I had to clear water out from under the crisper - where this came from-I have no idea. Just don’t know whether to get this repaired or just buy another fridge - another brand of course!

The fridge is great generally. Upsides is the configuration and modern features like LED lighting and shelving adjustability, Downsides is that it blows hot air out the front at floor level. The opposite to our other fridges in the past. maybe a good thing in winter:) but doesn't take advantage of the ducting in the cabinetry behind to remove this hot air. Unexpected feature

I purchased this fridge brand new and have problems from pretty much day one. Ice maker is a piece of junk and now has completely stopped working. But the worst would have to be the back panel freezing into a solid piece of ice. I defrost it (with a hairdryer mind you) and it's the same 2 days later. Do not buy a Samsung fridge, you will regret it.!! Do not buy this fridge!!!!! A

Brought fridge in 2015. This fridge worked well for about two years or so without an issue. But over the last two years the ice maker keeps freezing over. About every two to three months I have to defrost the ice maker which takes hours. I see in the USA there is even a class action for this. This is a common problem just looking on the internet. Has Samsung fixed this issue yet?

I purchased this fridge about 6 weeks ago, and must admit I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I'm not sure if those bad reviews were from older models, but I have 't had an issue at all. In fact, I don't know how we survived without it! I love the extra drawer which is great for platters etc. As always delivery was a dream. Thanks Appliances Online

Love this fridge. We have had this fridge for over a month and love every feature. Having ice on hand is fantastic especially with it being so hot outside. You can still open the draws with only one door open. The layout inside the fridge makes it easy to keep it organised and be able to find things easily. I can't say anything negative about this fridge highly recommend.

I was gifted this microwave from my partner, most if the time it is great but every now and then if I am heating up multiple things one after another the first one heats up perfect but for the second lot it takes up to double the time if not longer, if I am heating more than 2 items I have to unplug for 5 minutes and try again and most of the time it works but not always

Worst fridge ever, if you are lucky will last a couple of years. After that ice maker will break down, frost and ice will be a permanent feature inside fridge to the point that we have to defrost this rubbish every week. Samsung service is bad denying that it is a manufacturer problem and do nothing to address it. If you don't believe me just Google Samsung fridges.

I am about to buy a new fridge and it wont be a Samsung. Poor engineering and quality has seen an ice maker that continually freezes over. The cooling system in the fridge continually clogs with ice and now the deli section is freezing over. All this in a product that is less than five years old. Seems by the reviews its a common problem with this brand. and model.

Bought this fridge 5 years ago. Within the 1st 6months freezer stopped working. Had the fridge replaced with new one, was cheaper to replace faulty freezer part. 2 years ago stopped making ice, Tech came out replaced faulty part in the ice maker. Has been working good until now. Stopped producing ice cubes and now not cooling. Hopefully won't $$$ too much.

I have had this fridge for 6 years, have had it repaired 4 times. Have had the repairman say it needs to be replaced. The warranty ran out like a month before but samsung would not help at all. They were not helpful at all. The ice maker has broken and leaks, apparently a very well known problem. Now it is over icing and then warms up.. Worst fridge.

Bought this fridge in 2016 for a pretty penny and over time the "stainless" door that houses the ice and water dispenser has started to corrode pretty badly, 3 corners now had pretty bad visible corrosion and looks very poor for what was assumed to be a high quality product. Its a shame really as the rest of the fridge has functioned fine

After having a Samsung model previously for 17 years we went and purchased this model and experienced problems with the ice making machine freezing up in the first six months. I would not recommend this product to anyone and will not buy a Samsung brand again. Next time I will investigate in reviews before purchasing a white good product.

Water is not cold if you draw 2 litters then you have to wait at least 4 hours to get it cool again.Stop making ice after 2 years then you have to reset it every week to make ice. Now it stop working the whole fridge and freezer, showing right temperature on display but not working at all. Such a waste for this big money.

This is a replacement fridge from Samsung which we received 2 months ago. Very similar to the previous model and we were generally happy with the last. Large French door opening is very useful and mid drawer excellent. Plastic drawer slides in fridge and freezer are flimsy and freezer drawer does not slide easily.

we originally bought a LG and loved the slimline icemaker and water dispensor and the half door you could open for essentials BUT it broke after 12 months and they replaced it with a credit. This fridge was the alternative in the same French Door price bracket. So to the Samsung fridge. I feel that we have downgraded a little but the mid-drawer works really well for cheeses + wine. Water dispensor shoots in an odd direction making it hard to refill bottles. The ice maker seems to take a long time to get to the dispensor and the ice maker takes up a lot of space in the top left. Finally the filter is hidden somewhere. Overall it cools well, freezes well. Oh and it is magnetic so you can stick magnets, shopping lists etc on it. The LG wasn't. My wife says "I love it, the drawers are better, slide out better, especially freezer draws, it has a handy small freezer space for kids teething rings etc, and loves loves loves the mid-drawer and is annoyed about the water dispensor"

This was probably the easiest purchase, delivery and installation of a household item I have ever undertaken. Communication was excellent, the delivery guys did a great job - installed the fridge, took away the old one and cleared all the cardboard away. Highly recommended, and I'll certainly use them again.

Since buying this I have had the samsung techs out 2 times to fix the freezing up problem each time replacing thermostat as well as the cooling covers. It is now in pieces again and out of warrenty with the exact same problem and wish I had read more reviews because I have read more against than for.

We bought this fridge from Harvey Norman in February 15. Slide out draw freezes, ice box has been frozen solid for 2 years, now the rear wall of the fridge is frozen. There is a class action in the United States over this defective product. I tried to call Samsung 3 years ago to no avail. Rubbish

No complaints on this fridge. It works really well and I haven't an issue so far (about 2 months). Ice feature is great and there's plenty of room on the inside. Party drawer is perfect for storing drinks and platters. The sliding feature of this drawer is perfect for tight spaces like mine.

Hi Been running the Fridge/Freezer for a few months now, but suddenly in the last 2 days it is only making ice very slowly - 5 blocks a day. I tried everything the manual told me to do but the ice made is very waterly and only enough for one drink. What do I do to remedy this? Regards

We bought this fridge a month ago. We love the water/ice feature and compartmentalised drawers. Plenty of space and it is easy to use. The only minor criticism is we would have liked bigger produce drawers . Definitely worth the money and we are happy with the Samsung 680L fridge.

Worst fridge I have ever owned. Freezes up leaks water on the floor, Icemaker freezes up every week, The display says 1 deg C but actually, it's 10 deg inside. Subject to a legal class action in the USA. I will never send a cent with Samsung again! very poor service company

It does everything and is very easy to use plus has lots of space the size is perfect for all dishes. Does virtually everything you could need and in a few minutes. We love our new microwave. It looks so nice in our kitchen and is easy to clean. Highly recommend this product.

Have had this for over a month now. It is fantastic, especially the middle drawer which I use as my dairy drawer holdoing all my cheeses, cream, as well as sliced ham and bacon. Everything seems to keep fresh longer. Appliance online delivery fantastic as usual. Lovely guys.

I bought this a few months ago as old microwave died. This Samsung microwave is great, its so easy to clean & heats evenly. Plus doesn't take up all the bench space like the big ones do yet still fits a large (man size) dinner plate!!! (Not all smaller microwaves do)

I faced one issue in that the water was not set-up due to the Samsung piece not matching the tap. This caused quite an inconvenience and could have been resolved with the guys having some additional fittings to fix the issue.

Look, I'm no great microwave wiz. I use it to defrost frozen stuff, heat up frozen dinners and reheat leftovers. Sometimes I push the boat out and make scrambled eggs with it. It works for all of those things.

The fridge itself is pretty good, but the icemaker has been pretty poor since day one. The old fridge was a samsung and that was much better. I hear that this is a common issues with Samsung fridges.

This fridge is adaptable to who's in the house and what types of food are being stored. I love the whole separate compartment thing and the wide top. Excellent for when the family visits.
